Monogamy and polygamy for the generalized W-class states using unified-(q,s)entropy

We describe the entanglement distribution and restricted shareability of the multipartite generalized W-class states and their reduced density matrix under arbitrary partitions by using monogamy and polygamy relation based on the unified-(q,s)entropy.Firstly,we provide an analytical formula of unified-(q,s)entanglement(UE)and an analytical lower bound of unified-(q,s)entanglement of assistance(UEo A)for a reduced density matrix of a generalized W-class state.Then,we use these two analytical formulas to derive the monogamy and polygamy inequalities for a reduced density matrix of a qudit generalized W-class(GW)state.We establish two partition-dependent residual entanglements based on the new monogamy relation,which is helpful to obtain a comprehensive analysis of entanglement dynamics of generalized W-class states.Further,we investigate tighter monogamy and polygamy relations based on the power ofαth(α≥0)for UE andβth(β≥0)for UEo A,respectively.The results show that the entanglement distribution characteristics of generalized W-class states satisfying stronger constraints can be described more accurately.

Risk factors for intracranial aneurysm in a Chinese ethnic population

Background Intracranial aneurysm （IAN） is a protruding bubble or a sac on a brain artery that balloons out over time, which may lead to spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage （SAH）, ultimately disability and mortality. Current research indicates that the disease is due to multiple causes, including environmental factors and various congenital abnormalities of blood vessels. Apart from congenital predisposition, various high-risk factors such as sex, age, hypertension, and atherosclerosis are involved in the formation of intracranial aneurysms. The aim of this study was to investigate the risk factors associated with the formation of sporadic intracranial aneurysms in Chinese Hart ethnic patients. Methods A total of 251 patients with intracranial aneurysm and 338 patients with other cerebral diseases （control group） were enrolled in this study. Single factor and logistic regression model were used to analyze the association of intracranial aneurysms with age; sex; cigarette smoking; alcohol or cocaine consumption; history of hypertension, coronary artery disease, diabetes mellitus and inherited connective tissue disease; and the levels of fasting blood glucose and blood fat. The data expressed as mean ± standard deviation were processed with the statistical software SPSS 13. Quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed by the independent-sample t test, and the chi-square test respectively. Logistic regression method was used to analyze the multiple factors. Results In the 251 patients, 163 （64.94%） were at age of 40 to 60 years. Sex （OR, 1.41; 95% CI, 1.01 --1.96）, cigarette smoking （OR, 1.81; 95% CI, 1.06--3.10）, hypertension （OR, 2.32; 95% CI, 1.30--4.16） and fasting blood glucose were significantly associated with intracranial aneurysm （P〈0.05）. Intracranial aneurysm was correlated with alcohol consumption, coronary artery disease, and the level of blood lipids （P〉0.05）. In this paper,a new concept of forward-pumped random Raman fiber laser(RRFL)-based liquid refractive index sensing is proposed for the first time.For liquid refractive index sensing,the flat fiber end immersed in the liquid can act as the point reflector for generating random fiber lasing and also as the sensing head.Due to the high sensitivity of the output power of the RRFL to the reflectivity provided by the point reflector in the ultralow reflectivity regime,the proposed RRFL is capable of achieving liquid refractive index sensing by measuring the random lasing output power.We theoretically investigate the effects of the operating pump power and fiber length on the refractive index sensitivity for the proposed RRFL.As a proof-of-concept demonstration,we experimentally realize high-sensitivity half-open short-cavity RRFL-based liquid refractive index sensing with the maximum sensitivity and the sensing resolution of-39.88W/RIU and 2.5075×10^(-5) RIU,respectively.We also experimentally verify that the refractive index sensitivity can be enhanced with the shorter fiber length of the RRFL.This work extends the application of the random fiber laser as a new platform for highly-sensitive refractive index sensing in chemical,biomedical,and environmental monitoring applications,etc.

Glutamicibacter nicotianae AT6:A new strain for the efficient biodegradation of tilmicosin

The degradation of tilmicosin(TLM),a semi-synthetic 16-membered macrolide antibiotic,has been receiving increasing attention.Conventionally,there are three tilmicosin degradation methods,and among them microbial degradation is considered the best due to its high efficiency,eco-friendliness,and low cost.Coincidently,we found a new strain,Glutamicibacter nicotianae sp.AT6,capable of degrading high-concentration TLM at 100 mg/L with a 97%removal efficiency.The role of tryptone was as well investigated,and the results revealed that the loading of tryptone had a significant influence on TLM removals.The toxicity assessment indicated that strain AT6 could efficiently convert TLM into less-toxic substances.Based on the identified intermediates,the degradation of TLM by AT6 processing through two distinct pathways was then proposed.

The use of two-dimensional(2D)layered metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)as self-sacrificial templates has been proven to be a successful method to create high-efficiency Selenium(Se)-containing electrocatalysts for overall water splitting.Herein,two strategies are then utilized to introduce Se element into the Co–Fe MOF,one being the etching of as-prepared MOF by SeO_(2) solution,and the other,the replacing of SCN−with SeCN−as the construction unit.The electrochemical activity of the pristine 2D MOF and their calcinated derivatives for catalyzing the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is evaluated and further discussed.It is found that the effect of introducing Se on improving electrochemical catalytic activity is significant for the HER process.Specifically,the calcinated derivative in the replacing method exhibits an overpotential of 235 mV for HER and 270 mV for OER at a current density of 10 mA/cm2.For comparing the two methods of introducing Se element into MOF,similar electrocatalytic activity can be achieved on the their calcinated derivatives.The high electrochemical performance of 2D CoFe-MOF derivatives may be resulted from the unique 2D hierarchical porous structure and strong synergistic effect between different components in the material.

Human-Machine Shared Lateral Control Strategy for Intelligent Vehicles Based on Human Driver Risk Perception Reliability

Intelligent vehicle(Ⅳ)technology has developed rapidly in recent years.However,achieving fully unmanned driving still presents numerous challenges,which means that human drivers will continue to play a vital role in vehicle operation for the foreseeable future.Human-machine shared driving,involving cooperation between a human driver and an automated driving system(AVS),has been widely regarded as a necessary stage for the development of IVs.Focusing onⅣdriving safety,this study proposed a human-machine shared lateral control strategy(HSLCS)based on the reliability of driver risk perception.The HSLCS starts by identifying the effective areas of driver risk perception based on eye movements.It establishes an anisotropic driving risk field,which serves as the foundation for the AVS to assess risk levels.Building upon the cumulative and diminishing effects of risk perception,the proposed approach leverages the driver's risk perception effective area and converts the risk field into a representation aligned with the driver's perspective.Subsequently,it quantifies the reliability of the driver's risk perception by using area-matching rules.Finally,based on the driver’s risk perception reliability and dif-ferences in lateral driving operation between the human driver and the AVS,the dynamic distribution of driving authority is achieved through a fuzzy rule-based system,and the human-machine shared lateral control is completed by using model predictive control.The HSLCS was tested across various scenarios on a driver-in-the-loop test platform.The results show that the HSLCS can realize the synergy and complementarity of human and machine intelligence,effectively ensuring the safety ofⅣoperation.

In this research, an arbitrarily oriented electric dipole at subsurface is used to simulate Seismogenic Electromagnetic(SEM) radiation emanating from a seismic zone during its gestation phase. Analytical synthesis of responses at the Lijiang magnetotelluric(MT) station has revealed that SEM radiation could induce identifiable anomalies in the electromagnetic(EM)spectrum, apparent resistivity and phase within specific frequency bands. Background variations were extracted from long-term observation data of Dali and Lijiang MT stations, enabling the identification of SEM anomalies related to the Yunlong and Yangbi earthquakes. Multiple parameters of dipole sources at subsurface were obtained by applying the Differential Ant Colony Optimization(DACO) algorithm to anomalous data of two stations with multi-frequencies and various response functions. The spatial distribution of these predicted dipoles is predominantly clustered in or around the seismogenic area, with their azimuthal orientation aligning towards the seismogenic fault in general. This study has demonstrated the potential of using subsurface electric dipole simulations for SEM radiation analysis, offering a feasible approach for the prediction and understanding of seismogenic zones.

Extracellular vesicles(EVs)are considered to be a new generation of bioinspired nanoscale drug delivery systems due to their low immunogenicity,natural functionality,and excellent biocompatibility.However,limitations such as low uptake efficiency,insufficient production,and inhomogeneous performance undermine their potential.To address these issues,numerous researchers have put forward various methods and applications for enhancing EV uptake in recent decades.In this review,we introduce various methods for the cellular uptake of EVs and summarize recent advances on the methods and mechanisms for enhancing EV uptake.In addition,we provide further understanding regarding enhancing EV uptake and put forward prospects and challenges for the development of EV-based therapy in the future.

Testing Linearity in Functional Partially Linear Models

For the functional partially linear models including flexible nonparametric part and functional linear part,the estimators of the nonlinear function and the slope function have been studied in existing literature.How to test the correlation between response and explanatory variables,however,still seems to be missing.Therefore,a test procedure for testing the linearity in the functional partially linear models will be proposed in this paper.A test statistic is constructed based on the existing estimators of the nonlinear and the slope functions.Further,we prove that the approximately asymptotic distribution of the proposed statistic is a chi-squared distribution under some regularity conditions.Finally,some simulation studies and a real data application are presented to demonstrate the performance of the proposed test statistic.
