我国不同产地红仁核桃及其油脂营养成分的比较分析

为了促进红仁核桃的进一步开发利用及深加工产品研发,以我国山西、陕西、甘肃等7个产地的红仁核桃为原料,对其种仁的基本营养成分、矿质元素、V_(E),种皮酚类物质,及红仁核桃油的脂肪酸、甾醇、角鲨烯进行了测定与分析。结果表明:7个产地红仁核桃仁均含有大量的粗脂肪、粗蛋白质及总糖,含量分别为60.77~73.89、14.84~17.21、8.72~14.29 g/100 g;检测的8种矿质元素(K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、Se)中,含量最高的常量元素K和微量元素Fe均以山西省平顺县的红仁核桃仁最高;红仁核桃仁中平均总V_(E)含量为394.81 mg/kg,且均以γ-生育酚+β-生育三烯酚为主;陕西省商洛市八一基地的红仁核桃种皮中总酚含量最高,为462.23 mg/g;陕西省商洛市石门基地的红仁核桃种皮中总黄酮含量最高,为330.89 mg/g;山西省平顺县红仁核桃种皮中花色苷含量最高,为0.65 mg/g;7个产地的红仁核桃油共检出10种脂肪酸,以亚油酸、油酸、α-亚麻酸为主,其中云南省大理州、山西省平顺县的红仁核桃油中亚油酸含量较高;7个产地的红仁核桃油中平均总甾醇含量为231.94 mg/100 g,且均以谷甾醇为主,其中陕西省商洛市石门基地的红仁核桃油中谷甾醇含量最高,占比为72.08%;7个产地的红仁核桃油中平均角鲨烯含量为23.45 mg/kg,其中甘肃省成县红仁核桃油的角鲨烯含量最高,为37.34 mg/kg。综上,不同产地的红仁核桃及其油脂的营养成分含量具有一定的差异,但总体营养成分组成相同,其油脂中脂质伴随物的种类及含量较为丰富,具有较高的开发利用价值。

为了系统评价美国红仁核桃及其油脂的营养品质及特性,以传统栽培品种“西洛3号”作为对照,分别测定两种核桃的主要营养成分、氨基酸和矿质元素的组成和含量,分析核桃油的脂肪酸含量和组成,比较脂质伴随物VE、植物甾醇和多酚含量,测定油脂质量指标。结果表明:美国红仁核桃的粗脂肪质量分数为(50.40±0.72)%和粗蛋白质量分数(19.60±0.56)%,均显著高于西洛核桃(P<0.05),前者谷氨酸、精氨酸和天冬氨酸含量也显著高于后者,分别为(166.24±0.26)、(94.10±2.91)、(86.26±1.94)mg/g,2种核桃矿质元素含量相近;美国红仁核桃内种皮总酚[(727.08±0.24)mg/g]、总黄酮[(57.67±0.02)mg/g]和花色苷[(1.21±0.55)mg/g]含量均显著高于西洛核桃种皮(P<0.05);美国红仁核桃油中亚油酸含量[(67.78±0.01)%]显著高于西洛核桃油,前者多不饱和脂肪酸质量分数[(76.74±0.20)%]也显著高于后者(P<0.05),但前者的总VE质量分数[(169.88±0.12)mg/kg]、总植物甾醇质量分数[(2095.06±2.26)mg/kg]和多酚质量分数[(30.93±0.01)mg/g]都略低于西洛核桃油。红仁核桃油皂化值(171.78 mg KOH/g)、过氧化值(3.94 mmol/kg)、酸价(0.91mg/g)、茴香胺值(1.95)和羰基价(0.83 mmol/kg)均比西洛核桃油的低。美国红仁核桃富含脂肪和蛋白质,种皮颜色鲜红,富含多酚、黄酮和花色苷类物质,其亚油酸含量高于其他常见核桃品种,ω-6和ω-3系脂肪酸的比值更为合理,为核桃品种改良提供了良好的种质资源。

Grain protein content(GPC)is an indicator of cereal nutritional *** of genes involved in the regulation of GPC provides targets for molecular breeding for crop protein *** characterized a maize gene encoding the putative amino acid transporter ZmAAP6,a gene expressed mainly in immature seeds,especially in the basal endosperm transfer *** protein and zein contents were decreased in ZmAAP6 null mutants and increased in ZmAAP6 overexpression(OE)lines,consistent with their changed in the size of protein *** and transcriptomic analysis supported the regulatory role of ZmAAP6 in amino acid *** results suggest that ZmAAP6 functions as a positive regulator of GPC in maize,shedding new light on the genetic basis of GPC regulation.

Coix lacryma-jobi,a plant species closely related to Zea and Sorghum,is an important food and medicinal crop in ***,no reference genome of this species has been reported,and its exact phylogeny within the Andropogoneae remains ***,we generated a high-quality genome assembly of coix comprising～1.73 Gb with 44485 predicted protein-coding *** found coix to be a typical diploid plant with an overall 1-to-1 syntenic relationship with the Sorghum genome,despite its drastic genome expansion(～2.3-fold)due mainly to the activity of transposable *** analysis revealed that coix diverged with sorghum～10.41 million years ago,which was～1.49 million years later than the divergence between sorghum and *** of 27 additional coix accessions revealed that they could be unambiguously separated into wild relatives and cultivars,and suggested that coix experienced a strong genetic bottleneck,resulting in the loss of about half of the genetic diversity during domestication,even though many traits have remained *** data not only provide novel comparative genomic and evolutionary insights into the Andropogoneae lineage,but also an important resource that will greatly benefit molecular breeding of this important crop.

核桃是世界范围内的重要果树,无论面积还是产量在各类干果中均居首位。品种是核桃生产的基础。20世纪60年代中后期至今,我国核桃产业以丰产、早实、品质优和抗逆为育种目标,积极进行核桃品种的选育工作,取得了显著的成就。对国内外核桃品种选育研究工作,包括国内外品种应用现状、实生选种、杂交育种和引种研究等方面进行了全面综述,旨在为核桃育种工作提供理论参考。展望未来,培育良种时只有高度重视种质资源科学的开发利用研究,才能培育出适应未来轻简化栽培的核桃优良品种,以促进我国核桃产业的可持续发展。

How far the wake of a wind farm can persist for?

With the increased penetration of wind energy in our nation’s energy portfolio, wind farms are placed in a way close to each other. Thus, their wakes have to be fully considered in the design and operation of a wind farm. In this study, we investigate the wake of a wind farm using large-eddy simulation with wind turbine rotor modelled by the actuator disk model. The simulated results show that the wake of a wind farm can persist for a long distance in its downstream. For the considered wind farm layout, the velocity in the wake recovers 95% of that of the undisturbed inflow at 55 rotor diameters downstream from its last row, suggesting that the wake of a wind farm should be fully considered in the optimal design and operation for its downstream wind farms.

产自红色邻米草菌株S2-4-1H^(T)的六氢环庚基灵菌红素(six hydrogen cycloheptane prodigiosin,ShcPG)具有极高的抗肿瘤新药开发潜力。为提高摇瓶发酵产ShcPG的产量,试验的菌株为红色邻米草菌S2-4-1H^(T),基础培养基为MB,以庚基灵菌红素(heptylprodigiosin,hPG)和ShcPG质量浓度为响应值,在单因素试验基础上采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计进行响应面试验,优化S2-4-1H^(T)菌株发酵条件,并构建二次回归方程。结果表明,发酵优化条件为温度28℃、pH 7.73和总盐度2.85%。在最佳发酵条件工艺下发酵48 h,hPG和ShcPG的总产量为5.71±0.12 mg/L,是用MB培养基培养产量的22.84倍,且预测值和测定值的绝对差值<5%,表明回归模型均可靠。该结果对红色邻米草菌S2-4-1H^(T)发酵开发生产Shc PG具有实际应用价值。
