学术学位与专业学位研究生的分类培养是高等教育回应社会多元化需求的必然选择,有助于精准对接国家对不同类型高层次人才的需求,提升研究生教育的整体质量和效益。本文通过深入分析两类研究生培养在定位、内容、过程及评价等方面的差异,揭示培养过程中同质化问题产生的原因,提出以实践能力为核心,融合课程体系、实践教学及产、学、研协同的创新培养模式,以培育具备独立思考和解决实际问题能力的专业人才。为保障培养模式的顺利实施,构建涵盖立德树人、需求导向、开放办学、分类深化及质量监控等维度的工程硕士研究生培养路径。本文旨在为解决两类研究生培养模式的趋同现象提供新思路,为提升工程硕士研究生的实践能力提供参考。

高能量冲击易导致骨盆后环损伤,并以骶髂关节脱位最为常见。骶髂关节作为躯干与下肢传递负荷的枢纽,对维持骨盆后环的稳定性至关重要,一旦发生损伤脱位,需及时开展手术恢复骨盆后环的稳定性。目前针对骶髂关节内固定的手术入路主要分为前入路及后入路,手术入路的选择直接影响到术野暴露、内固定稳定性以及患者预后,因此选择合适的手术入路及固定方式尤为重要。本文主要围绕骶髂关节手术固定点的选择、手术入路以及术后并发症展开简要综述。

This study developed a numerical model to efficiently treat solid waste magnesium nitrate hydrate through multi-step chemical reactions.The model simulates two-phase flow,heat,and mass transfer processes in a pyrolysis furnace to improve the decomposition rate of magnesium nitrate.The performance of multi-nozzle and single-nozzle injection methods was evaluated,and the effects of primary and secondary nozzle flow ratios,velocity ratios,and secondary nozzle inclination angles on the decomposition rate were investigated.Results indicate that multi-nozzle injection has a higher conversion efficiency and decomposition rate than single-nozzle injection,with a 10.3%higher conversion rate under the design parameters.The decomposition rate is primarily dependent on the average residence time of particles,which can be increased by decreasing flow rate and velocity ratios and increasing the inclination angle of secondary nozzles.The optimal parameters are injection flow ratio of 40%,injection velocity ratio of 0.6,and secondary nozzle inclination of 30°,corresponding to a maximum decomposition rate of 99.33%.

Development of wet adhesion of honeybee arolium incorporated polygonal structure with three-phase composite interfaces

Inspired by the dynamic wet adhesive systems in nature,various artificial adhesive surfaces have been developed but still face different challenges.Crucially,the theoretical mechanics of wet adhesives has never been sufficiently revealed.Here,we develop a novel adhesive mechanism for governing wet adhesion and investigate the biological models of honeybee arolium for reproducing the natural wet adhesive systems.Micro-nano structures of honeybee arolium and arolium-prints were observed by Cryogenic scanning electron microscopy(Cryo-SEM),and the air pockets were found in the contact interface notably.Subsequently,the adhesive models with a three-phase composite interface(including air pockets,liquid secretion,and hexagonal frames of arolium),were formed to analyze the wet adhesion of honeybee arolium.The results of theoretical calculations and experiments indicated an enhanced adhesive mechanism of the honeybee by liquid self-sucking effects and air-embolism effects.Under these effects,normal and shear adhesion can be adjusted by controlling the proportion of liquid secretion and air pockets in the contact zone.Notably,the air-embolism effects contribute to the optimal coupling of smaller normal adhesion with greater shear adhesion,which is beneficial for the high stride frequency of honeybees.These works can provide a fresh perspective on the development of bio-inspired wet adhesive surfaces.

Strip flatness prediction of cold rolling based on ensemble methods

Aiming at the problem of insufficient prediction accuracy of strip flatness at the outlet of cold tandem rolling,the prediction performance of strip flatness based on different ensemble methods was studied and a high-precision prediction ensemble model of strip flatness at the outlet was established.Firstly,based on linear regression(LR),K nearest neighbors(KNN),support vector regression,regression trees(RT),and backpropagation neural network(BPN),bagging,boosting,and stacking ensemble methods were used for ensemble experiments.Secondly,three existing ensemble models,i.e.,random forest,extreme random tree(ET)and extreme gradient boosting,were used to conduct experiments and compare the results.The research shows that bagging,boosting,and stacking three ensemble methods have the most significant improvement in the prediction accuracy of the regression trees model,which is increased by 5.28%,6.51%,and 5.32%,respectively.At the same time,the stacking ensemble method improves both the simple model and the complex model,and the improvement effect on the simple base model is the greatest,which is 4.69%higher than that of the base model KNN.Comparing all of the ensemble models,the stacking ensemble model of level-1(ET,AdaBoost-RT,LR,BPN)paired with level-2(LR)was discovered to be the best model(EALB-LR)and can be further studied for industrial applications.

With the diversified development of big data,detection and precision guidance technologies,electromagnetic(EM)functional materials and devices serving multiple spectrums have become a hot topic.Exploring the multispectral response of materials is a challenging and meaningful scientific question.In this study,MXene/TiO_(2)hybrids with tunable conduction loss and polarization relaxation are fabricated by in situ atomic reconstruction engineering.More importantly,MXene/TiO_(2)hybrids exhibit adjustable spectral responses in the GHz,infrared and visible spectrums,and several EM devices are constructed based on this.An antenna array provides excellent EM energy harvesting in multiple microwave bands,with|S11|up to−63.2 dB,and can be tuned by the degree of bending.An ultra-wideband bandpass filter realizes a passband of about 5.4 GHz and effectively suppresses the transmission of EM signals in the stopband.An infrared stealth device has an emissivity of less than 0.2 in the infrared spectrum at wavelengths of 6-14μm.This work can provide new inspiration for the design and development of multifunctional,multi-spectrum EM devices.

Extreme precipitation is exacerbating the burden of infectious diarrhea in the context of climate change,it is necessary to identify the critical and easy-to-intervene intermediate factors for public health strategies.Water quality may be the most important mediator,while relevant empirical evidence is limited.This study aimed to examine the role of water quality in the process of infectious diarrhea caused by extreme precipitation.Weekly infectious diarrhea cases,meteorological factors and water quality data in Yangtze River Basin in China between October 29,2007 to February 19,2017 were obtained.Two-stage statistical models were used to estimate city-specific extreme precipitation,water quality and infectious diarrhea relationships that were pooled to derive regional estimates.A causal mediation analysis was used to assess the mediation effect of water quality.In Yangtze River Basin,extreme precipitation events had a significant impact on infectious diarrhea(Incidence Rate Ratios[IRR]:1.027,95%Confidence Interval[CI]:1.013~1.041).After extreme precipitation events,the dissolved oxygen(DO)in surface water decreased(-0.123 mg/L,95%CI:-0.159 mg/L~-0.086 mg/L),while the un-ionized ammonia(NH(3)-N)increased(0.004 mg/L,95%CI:0.001 mg/L~0.006 mg/L).The combined overall effect of DO and NH(3)-N on infectious diarrhea showed that both low and high concentrations were associated with an increased risk of infectious diarrhea.The causal mediation analysis showed that the mediation proportion of the two water quality indexes(DO and NH(3)-N)is 70.54%(P<0.001).To reduce the health effects of extreme precipitation,in contrast to current population-oriented health strategies,those that take into account more direct and easy-to-intervene water quality indicators should be encouraged by future policies.

We have investigated the phase stability,magnetic properties,and martensitic transformation thermodynamics/kinetics of the Ni24-xMn18+x+ySn6-y（x,y=0,1,2） system by combining the first-principles calculations and experiments.The calculation results show that the optimized lattice parameters are consistent with the experimental data.Respectively,we obtain the relation equation for the austenite formation energy(Eform-A) and Mn content(XMn):Eform-A=507.358XMn-274.126,as well as for the six-layer modulated（6M） martensite formation energy(Eform-6M) and Ni content(XNi):Eform-6M=-728.484XNi+264.374.The ternary phase diagram of the total magnetic moment was established.The excess Mn will reduce the total magnetic moment of 6M（Mag6M） and non-modulated（NM）(MagNM) martensites,with the following equations relating the total magnetic moment and Mn content:Mag6M=-15.905XMn+7.902and MagNM=-14.781XMn+7.411,while the effect on austenite is complex.The variation of total magnetic moment is mainly dominated by the Mn atomic magnetic moment.The 3d electrons of MnSn（Mn at Sn sublattice）play an important role in magnetic properties from the perspective of the electronic density of states.Based on the thermodynamics of martensitic transformation,the alloys will likely undergo austenite?6M?NM transformation sequence.Combining the thermodynamic and kinetic results,the martensitic transformation temperature decreases with x increasing and increases with y increasing.These results are expected to provide reference for predicting the phase stability and magnetic properties of NiMn-Sn alloys.

A Plasma Membrane Polarity Sensor Harnessing Conjoined Twisted Intramolecular Charge Transfer Modulation and Charge Number Control Strategy

Polarity is a critical microenvironmental factor of the plasma membrane,which can offer valuable insights into various biological processes.Herein,we proposed a novel strategy for the construction of fluorescent agents to measure plasma membrane polarity by conjoining twisted intramolecular charge transfer(TICT)modulation and charge number control.It is shown that compounds with a stronger TICT tendency are more sensitive to polarity shifts due to the number of dialkylated amino groups present(from 1 to 3),and the molecules with two or more charged centers remain in the plasma membrane.Therefore,we developed two fluorescent agents with high polarity sensitivity,excellent turn-on ratios,and superior ability,to target the plasma membrane.In the wash-free fluorescence imaging and fluorescence lifetime tests,our designed agent could detect plasma membrane polarity with high precision,allowing effective distinction between cancer cells and normal cells based on their differences in plasma membrane polarity.Moreover,both fluorescence and fluorescence lifetime changes of the plasma membrane in the ferroptosis model established by Sorafenib confirmed an increase in plasma membrane polarity during cell ferroptosis.
