Several promising plasma biomarker proteins,such as amyloid-β(Aβ),tau,neurofilament light chain,and glial fibrillary acidic protein,are widely used for the diagnosis of neurodegenerative ***,little is known about the long-term stability of these biomarker proteins in plasma samples stored at-80°*** aimed to explore how storage time would affect the diagnostic accuracy of these biomarkers using a large *** samples from 229 cognitively unimpaired individuals,encompassing healthy controls and those experiencing subjective cognitive decline,as well as 99 patients with cognitive impairment,comprising those with mild cognitive impairment and dementia,were acquired from the Sino Longitudinal Study on Cognitive Decline *** samples were stored at-80°C for up to 6 years before being used in this *** results showed that plasma levels of Aβ42,Aβ40,neurofilament light chain,and glial fibrillary acidic protein were not significantly correlated with sample storage ***,the level of total tau showed a negative correlation with sample storage ***,in individuals without cognitive impairment,plasma levels of total protein and tau phosphorylated protein threonine 181(p-tau181)also showed a negative correlation with sample storage *** was not observed in individuals with cognitive ***,we speculate that the diagnostic accuracy of plasma p-tau181 and the p-tau181 to total tau ratio may be influenced by sample storage ***,caution is advised when using these plasma biomarkers for the identification of neurodegenerative diseases,such as Alzheimer's ***,in cohort studies,it is important to consider the impact of storage time on the overall results.

Hot corrosion rates of Super 304H austenitic stainless steel pre-coated in Na2SO4-25%NaCl mixture salt film in air at 650 ℃ and 750 ℃ have been investigated by corrosion kinetics *** corrosion products are examined by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy coupled with energy-dispersive spectrometer,and electron probe micro-analyzer to analyze the scale structure and element distribution of the cross *** results indicate that the kinetics curves are similar and display parabolic growth,and the mass gain obviously increases with the increasing temperature.A two-layer oxide scale composed of Fe oxides containing CuFe2O4 and Cr2O3 forms on the surface of the alloy and easily exfoliates with extending corrosion time or with improving corrosion ***,a corrosion-affected zone with micropores and micro-cracks appears beneath the oxide *** is concluded that the selective oxidation occurs and a protective oxide scale forms at the early corrosion *** melt salts destroy the integrity of the oxide scale and accelerate hot corrosion of the alloy by the cyclical oxidation-chlorination during the further corrosion *** addition,internal sulfidation also contributes to the corrosion of the alloy.

We propose the spectrum allocation and resource scheduling algorithms in cognitive point to multipoint (PMP) networks with rapid changes of spectrum opportunities and present a media access control (MAC) protocol based on these algorithms. The objective of spectrum allocation is to make efficient use of the spectrum while maintaining the transceiver synchronization on frequency and time in the network. The objective of resource scheduling is to guarantee the quality of service (QoS) requirements of different kinds of connections and to minimize the total energy consumption in the network as well. By sensing only a small set of possible channels in each slot based on the state transition probability of each channel, our spectrum allocation algorithm achieves high spectrum efficiency in the network. The resource scheduling problem is divided into three sub problems and we derive optimal solutions to these problems by greedy algorithm and convex optimization. The simulation results show that our algorithm can make efficient use of the spectrum and the network resources at a cost of low computational complexity.

Owing to their shape memory effect and pseudoelasticity,NiTi shape memory alloys(SMAs)are widely used as functional *** processes particularly influence the final formation of the product owing to thermal softening and work-hardening *** integrity is an intermediate bridge between the machining parameter and performance of the *** this study,experiments were carried out on turning NiTi SMAs at different cutting speeds,where surface integrity characteristics were *** results show that a higher cutting speed of 125 m/min is required to turn NiTi SMAs based on the evaluation of surface *** degree of work hardening is higher at 15 m/***,as a primary effect,work hardening appears on the plastic deformation of the machined samples,leading to dislocations and *** the cutting speed increases,the thermal softening effect exceeds work hardening and creates a smoother surface.A stress-induced martensitic transformation is considered during the turning process,but this transformation is reversed to an austenite from the X-ray diffraction(XRD)*** to the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)curves,the phase state and phase transformation are less influenced by ***,the functional properties of NiTi-SMAs are less affected by machining.
