The past years have witnessed a rapid development of DNA nanotechnology in nanomaterials science with a central focus on programmable material construction on the nanoscale. An efficient method is therefore highly desirable（but challenging） for analytical/preparative purification of DNA-conjugated nano-objects and their DNA-assemblies. 采用了高反射率金属Al和电化学性能稳定的金属Mo,在硅基底上制备了多层结构的Al/Mo/MoO_3阳极,并研究了不同MoO_3厚度下多层阳极的反射率。在此基础上,通过发光层共掺杂制备了顶部发光OLED器件,并对器件发光机制进行了系统研究和分析。实验结果表明:采用发光层共掺杂制备的顶部发光OLED器件的色坐标,随电流密度或电压的增加而发生漂移;OLED器件色坐标漂移的原因是三基色发光强度随电流密度的增加,逐渐偏离了形成白光(0.33,0.33)所需三基色强度比例值,导致了OLED器件的色坐标发生了漂移,其机制是发光层中主-客之间能量转移和陷阱共同作用的结果。进一步研究发现,在不同电压下,红光发光强度随驱动电压(或电流密度)增大而线性地减小。

Si lattice-based linewidth,as the most used calibrator in the semiconductor industry,failed to meet the nanoscale demands of critical dimensions(CD).In 2018,the Si(220)lattice spacing was recommended as a secondary realization of the meter definition,however,Si lattices as nanoscale rulers can only be used in ultra-high vacuum(UHV)*** the first time,we designed two-dimensional(2D)supramolecular self-assembly monolayers(SAMs)as a new generation of nanoscale rulers using scanning tunneling microscopy(STM)technology in atmospheric *** SAMs nanoscale rulers were selected among seven types of SAMs based on their self-assembly behaviors and thermodynamic *** of these SAMs nanoscale rulers was used to calibrate the sTM images through lattice perspective transformation method,and directly determine the lattice length along the nanoscale rulers'lattice direction without calibration,proving the feasibility of SAMs nanoscale rulers in *** construction of SAMs nanoscale rulers was straightforward and manageable in the atmosphere,significantly lowering the complexity of producing nano precise measurement *** the ideal SAMs for use as nanoscale rulers holds immense potential to significantly reduce the cost of calibration in chip industries.

An Effective Intrusion Detection System Based on the FSA-BGRU Hybrid Model

Intrusion detection systems play a vital role in cyberspace security. In this study, a network intrusion detection method based on the feature selection algorithm(FSA) and a deep learning model is developed using a fusion of a recursive feature elimination(RFE) algorithm and a bidirectional gated recurrent unit(BGRU). Particularly, the RFE algorithm is employed to select features from high-dimensional data to reduce weak correlations between features and remove redundant features in the numerical feature space. Then, a neural network that combines the BGRU and multilayer perceptron(MLP) is adopted to extract deep intrusion behavior features. Finally,a support vector machine(SVM) classifier is used to classify intrusion behaviors. The proposed model is verified by experiments on the NSL-KDD *** results indicate that the proposed model achieves a 90.25% accuracy and a 97.51% detection rate in binary classification and outperforms other machine learning and deep learning models in intrusion classification. The proposed method can provide new insight into network intrusion detection.
