Perinatal outcomes of frozen-thawed embryo transfer following blastocyst-stage embryo transfer compared to those of cleavage-stage embryo transfer:analysis of 9408 singleton newborns using propensity score analysis

Objective:Regarding frozen-thawed embryo transfer(FET),there is limited consensus on whether extending embryo culture from the cleavage stage to the blastocyst stage affects perinatal *** study aimed to compare perinatal outcomes of singletons between blastocyst-stage embryo transfer(BT)and cleavage-stage embryo transfer(CT)in ***:A total of 9408 FET cycles that met the inclusion criteria were included in this retrospective cohort study between 2019 and ***-stage embryo transfers were performed in the BT group,and cleavage-stage embryo transfers were performed in the CT *** logistic regression analyses were performed,as well as propensity score matching(PSM)to adjust for ***:After PSM,a higher risk of pre-term birth(PTB;odds ratio[OR]:1.23,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.00-1.50,P=0.048)and being large for gestational age(LGA;OR:1.16,95%CI:1.00-1.35,P=0.050)was observed in the BT group compared to that in the CT *** stratified PSM,in the subgroup under 35 years of age,only an increased risk of LGA was observed in the BT group compared to the CT *** outcomes in the double-embryo transfer subgroup were similar to those in the unstratified ***,in the subgroup beyond 35 years of age and the single embryo transfer subgroup,perinatal outcomes were not statistically different between the BT and CT groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:In FET,prolonged embryo culture to the blastocyst stage increased the risk of PTB and LGA in single ***,stratified analysis based on age and the number of transferred embryos yielded different results,necessitating further mechanistic studies.

Objective:Few studies have explored the suitability of endometrial thickness(EMT)as a predictor of ectopic pregnancy(EP)in frozen embryo transfer(FET)*** study aimed to investigate the association between EMT and EP and explore the cutoff value of EMT to predict ***:This retrospective cohort study included women aged 20-45 years undergoing FET between March 2015 and September *** primary outcomes and measured variables were EP and EMT,*** threshold effect of EMT on EP was calculated based on a constructed smooth curve *** patients were divided into two groups based on the threshold for comparison.A subgroup analysis was conducted to examine whether the relationship between EMT and EP remained consistent across the different ***,a generalized linear model was used to analyze the interactions between the treatment factors and EMT in ***:In total,27,549 FET cycles were included,with 27,086 intrauterine and 463 ectopic *** risk of EP in the EMT≤8.7 mm group was 3.36 times higher than that in the EMT>8.7 mm group(odds ratio[OR]:3.36,95%confidence interval[CI]:2.57-4.05).Subgroup analysis further indicated that a thin EMT was a risk factor for EP,independent of other *** also noted that diminished ovarian reserve,tubal factor infertility,transfer of two embryos,or transfer of cleavage-stage embryos may further enhance the risk of EP in patients with thin ***:Thin endometrium was associated with an increased risk of *** with EMT less than 8.7 mm need close medical observation and management after embryo *** addition,diminished ovarian reserve,tubal factor infertility,transfer of two embryos,or transfer of cleavage-stage embryos may significantly enhance the effect of a thin endometrium on the risk of EP.

为开发利用铝热还原法制备金属铌工艺中产生的一种有色冶金废渣——铝铌渣,采用ICP、XRD、SEM、TG-DTA等表征技术对铝铌渣的化学组成、物相组成、显微结构及性能进行研究,结果发现,铝铌渣中Nb及NbO的氧化,导致铝铌渣的体积热稳定性非常差。将铝铌渣经400~1500℃热处理后发现:高温预烧处理能有效解决铝铌渣体积热稳定性差的问题;经≥1400℃预烧处理后,铝铌渣的物相组成、体积变化率均达稳定状态,且耐火度大于1790℃,满足耐火材料对原料的基本要求,为其资源化利用奠定了良好的基础。

通过溶剂热合成法制备了铝基金属有机骨架材料MIL-96(Al),并通过浸渍法合成了复合吸附剂MIL-96(Al)-L。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)讨论了所制备吸附剂的形貌。在不同工况的吸附实验中,MIL-96(Al)具有稳定的平衡吸附量,吸湿盐LiCl的加入增强了复合吸附剂的吸水性能。在吸附速率方面,MIL-96(Al)及其复合吸附剂表现出优异的性能。在不同温度和湿度条件下,MIL-96(Al)的吸附速率相对稳定,最高可达0.172 g/(g·h),而在相同条件下,MIL-96(Al)-L3的吸附速率最高可达MIL-96(Al)的3.7倍。MIL-96(Al)及其复合吸附剂在110℃下,可在30 min内完成脱附。其循环稳定性也通过循环再生实验得到证实。结果表明,MIL-96(Al)-L复合吸附剂是一种可实际应用于干旱地区的太阳能空气取水吸附剂。

A deep kernel method for lithofacies identification using conventional well logs

Horizontal segregation has been a constraint to the development and application of super-high bed *** eliminate the horizontal segregation of super-high bed sintering,several typical sintering machines were sampled and analyzed,and theoretical calculation was made to compare the bed depth and their differences in different areas within the mixture ***,solutions were proposed and applied to a 265 m^(2) sintering *** results showed that the horizontal seg-regation of the 265 m^(2) sintering machine was dominated by particles larger than 8 mm with horizontal segregation degree of 0.48,while 360 and 550 m^(2) sintering machines were affected by 5-8 mm and 1-3 mm particles with horizontal segregation degree of 0.27 and 0.31,*** analysis indicated the different segregation distribution results from the matching of the bed depth of each area within the mixture ***,the horizontal segregation degree not larger than 0.06 was achieved by optimizing the time parameters and the division of three zones on the 265 m^(2) sintering machine.

Super-high bed sintering process is an important development direction of iron ore sintering for its lower emission and higher ***,there is a lack of deep understanding of the uneven quality of super-high bed sintering products,and the deterioration of reduction disintegration performance,the thickening of hearth layer and the reduction in energy-saving effect are perplexing enterprises and *** ascertain the problems of super-high bed sintering,ten sintering machines with the areas of 265,280,360,550 and 660 m^(2)and bed depth above 900 mm were sampled and *** results showed that problems were mainly shown in the unevenness of chemical composition,macrostructure,mechanical strength and metallurgical *** chemical composition exhibits severe segregation in both horizontal and vertical directions,with basicity segregation reaching as high as *** uneven macrostructure of sinter is reflected in a 10%difference in porosity and mechanical strength increase in 16%–19%along the vertical *** reducibility and reduction disintegration performance gradually deteriorate along the bed depth,with a difference of 10.5%in reducibility and 7.3%in RDI−0.5 mm(reduction disintegration index of sinter with size smaller than 0.5 mm).

Study of deep transportation and plugging performance of deformable gel particles in porous media

Deformable gel particles(DGPs) possess the capability of deep profile control and flooding. However, the deep migration behavior and plugging mechanism along their path remain unclear. Breakage, an inevitable phenomenon during particle migration, significantly impacts the deep plugging effect. Due to the complexity of the process, few studies have been conducted on this subject. In this paper, we conducted DGP flow experiments using a physical model of a multi-point sandpack under various injection rates and particle sizes. Particle size and concentration tests were performed at each measurement point to investigate the transportation behavior of particles in the deep part of the reservoir. The residual resistance coefficient and concentration changes along the porous media were combined to analyze the plugging performance of DGPs. Furthermore, the particle breakage along their path was revealed by analyzing the changes in particle size along the way. A mathematical model of breakage and concentration changes along the path was established. The results showed that the passage after breakage is a significant migration behavior of particles in porous media. The particles were reduced to less than half of their initial size at the front of the porous media. Breakage is an essential reason for the continuous decreases in particle concentration, size, and residual resistance coefficient. However, the particles can remain in porous media after breakage and play a significant role in deep plugging. Higher injection rates or larger particle sizes resulted in faster breakage along the injection direction, higher degrees of breakage, and faster decreases in residual resistance coefficient along the path. These conditions also led to a weaker deep plugging ability. Smaller particles were more evenly retained along the path, but more particles flowed out of the porous media, resulting in a poor deep plugging effect. Effect of interplanetary magnetic field B_(x)on the polar electrojets as observed by CHAMP and Swarm satellites

Based on 16 years of magnetic field observations from CHAMP and Swarm satellites,this study investigates the influence of the Interplanetary Magnetic Field(IMF)Bx component on the location and peak current density of the polar electrojets(PEJs).We find that the IMF Bx displays obvious local time,seasonal,and hemispherical effects on the PEJs,as follows:(1)Compared to other local times,its influence is weakest at dawn and dusk.(2)In the midnight sectors of both hemispheres,the IMF Bx tends to amplify the westward PEJ when it is0 in the Southern Hemisphere;this effect is relatively stronger in the local winter hemisphere.(3)At noontime,the IMF Bx intensifies the eastward current when it is0,it reduces the westward current;this effect is notably more prominent in the local summer hemisphere.(4)Moreover,the noontime eastward current shifts towards higher latitudes,while the midnight westward current migrates towards lower latitudes when IMF Bx is0 in the Southern Hemisphere.
