The intricate hierarchical structure of musculoskeletal tissues,including bone and interface tissues,necessitates the use of complex scaffold designs and material structures to serve as tissue-engineered *** has led to growing interest in the development of gradient bone scaffolds with hierarchical structures mimicking the extracellular matrix of native tissues to achieve improved therapeutic *** on the anatomical characteristics of bone and interfacial tissues,this review provides a summary.of current strategies used to design and fabricate biomimetic gradient scaffolds for repairing musculoskeletal tissues,specifically.focusing on methods used to construct compositional and structural gradients within the *** latest applications of gradient scaffolds for the regeneration of bone,osteochondral,and tendon-to-bone interfaces are ***,the current progress of testing gradient scaffolds in phy.iologically.relevant animal models of skeletal repair is discussed,as well as the challenges and prospects of moving these scaffolds into clinical application for treating musculoskeletal injuries.

Although solar steam generation strategy.is efficient in desalinating seawater,it is still challenging to achieve continuous solar-thermal desalination of seawater and cataly.ic degradation of organic ***,dy.amic regulations of hy.rogen bonding networks and solvation structures are realized by.designing an asy.metric bilay.r membrane consisting of a bacterial cellulose/carbon nanotube/Co_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)nanorod top lay.r and a bacterial cellulose/Co_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)nanorod(BCH)bottom ***,the hy.rogen bonding networks inside the membrane can be tuned by.the rich surface–OH groups of the bacterial cellulose and Co_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)as well as the ions and radicals in situ generated during the cataly.is ***,both SO_(4)^(2−)and HSO_(5)−can regulate the solvation structure of Na^(+)and be adsorbed more preferentially.on the evaporation surface than Cl^(−),thus hindering the de-solvation of the solvated Na^(+)and subsequent nucleation/growth of ***,the heat generated by.the solar-thermal energy.conversion can accelerate the reaction kinetics and enhance the cataly.ic degradation *** work provides a flow-bed water purification sy.tem with an asy.metric solar-thermal and cataly.ic membrane for sy.ergistic solar thermal desalination of seawater/brine and cataly.ic degradation of organic pollutants.

[Advances in molecular networking technology.for discovering emerging contaminants and transformation products]

Emerging contaminants and their transformation products are widely.distributed in the environment. These pollutants carry.unknown risks owing to their persistence, migration, and toxicity. The wide variety.and complex structures of these substances render them difficult to identify.using only.target analy.is. Suspect screening analy.is can identify.more substances than target analy.is in a single run. However, this analy.is method is based on limited data and cannot meet the growing demand for compound identification, especially.for emerging contaminants and their transformation products with unknown information. The development of high-resolution mass spectrometry.technology.has promoted the applications of nontarget analy.is in the environmental field, especially.for identify.ng unknown transformation products. At present, the challenges of nontarget analy.is include the difficulty.of finding compounds of interest and their transformation products from complex data. Molecular networking calculates the similarity.between mass spectra based on an improved cosine similarity.algorithm. This method can cluster molecular families with similar structures, achieve visualization and a collection of massive mass spectral datasets, and promote the annotation of pollutants through networks and communities. Molecular networking can globally.organize and sy.tematically.interpret complex tandem mass spectral datasets, providing a new direction for nontarget analy.is. This technology.was first used in proteomics and gradually.introduced into metabolomics for the discovery.of new natural products. Recently. it has been introduced into the environmental field for the study.of various man-made chemicals, particularly.for the discovery.of emerging contaminants and their transformation products. In the realm of Intelligent Railway.Transportation Sy.tems,effective multi-party.collaboration is crucial due to concerns over privacy.and data *** Federated Learning(VFL)has emerged as a promising approach to facilitate such collaboration,allowing diverse entities to collectively.enhance machine learning models without the need to share sensitive training ***,existing works have highlighted VFL’s susceptibility.to privacy.inference attacks,where an honest but curious server could potentially.reconstruct a client’s raw data from embeddings uploaded by.the *** vulnerability.poses a significant threat to VFL-based intelligent railway.transportation *** this paper,we introduce SensFL,a novel privacy.enhancing method to against privacy.inference attacks in ***,SensFL integrates regularization of the sensitivity.of embeddings to the original data into the model training process,effectively.limiting the information contained in shared *** reducing the sensitivity.of embeddings to the original data,SensFL can effectively.resist reverse privacy.attacks and prevent the reconstruction of the original data from the *** experiments were conducted on four distinct datasets and three different models to demonstrate the efficacy.of *** results show that SensFL can effectively.mitigate privacy.inference attacks while maintaining the accuracy.of the primary.learning *** results underscore SensFL’s potential to advance privacy.protection technologies within VFL-based intelligent railway.sy.tems,addressing critical security.concerns in collaborative learning environments.

Effect of Bi/Si Ratio of BiBSi Glass on Its Structure, Properties and Laser Sealing Shear Strength for Vacuum Glazing

The low-melting glass of Bi2O_(3)-B2O_(3)-SiO_(2)(BiBSi)sy.tem was used for the first time for laser sealing of vacuum *** the condition of constant boron content,how the structure and properties vary.with Bi/Si ratio in low-melting glass was *** addition,the relationships between laser power,low-melting glass solder with different Bi/Si ratios and laser sealing shear strength were *** results show that a decrease in the Bi/Si ratio can cause a contraction of the glass network of the low-melting glass,leading to an increase of its characteristic temperature and a decrease of its coefficient of thermal *** laser sealing,the copper ions in the low-melting glass play.an endothermic role.A change in the Bi/Si ratio will affect the valence state transition of the copper ions in the low-melting *** absorbance of the low-melting glass does not follow the expected correlation with the Bi/Si ratio,but shows a linear correlation with the content of divalent copper *** greater the concentration of divalent copper ions,the greater the absorbance of the low-melting glass,and the lower the laser power required for laser *** shear strength of the low melting glass solder after laser sealing was tested,and it was found that the maximum shear strength of Z1 glass sample was the highest up to 2.67 MPa.
