目的应用石膏模型牙槽嵴中心点(center of the alveolar crest,CAC)测量法、头颅正位片Ricketts测量法和宾夕法尼亚大学锥形束CT(University of Pennsylvania cone beam CT,Penn CBCT)测量法对上下颌宽度关系进行分析诊断及一致性评价。方法选择2017—2021年于中国医科大学附属口腔医院拟行正畸治疗的恒牙期初诊患者93例,应用石膏模型CAC测量法、头颅正位片Ricketts测量法和Penn CBCT测量法分别测量患者上下颌宽度并得出宽度差值,再与理论上的理想参考值比较得出宽度不调量。宽度不调量> 0诊断为上颌宽度不足,≤0诊断为无上颌宽度不足,并对3种方法的测量结果进行一致性评价。结果在上下颌宽度关系分析诊断方面,3种方法的一致性中等(Kappa值为0.445),石膏模型CAC测量法和Penn CBCT测量法的一致性较高(Kappa值为0.710),头颅正位片Ricketts测量法和Penn CBCT测量法的一致性一般(Kappa值为0.353),石膏模型CAC测量法和头颅正位片Ricketts测量法的一致性一般(Kappa值为0.289)。结论对于无CBCT资料的患者,应用石膏模型CAC测量法进行上下颌宽度关系的分析诊断具有较高的准确性,且临床中不建议单独使用头颅正位片进行上下颌宽度关系的分析。

Lung cancer is a malignant tumor characterized by a rapid proliferation rate,less survivability,high mortality,and metastatic *** review focuses on updated research about the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)as an adjuvant therapy to lung cancer treatment and the mechanisms of TCM effect on lung cancer in vitro and in *** summarized the recent 5 years of different research progress on clinical applications and antitumor mechanisms of TCM in the treatment of lung *** a potent adjuvant therapy,TCM could enhance conventional treatments(chemotherapy,radiation therapy,and epidermal growth factor receptors[EGFRs]tyrosine kinase inhibitors[TKIs])effects as well as provide synergistic effects,enhance chemotherapy drugs chemosensitivity,reverse drug resistance,reduce adverse reactions and toxicity,relieve patients’pain and improve quality of life(QOL).After treating with TCM,lung cancer cells will induce apoptosis and/or autophagy,suppress metastasis,impact immune reaction,and therapeutic effect of ***,TCM is a promisingly potent adjuvant therapy in the treatment of lung cancer and its multiple mechanisms are worthy of an in-depth study.

To accurately predict impact loads can ensure the safe operation of debris flow control *** instantaneous impact process is usually considered in the calculation of the debris flow impact force;however,the redistribution of an impact load after structural regulation is *** this study we deduced the theoretical calculation of a debris flow impact on a double-row slit dam,and carried out a verification experiment on the debris flow *** calculation model considers the influence of the debris flow properties,dam arrangement and pile *** results show that the impact force of the debris flow is obviously affected by the bulk *** the bulk density is 21 kg/m^(3),the maximum impact force on the pile dam is 1.15 times that when the bulk density is 15 kg/m^(3),but the time it takes for the debris flow to pass through the dam body is reduced by 60%.The larger the relative pile spacing,the more sufficient the flow space and the lower the maximum impact *** maximum impact force of relative pile spacing of 0.8 is 12%less than that of elative pile spacing of *** horizontal distribution of the impact force in the mud depth range is *** maximum impact force on the centre pier is 1.3 times that of a side pier,and the maximum impact force on the dam body appears at the top of the mud depth *** the vertical distribution of the impact force,the maximum impact force at the highest mud mark is approximately 70%of that of the *** the increase in the relative pile spacing,the longitudinal maximum impact force distribution first decreases and then increases.

Based on the rough surface topography with fractal parameters and the Monte–Carlo simulation method for secondary electron emission properties, we analyze the secondary electron yield(SEY) of a metal with rough surface topography. The results show that when the characteristic length scale of the surface, G, is larger than 1 × 10^(-7), the surface roughness increases with the increasing fractal dimension D. When the surface roughness becomes larger, it is difficult for entered electrons to escape surface. As a result, more electrons are collected and then SEY decreases. When G is less than 1 × 10^(-7),the effect of the surface topography can be ignored, and the SEY almost has no change as the dimension D increases. Then,the multipactor thresholds of a C-band rectangular impedance transfer and an ultrahigh-frequency-band coaxial impedance transfer are predicted by the relationship between the SEY and the fractal parameters. It is verified that for practical microwave devices, the larger the parameter G is, the higher the multipactor threshold is. Also, the larger the value of D,the higher the multipactor threshold.

Although the deuterium and helium have almost the same mass,a Penning Optical Gas Analyzer（POGA） system on the basis of the spectroscopic method and Penning discharging has been designed on EAST,since *** POGA system was developed successfully in 2015,it was the first time that EAST could detect helium partial pressure in deuterium plasma（wall conditioning and plasma operation scenario）.With dedicated calibration and proper adjustment of the parameters,the minimum concentration of helium in deuterium gas can be measured as about 0.5% instead of 1% on the other tokamak ***,the He and D2 partial pressures are measured *** present,the measurable range of deuterium partial pressure is 1×10^-7 mbar to 1×10^-5mbar,meanwhile the range of helium is 1×10^-8 mbar to 1×10^-5 *** measurable range can be modified by means of the adjustment of POGA system＇s *** is possible to detect the interesting part of the gas with a time resolution of less than 5 ms（the 200 ms because of conductance of transfer pipe at present）.The POGA system was routinely employed to wall conditioning and helium enrichment investigation *** but not the least,the low temperature plasma of POGA is generated by normal penning gauge Pfeiffer IKR gauge instead of Alcatel CF2 P,which has been suspended for a few years and was used for almost all the POGA systems in the world.

The ocean,with its highly variable and complex meteorological conditions,harbors enormous renewable *** nanogenerators(TENGs),which possess unique advantages,show exciting prospects in water wave energy *** to design and optimize TENGs to cover all characteristic water wave energies and achieve efficient energy utilization is *** this paper,we carefully designed and fabricated a columnar multi-layer sliding TENG(CMLS-TENG)that can harvest water wave energy independent of wave height and *** rods with a hollow acrylic spherical shell were introduced to deliver wave energy,ensuring that the CMLS-TENG can work in all directions from 0°to 360°.Based on the sliding structure,switching the optimized CMLS-TENG is independent of wave *** optimized CMLS-TENG can achieve a total power density of 730 mW/m^(3) at a wave height of only 4.8 cm regardless of wave direction,which can illuminate multiple light-emitting diodes(LEDs)to provide lighting and provide power to a watch and a hygrometer for temperature and humidity *** work provides new choices and hopes for the effective collection of full-range water wave energy.

Two-dimensional (2D) materials exhibit exceptionally strong nonlinear optical responses, benefiting from their reduced dimensionality, relaxed phase-matching requirements, and enhanced light-matter interaction. With additional degrees of freedom in the modulation of the physical properties by stacking 2D layers together, nonlinear optics of 2D heterostructures becomes increasingly fascinating. In this perspective, we provide a brief overview of recent advances in the field of nonlinear optics of 2D heterostructures, with a particular focus on their remarkable capabilities in characterization and modulation. Given the recent advances and the emergence of novel heterostructures, combined with innovative tuning knobs and advanced nonlinear optical techniques, we anticipate deeper insights into the underlying mechanisms and more associated applications in this rapidly evolving field.
