MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of phylogenetically conserved, non-coding short RNAs, 19-22 nt in length which suppress protein expression through base-pairing with the 3'-untranslated region of target mRNAs. miRNAs have been found to participate in cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a chronic, progressive, and high lethality fibrotic lung disease for which currently there is no effective treatment. Some miRNAs have been reported to be involved in the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis. In this review, we discuss the role of miRNAs in the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of IPF. 密度对陕垦224光合性状和产量性状的影响

为给陕垦224的高产栽培提供科学的理论依据,在不同密度水平下测定了小麦的光合气体交换参数、叶片光合相关性状、干物质积累量等光合指标,并对农艺性状及产量进行了分析。结果表明:净光合速率和水分利用效率随着密度的增加一直下降,气孔导度、蒸腾速率和胞间CO_(2)浓度则随着密度的增加而增加;叶片叶绿素含量、旗叶面积、总叶面积均随着种植密度的增加先升后降,叶面积指数随着种植密度的增加一直升高;单株干物质积累量随着密度增加而下降,折合群体干物质积累量随着密度增加先升后降;有效穗数随着密度增加先升后降,穗粒数和千粒重则随着密度的增加而下降。综合各指标的变化规律,陕垦224的适宜种植密度在15万~20万株/667m^(2)。研究结果为陕垦224的高光效利用和高产栽培提供了重要的理论参考。

With a reasonable parameter configuration,the passive dynamic walking model has a stable,efficient,natural periodic gait,which depends only on gravity and inertia when walking down a slight *** fact,there is a delicate balance in the energy conversion in the stable periodic gait,making the gait adjustable by changing the model ***é mapping is combined with Newton-Raphson iteration to obtain the numerical solution of the final state of the passive dynamic walking *** addition,a simulation on the walking gait of the model is performed by increasing the slope step by step,thereby fixing the model's parameters ***,the gait features obtained in the different slope stages are analyzed and discussed,the intrinsic laws are revealed in *** results indicate that the gait can present features of a single period,doubling period,the entrance of chaos,merging of sub-bands,and so on,because of the high sensitivity of the passive dynamic walking to the *** a global viewpoint,the gait becomes chaotic by way of period doubling bifurcation,with a self-similar Feigenbaum fractal structure in the *** the entrance of chaos,the gait sequence comprises a Cantor set,and during the chaotic stage,sub-bands in the final-state diagram of the robot system present as a mirror of the period doubling bifurcation.

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the constituents of volatile oils extracted from Yuan Zhi(Radix Polygalae),Shi Chang Pu(Acorus Tatarinowii),and a mixture of the two ***:The volatile oils were extracted using supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) with CO 2,and the constituents of the volatile oil extracts were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The relative content of each component was calculated using peak area ***:The optimized SFE conditions were 45 MPa at 35℃ for 2 ***-four compounds were identified in the extract from the Yuan Zhi(Radix Polygalae) and Shi Chang Pu(Acorus Tatarinowii) mixture,and six of these had relative contents >*** compounds were 1,2-dimethoxy-4-(2-propenyl)-benzene;1,2,3-trimethoxy-5-(2-propenyl)-benzene;β-asarone;(Z,Z) 9,12-octadecadienoic acid;(Z) 6-octadecenoic acid;and ethyl *** of the herbs increased the number of pharmacologically active substances in the extract and decreased the number of compounds with one benzene ring compared with the extracts from the individual ***:These results indicate there is a synergistic relationship among the compounds in these herbs.

In order to investigate the influence of hydrogenation degree and structural variety on reaction trend of polyaro- matic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in resins and asphaltenes portion of heavy oil, a series of PAHs with different hydrogenation degree were selected as model compounds to simulate their different hydrogenation stage, and the PAHs thermal cracking reaction was simulated based on free radical mechanism by the density functional theory (DFT) to search for reactions'transition state. By comparing the dynamic data obtained from reaction simulation, it is showed that processing difficulty could rise with increasing condensed aromatic ring number, and hydrogenation could promote ring cleavage reaction, but excessive hydrogenation would decrease the oil conversion rate to reduce light-end products. In conclusion, proper hydrogenation was quite critical in promoting light-end products conversion efficiency and saving the processing cost as well. Operational instructions were given based on both PAHs hydrogenation performance and conclusions were drawn up from reaction simulation results.

Single atom catalysts(SACs)have become one of research focuses in heterogeneous catalysis for their effective utilization of active metal atoms and unique properties in various catalytic ***,due to their high surface energy,noble metal single atoms like Pt tend to migrate and agglomerate to form larger clusters or nanoparticles,which makes it a challenge to fabricate noble metal SACs with high loading(>5 wt.%).Furthermore,the decisive factors of loading maximum are still not ***,we reported a manganese oxide supported Pt SAC with a high loading of 5.6 wt.%synthesized by selective dissolution *** pre-stabilization of Pt by coordinated oxygen and the abundant surface defects of support are the determinants of high *** Pt SAC exhibited much better H_(2)spill-over and hydrocarbon oxidation abilities with lower adsorption and dissociation energies than the manganese oxide support because of its local electronic structure with less repulsion.

A DFT study of H2 dissociation on a series of Mo x S y clusters was performed, including homolytic and heterolytic dissociation. The preference for the two pathways on these models show much difference, as the Mo coordination number increases, the homolytic dissociation becomes easier, whereas the heterolytic dissociation becomes more difficult. Furthermore, frontier orbital theory was used to analyze the dissociation mechanisms of these two pathways. It was found that the symmetry and energy gap of Mo x S y's HOMO and H2's LUMO are the decisive factors in H2 activation.

Poly（ethylene terephthalate）（PET）/montmorillonite （MMT） nanocomposite was prepared by the direct polymerization with MMTs modified with variable content of antimony acetate （Sb（OAc）3）, which was also used as catalyst polymerization. The modified MMTs （AS-Sb-MMT） were prepared by intercalating both Sb（OAc）3 and amphoteric surfactant （AS） into MMT layers. Nine kinds of Sb-MMTs [MMT treated with Sb（OAc）3] with different Sb content were obtained, but only six kinds of PET/MMT nanocomposites could be prepared. ICPAES was used to characterize Sb content of modified MMT, XRD was used to characterize interlayer spacing, IR spectroscopy was used to characterize composition change of Sb catalyst in modified MMT and TEM was used to investigate micromorphology of PET/MMT nanocomposites. Several results are obtained, i.e., （a） Sb content of Sb-MMT is affected by both drying temperature and washing-drying sequence, （b） compared with Na-MMT （unmodified MMT）, the change in the interlayer spacing of Sb-MMT is attributed to the solvent ethylene glycol （EG） rather than the intercalated or absorbed Sb（OAc）3, （c） based on this, a model is developed to describe the swelling of Na-MMT and modified MMT by EG and the effect of drying temperature on the interlayer spacing, （d） exfoliation state of MMT in PET matrix of nanocomposites is controlled not only by Sb content and interlayer spacing, but also by the composition of Sb catalyst in modified MMT.

目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清中的表达及其临床意义。方法选择84例NSCLC患者作为肺癌组,84例肺部良性疾病患者作为对照组。采集所有患者入院第2 d时空腹静脉血4 ml,应用全自动化学发光免疫分析仪检测血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3含量。对比两组受检者血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3差异,分析血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3表达与NSCLC患者临床病理特征的关系。结果肺癌组血清IGF-1水平高于对照组,IGFBP-3水平低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);不同年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、肿瘤最大直径、病理类型、分化程度NSCLC患者血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平比较,无统计学差异(P<0.05);局部侵犯T_(1)~T_(2)、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期NSCLC患者血清IGF-1水平低于T_(3)~T_(4)、Ⅲ期者,IGFBP-3水平高于T_(3)~T_(4)、Ⅲ期者,有淋巴结转移者血清IGF-1水平高于T_(3)~T_(4)者,IGFBP-3水平低于T_(3)~T_(4)者,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。Pearson分析显示,血清IGF-1水平与NSCLC患者局部侵犯程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05),血清IGFBP-3-水平与NSCLC患者局部侵犯程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论NSCLC患者血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平表达异常,其水平高低与患者局部侵犯程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关。

Deoximation in metal chloride ionic liquids based on 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium and triethylene ammonium cations, such as AmimBr（Cl）-MClx （A=ethyl, butyl, benzyl; M=Al, Fe, Cu, Sn and Zn; x=2, 3） and Et3NHCl-FeCl3 were investigated under mild conditions. Ferrate chloride ionic liquid was proved to be an effective catalyst for deoximation of cyclohexanone oxime, exhibiting high conversion of oximes and selectivity to cyclo- hexanone. Good performance for the deoximation of other oximes such as salicylald oxime, acetone oxime, benzo- phenone oxime, 4-nitrobenzald oxime, acetophenone oxime, 2-chlorobenzaldehyde oxime, Acetald oxime, 2-butanone oxime and （1R）-camphor oxime was also achieved with bmimBr-FeCl3 as catalyst and solvent. The de- oximation was determined to carry out via acid-catalytic hydrolysis and the reaction mechanism was proposed.
