Changes in olfactory function are considered to be early biomarkers of Parkinson’s *** dysfunction is one of the earliest non-motor features of Parkinson’s disease,appearing in about 90%of patients with early-stage Parkinson’s disease,and can often predate the diagnosis by ***,olfactory dysfunction should be considered a reliable marker of the ***,the mechanisms responsible for olfactory dysfunction are currently *** this article,we clearly explain the pathology and medical definition of olfactory function as a biomarker for early-stage Parkinson’s *** the basis of the findings of clinical olfactory function tests and animal model experiments as well as neurotransmitter expression levels,we further characterize the relationship between olfactory dysfunction and neurodegenerative diseases as well as the molecular mechanisms underlying olfactory dysfunction in the pathology of early-stage Parkinson’s *** findings highlighted in this review suggest that olfactory dysfunction is an important biomarker for preclinical-stage Parkinson’s ***,therapeutic drugs targeting non-motor symptoms such as olfactory dysfunction in the early stage of Parkinson’s disease may prevent or delay dopaminergic neurodegeneration and reduce motor symptoms,highlighting the potential of identifying effective targets for treating Parkinson’s disease by inhibiting the deterioration of olfactory dysfunction.

定位力是永磁同步直线电机(PMLSM)产生推力波动的主要原因,导致振动和噪声,恶化驱动系统运行性能。针对这一问题,该文提出一种基于比例谐振内模扩张状态观测器(PR-IMESO)的PMLSM推力波动抑制策略以提高系统控制精度和运行性能。首先,对PMLSM推力波动进行建模与分析,针对推力波动中占比较大的定位力分量,根据内模原理研究考虑定位力模型的内模扩张状态观测器(IMESO),并在观测器中引入谐振项以加强对二次脉动定位力的抑制。所提出抑制策略对PMLSM定位力具有良好的观测及补偿能力,还可对其余未建模的复杂动子推力波动进行抑制,具有较好的推力波动整体抑制效果。最后,在一台750 W的PMLSM实验平台上验证所提出抑制策略的有效性。

以《民法典》生效后的100份医疗美容纠纷民事判决书作为切入点,对医疗美容纠纷的成因及解决路径进行了研究。首先对这100份判决书中原告起诉原因进行分析整理后,将案件分为了人身损害型案件、退费型案件、效果型案件和告知型案件。然后对不同类型案件的判决内容从裁判依据、主体情况、案由情况等多角度进行了具体分析。随后根据分析结果并结合法律规定、文献资料等从医疗美容接受方、医疗美容行医方、政府监管方三方角度进行医疗美容纠纷的成因分析。最后针对分析出的成因提出了五点解决建议:一是为医疗美容接受方设定法定的审查义务;二是提高医疗美容接受方的法律意识;三是完善医疗美容专业人才系统的培养机制;四是完善我国医疗美容法律体系;五是加大监管力度,完善监管机制。

热水驱能够降低原油黏度,改善水油流度比,降低残余油饱和度,是稠油油田开发的主要方式之一,探索热水驱开发的主控因素对于热水驱方案设计具有重要意义。本文通过调研陆地油田地质油藏参数和开发效果,选取油层有效厚度、净毛比、渗透率、原油黏度、平面变异系数、注热水温度为目标参数,引入变异系数评价影响热水驱采收率的主控因素,研究表明:注热水温度和油层有效厚度是影响热水驱采收率的主控因素,研究结果可以指导热水驱油田选取方案和方案设计。

海上M区块为薄层稠油油藏,采用水平井蒸汽驱开发,蒸汽腔发育受到先期井网和后期优渗通道影响。为此,基于数值模拟法,以突进系数为评价指标,分析原油黏度、地层倾角、平面渗透率级差、注入温度、注汽速度、注入干度、采注比对水平井蒸汽驱蒸汽腔均衡发育的影响,基于分析结果引入变异系数S作为评价指标,以表征突进系数在研究范围内的敏感程度,研究表明,影响薄层稠油水平井蒸汽驱蒸汽腔均衡发育的主控因素为:采注比、注入干度、地层倾角,可根据各主控因素对蒸汽腔均衡发育的影响,对水平井蒸汽驱开发设计进行优化。

The composition of biomass pyrolysis gas is complex,and the selective separation of its components is crucial for its further ***-incorporated nitrogen-doped materials exhibit enormous potential,whereas the relevant adsorption mechanism is still ***,16 metal-incorporated nitrogen-doped carbon materials were designed based on the density functional theory calculation,and the adsorption mechanism of pyrolysis gas components H2,CO,CO_(2),CH_(4),and C2H6 was *** results indicate that metal-incorporated nitrogen-doped carbon materials generally have better adsorption effects on CO and CO_(2)than on H_(2),CH_(4),and C_(2)H_(6).Transition metal Mo-and alkaline earth metal Mg-and Ca-incorporated nitrogen-doped carbon materials show the potential to separate CO and CO_(2).The mixed adsorption results of CO_(2)and CO further indicate that when the CO_(2)ratio is significantly higher than that of CO,the saturated adsorption of CO_(2)will precede that of ***,the three metal-incorporated nitrogen-doped carbon materials can selectively separate CO_(2),and the alkaline earth metal Mg-incorporated nitrogen-doped carbon material has the best *** study provides theoretical guidance for the design of carbon capture materials and lays the foundation for the efficient utilization of biomass pyrolysis gas.

The design of high-performance catalysts is the key to the efficient utilization of hydrogen *** this work,a PdCu nanoalloy was successfully anchored on TiO_(2)encapsulated with carbon to construct a *** kinetics of the hydrolysis of ammonia borane(turnover frequency of 279 mol·min^(-1·)mol_(Pd)^(-1))ranking the third place among Pd-based catalysts was achieved in the absence of *** experimental research and theoretical calculations reveal a lower activation energy of the B-H bond on the PdCu nanoalloy catalyst than that on pristine Pd and a lower activation energy of the O-H bond than that on pristine *** redistribution of d electron and the shift of the d-band center play a critical role in increasing the electron density of Pd and improving the catalytic performances of Pd_(0.1)Cu_(0.9)/TiO_(2)-porous carbon(Pd_(0.1)Cu_(0.9)/T-PC).This work provides novel insights into highly dual-active alloys and sheds light on the mechanism of dual-active sites in promoting borohydride hydrolysis.

High salt is a major environmental factor that threatens plant growth and *** evidence indicates that histone acetylation is involved in plant responses to various abiotic stress;however,the underlying epigenetic regulatory mechanisms remain poorly *** this study,we revealed that the histone deacetylase OsHDA706 epigenetically regulates the expression of salt stress response genes in rice(Oryza sativa L.).OsHDA706 localizes to the nucleus and cytoplasm and OsHDA706 expression is significantly induced under salt ***,oshda706 mutants showed a higher sensitivity to salt stress than the *** vivo and in vitro enzymatic activity assays demonstrated that OsHDA706 specifically regulates the deacetylation of lysines 5 and 8 on histone H4(H4K5and H4K8).By combining chromatin immunoprecipitation and mRNA sequencing,we identified the clade A protein phosphatase 2C gene,OsPP2C49,which is involved in the salt response as a direct target of H4K5 and H4K8 *** found that the expression of OsPP2C49 is induced in the oshda706 mutant under salt ***,the knockout of OsPP2C49 enhances plant tolerance to salt stress,while its overexpression has the opposite *** together,our results indicate that OsHDA706,a histone H4 deacetylase,participates in the salt stress response by regulating the expression of OsPP2C49 via H4K5 and H4K8 deacetylation.

Drought-resistant plants exhibit strong water retention *** this regard,the autotetraploid sour jujube leaves exhibit better water retention than diploid *** comparisons and physiological comparisons of diploid and autotetraploid leaves showed that the autotetraploid leaves had thicker leaf cuticles and more leaf wax accumulation than the diploid leaves,which could reduce cuticle permeability and improve the drought tolerance of *** this study,the cuticular wax crystalloids on the adaxial and abaxial sides of young and mature jujube leaves were observed in the two ploidy types,and unique cuticular wax crystalloids covering a large area of the cuticle on autotetraploid sour jujube leaves may provide an advantage in reducing leaf non-stomata transpiration and improving plant drought *** on the transcriptome,115 differentially expressed genes between diploids and autotetraploids were further analyzed and found to be involved in the accumulation of cuticular wax components,including terpenoids,fatty acids,and lipids,as well as ABC transporter and wax biosynthetic ***,14 genes differentially expressed between glossy autotetraploid leaves and nonglossy diploid leaves,such as LOC107414787,LOC107411574 and LOC107413721,were screened as candidate genes by qRT-PCR *** findings provided insights into how polyploidization improved drought tolerance.
