Comprehensive Evaluation of Ski Resort Development Conditions in Northern China

China′s bid for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games will promote rapid development of domestic ski tourism. More than 10 provinces in the northern China list ski tourism as a new source of growth in the tourism industry. Formulating a scientific evaluation system is an important foundation for ski resort development. By referring to the conditions of existing international ski resorts, a comprehensive index system for evaluating ski resort development was developed based on natural factors, human factors, athletic sports, and popular ski tourism. The system was composed of one target layer, two indices, seven sub-indices and twenty-five basic indices. Based on data collected during a field investigation in 2012 and on a statistical model, the development conditions of the following ski resorts were quantified: Yabuli Ski Resort in Heilongjiang Province and Beidahu Ski Resort in Jilin Province in Northeast China, Wanlong Ski Resort in Hebei Province and Nanshan Ski Resort in Beijing in the northern China, and Silk Road International Ski Resort in Uygur Autonomous Region of Xinjiang in the northwestern China. The resulting index values of development conditions at Beidahu, Yabuli, Wanlong, Nanshan, and Silk Road International Ski Resorts were 0.304, 0.278, 0.270, 0.214, and –0.025, respectively. Various natural and human factors exert positive and negative effects on the development potential of ski resorts. The development conditions of the five ski resorts were inferior to those of first-class international resorts. Therefore, the development conditions of the five ski resorts should be improved with future construction.

Influence of coronal holes on CMEs in causing SEP events

The issue of the influence of coronal holes （CHs） on coronal mass ejections （CMEs） in causing solar energetic particle （SEP） events is revisited. It is a continuation and extension of our previous work, in which no evident effects of CHs on CMEs in generating SEPs were found by statistically investigating 56 CME events. This result is consistent with the conclusion obtained by Kahler in 2004. We extrapolate the coronal magnetic field, define CHs as the regions consisting of only open magnetic field lines and perform a similar analysis on this issue for 76 events in total by extending the study interval to the end of 2008. Three key parameters, CH proximity, CH area and CH relative position, are involved in the analysis. The new result confirms the previous conclusion that CHs did not show any evident effect on CMEs in causing SEP events.

In a cloud environment,outsourced graph data is widely used in companies,enterprises,medical institutions,and so *** owners and users can save costs and improve efficiency by storing large amounts of graph data on cloud *** on cloud platforms usually have some subjective or objective attacks,which make the outsourced graph data in an insecure *** issue of privacy data protection has become an important obstacle to data sharing and *** to query outsourcing graph data safely and effectively has become the focus of *** query is a basic and frequently used operation in graph,and it will effectively promote the query range and query ability if multi-keyword fuzzy search can be supported at the same *** work proposes to protect the privacy information of outsourcing graph data by encryption,mainly studies the problem of multi-keyword fuzzy adjacency query,and puts forward a *** our scheme,we use the Bloom filter and encryption mechanism to build a secure index and query token,and adjacency queries are implemented through indexes and query tokens on the cloud *** proposed scheme is proved by formal analysis,and the performance and effectiveness of the scheme are illustrated by experimental *** research results of this work will provide solid theoretical and technical support for the further popularization and application of encrypted graph data processing technology.

Effectiveness of ZiYin Xiehuo granules and Zishen Qinggan granules on partial precocious puberty in girls: a multicenter, randomized, single-blind, controlled trial

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of ZiYin Xiehuo granules(ZYXH) and Zishen Qinggan granules(ZSQG) on partial precocious puberty(PPP).METHODS: This was a multicenter, randomized, single-blind, positive-controlled trial. A total of 143 pa-tients were assigned to either the ZYXH group or the ZSQG group using a random number table. The ZYXH group received ZYXH three times daily for 6 months and the ZSQG group received ZSQG three times daily for 6 months. Mammary nucleus diameter; the results of uterus, ovarian, and maximum follicle measures; and Chinese medicine symptom pattern scores were compared at baseline and after 3 months and 6 months of ***: After 3 months' treatment, there were no significant differences between the two groups in mammary nucleus index changes(left 3.4 ± 3.1 vs3.5 ± 3.1, P = 0.790; right 3.0 ± 2.9 vs 3.6 ± 3.0, P =0.719). The uterine volume in the ZYXH group was smaller than that in the ZSQG group(2.1 ± 1.6 vs2.6 ± 2.2, P = 0.006). There were no significant between-group differences in ovarian volume and maximum follicular diameter on either side(ovarian volume: left 1.2 ± 0.7 vs 1.3 ± 0.6, P = 0.8; right1.2 ± 0.7 vs 1.4 ± 1.1, P = 0.984; maximum follicular diameter: left 3.9 ± 1.7 vs 3.5 ± 2.2, P = 0.158; right3.5 ± 1.7 vs 3.9 ± 2.1, P = 0.314).CONCLUSION: ZYXH granules and ZSQG granules both affected the size of the mammary nucleus in girls with PPP, and improved Chinese medicine symptom patterns. ZYXH granules showed slight advantages over ZSQG granules in terms of the decrease in the size of the uterus, ovaries, and ovarian follicles.

Trusted computing,which can effectively increase the credibility of information system,has made great achievements and is in continuous development. For country who is going to strengthen network construction like China,it is an important fundamental supporting technology worth researching. China is in the international forefront in the field of trusted computing. This paper gives comprehensive introductions to the new development and application of key technologies in trusted computing,such as various trusted platform modules(TPM、TCM、TPCM),TCG Software Stack(TSS),trusted cloud server and Trusted Execution Environment(TEE). We illustrate the progressing and application extension of these technologies and also point out some key problems worth studying in the future.

In eukaryotes,N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor(NSF)is a conserved AAA+ATPase and a key component of the membrane trafficking machinery that promotes the fusion of secretory vesicles with target ***,we demonstrate that the Arabidopsis thaliana genome contains a single copy of NSF,At NSF,which plays an essential role in the regulation of leaf *** At NSF knock-down mutant,atnsf-1,exhibited more serrations in the leaf ***,polar localization of the PINFORMED1(PIN1)auxin efflux transporter was diffuse around the margins of atnsf-1 leaves and root growth was inhibited in the atnsf-1 *** PIN1-GFP accumulated in the intracellular compartments of atnsf-1 plants,suggesting that At NSF is required for intracellular trafficking of PIN between the endosome and plasma ***,the serration phenotype was suppressed in the atnsf-1 pin1-8 double mutant,suggesting that At NSF is required for PIN1-mediated polar auxin transport to regulate leaf *** CUPSHAPED COTYLEDON2(CUC2)transcription factor gene is up-regulated in atnsf-1 plants and the cuc2-3 single mutant exhibits smooth leaf margins,demonstrating that At NSF also functions in the CUC2 *** results reveal that At NSF regulates the PIN1-generated auxin maxima with a CUC2-mediated feedback loop to control leaf serration.

Plant interphase cortical microtubules(cMTs)mediate anisotropic cell expansion in response to environmental and developmental *** Arabidopsis thaliana,KATANIN 1(KTN1),the p60 catalytic subunit of the conserved MT-severing enzyme katanin,is essential for cMT ordering and anisotropic cell ***,the regulation of KTN1-mediated cMT severing and ordering remains *** this work,we report that the Arabidopsis IQ67 DOMAIN(IQD)family gene ABNORMAL SHOOT 6(ABS6)encodes a MT-associated *** of ABS6 leads to elongated cotyledons,directional pavement cell expansion,and highly ordered transverse cMT *** suppressor analysis revealed that ABS6-mediated cMT ordering is dependent on KTN1 and SHADE AVOIDANCE 4(SAV4).Live imaging of cMT dynamics showed that both ABS6 and SAV4 function as positive regulators of cMT ***,ABS6 directly interacts with KTN1 and SAV4 and promotes their recruitment to the ***,analysis of loss-of-function mutant combinations showed that ABS6,SAV4,and KTN1 work together to ensure the robust ethylene response in the apical hook of dark-grown ***,our findings establish ABS6 and SAV4 as positive regulators of cMT severing and ordering,and highlight the role of cMT dynamics in fine-tuning differential growth in plants.

Synthesis,Characterization and Non-linear Optical Properties of a New Organic Dye:DEAHAS

Trans-4- (N-2-hydroxyethyl-N-ethyl amino)-4ˊ-(diethyl amino)stilbene (DEAHAS) has been synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. Linear absorption, single-photon induced fluorescence and two-photon induced fluorescence are experimentally studied. DEAHAS has an effective two-photon absorption cross-sections ofσ2 = 1.19×10-46 cm4·s/photon at 532 nm by using an open aperture Z-scan technique and exhibits a strong two-photon induced blue fluorescence of 430 nm when pumped with 800 nm laser irradiation.

Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Model: Case Study Based on Dongying Section of the Yellow River Basin

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote the improvement of urban and rural living environment and build livable and workable villages and beautiful villages. The development and challenges of rural domestic sewage treatment coexist. Based on the field investigation of 15 administrative villages in 3 districts and counties of Dongying City, there is a big gap between the development status of rural domestic sewage treatment and expectations. Investigate rural domestic sewage treatment cases in-depth, and condense four modes of primitive, developmental, mature and advanced in a variety of different rural domestic sewage treatment models for discussion, among which, the village sewage treatment work under the mature mode has achieved remarkable results, and is at the forefront of the current rural domestic sewage treatment. Through the multi-case analysis method, the practical dilemma of sewage treatment in different models of villages is summarized, and the feasible improvement path is explored, which contributes to the ecological protection and high-quality development of Dongying and the Yellow River Basin.
