CuInS_(2)quantum-dot(CIS QD)-modified g-C_(3)N_(4)(CN)catalysts(CIS/CN)were prepared with the aid of an in-situ growth *** as-obtained photocatalysts were explored by measuring their crystallinity,surface morphology,binding energy and light absorption *** photocatalytic efficiency of the pho-tocatalysts was evaluated through photocatalytic water splitting for hydrogen production and tetracycline(TC)antibiotic degradation under the simulated solar light and visible light *** optimized sample(10CIS/CN)showed the best photocatalytic activity:producing 102.4μmol g^(-1)h^(-1)of hydrogen in 1 h,or degrading 52.16%of TC in 120 min,which were respectively 48 or 3.4 times higher than the photocatalytic activity of CN *** enhancement in the efficiency of the composite system was prin-cipally accredited to the enlargement of light absorption,the more effective in charge transfer and the dropping of the charge carrier pair recombination through a formed S-scheme heterojunctional *** work is an effort to adjust CN-based polysulfide QD for speedy *** enriched photo-catalytic activity grants a new sense for adjusting the optical properties of CN.

Geometry characteristics and wide temperature behavior of silicon-based GaN surface acoustic wave resonators with ultrahigh quality factor

Surface acoustic wave(SAW) resonators with an ultrahigh Q-factor are designed and fabricated on silicon-based gallium nitride(GaN/Si). The temperature-dependent performance is characterized over a wide range, from 10 to 500 K. Finite element analysis is employed to guide the design of the SAW resonator from indications of the Rayleigh mode and weak propagation direction dependence of SAW in the c-plane of GaN/Si. The SAW resonator with 100 pairs of interdigital transducers(IDT), 100 pairs of grating reflectors(GR) for each side, aperture size of 80 μm, metallization ratio of 0.5, and electrode width of 500 nm resonates at 1.9133 GHz accordingly with an ultrahigh Q-factor of 7622 at room temperature, which contributes the fr× Qr, up to 14.583×1012Hz. A resonator operating over 10 to 500 K indicates an approximately linear decreasing temperature dependence above 280 K while being approximately constant below 40 K. The fitting to resonator characteristics using the modified Butterworth Van Dyke(m BVD) model reveals a reduction in both the electrode and mechanical losses while worsening the dielectric loss with cooling down.

BACKGROUND The incidence of gastric cancer remains high,and it is the sixth most common cancer and the fourth leading cause of cancer deaths *** contrastenhanced ultrasonography is a simple,non-invasive,and painless method for the diagnosis of gastric *** To explore the diagnostic value of oral contrast-enhanced ultrasonography for the detection of gastric *** The screening results based on oral contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and electronic gastroscopy were compared with those of the postoperative pathological *** Among 42 patients with gastric tumors enrolled in the study,the diagnostic accordance rate was 95.2%for oral contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(n=40)and 90.5%for electronic gastroscopy(n=38)compared with postoperative pathological *** Kappa value of consistency test with pathological findings was 0.812 for oral contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and 0.718 for electronic gastroscopy,and there was no significant difference between them(P=0.397).For the TNM staging of gastric tumors,the accuracy rate of oral contrast enhanced ultrasonography was 81.9%for the overall T staging and 50%,77.8%,100%,and 100%for T1,T2,T3,and T4 staging,*** sensitivity and specificity were both 100%for stages T3 and *** diagnostic accuracy rate of oral contrast-enhanced ultrasonography was 93.8%,80%,100%,and 100%for stages N0,N1-N3,M0,and M1,*** The accordance rate of qualitative diagnosis by oral contrast-enhanced ultrasonography is comparable to that of gastroscopy,and it could be used as the preferred method for the early screening of gastric tumors.

For the significant energy consumption and environmental impact,it is crucial to identify the carbon emission characteristics of building foundations construction during the design *** study would like to establish a process-based carbon evaluating model,by adopting Building Information Modeling(BIM),and calculated the materialization-stage carbon emissions of building foundations without basement space in China,and identifying factors influencing the emissions through correlation *** five factors include the building function type,building structure type,foundation area,foundation treatment method,and foundation ***,this study develops several machine learning-based predictive models,including Decision Tree,Random Forest,XGBoost,and Neural *** these models,XGBoost demonstrates a relatively higher degree of accuracy and minimal errors,can achieve the RMSE of 206.62 and R2 of 0.88 based on testing group *** study reveals a substantial variability carbon emissions per building’s floor area of foundations,ranging from 100 to 2000 kgCO_(2)e/m^(2),demonstrating the potential for optimizing carbon emissions during the design phase of ***,materials contribute significantly to total carbon emissions,accounting for 78%e97%,suggesting a significant opportunity for using BIM technology in the design phase to optimize carbon reduction efforts.

The optimization of the rule base of a fuzzy logic system (FLS) based on evolutionary algorithm has achievednotable results. However, due to the diversity of the deep structure in the hierarchical fuzzy system (HFS) and thecorrelation of each sub fuzzy system, the uncertainty of the HFS’s deep structure increases. For the HFS, a largenumber of studies mainly use fixed structures, which cannot be selected automatically. To solve this problem, thispaper proposes a novel approach for constructing the incremental HFS. During system design, the deep structureand the rule base of the HFS are encoded separately. Subsequently, the deep structure is adaptively mutated basedon the fitness value, so as to realize the diversity of deep structures while ensuring reasonable competition amongthe structures. Finally, the differential evolution (DE) is used to optimize the deep structure of HFS and theparameters of antecedent and consequent simultaneously. The simulation results confirm the effectiveness of themodel. Specifically, the root mean square errors in the Laser dataset and Friedman dataset are 0.0395 and 0.0725,respectively with rule counts of rules is 8 and 12, *** compared to alternative methods, the resultsindicate that the proposed method offers improvements in accuracy and rule counts.

We report here the in situ electrochemical scanning tunneling microscopy（ECSTM） study of cobalt phthalocyanine（CoPc）-catalyzed O2evolution reaction（OER） and the dynamics of *** self-assembled CoPc monolayer is fabricated on Au（111） substrate and resolved by ECSTM in 0.1 M KOH *** OH-adsorption on CoPc prior to OER is observed in ECSTM *** OER,the generated O2adsorbed on Co Pc is observed in the CoPc *** step experiment is employed to monitor the desorption of OER-generated O2from CoPc,which results in the decreasing surface coverage of CoPc-O2with *** rate constant of O2desorption is evaluated through data *** insights into the dynamics of Co-O2dissociation at the molecular level via in situ imaging help understand the role of Co-O2in oxygen reduction reaction（ORR） and OER.
