Image format pipeline and instrument diagram recognition method based on deep learning

In this study,we proposed a recognition method based on deep artificial neural networks to identify various elements in pipelines and instrumentation diagrams(P&ID)in image formats,such as symbols,texts,and ***,the P&ID image format is recognized manually,and there is a problem with a high recognition error rate;therefore,automation of the above process is an important issue in the processing plant *** China National Offshore Petrochemical Engineering *** the image set used in this study,which contains 51 P&ID drawings in the *** converted the PDF P&ID drawings to PNG P&IDs with an image size of 8410×*** addition,we used labeling software to annotate the images,divided the dataset into training and test sets in a 3:1 ratio,and deployed a deep neural network for *** method proposed in this study is divided into three *** first step segments the images and recognizes symbols using YOLOv5+*** second step determines text regions using character region awareness for text detection,and performs character recognition within the text region using the optical character recognition *** third step is pipeline recognition using YOLOv5+*** symbol recognition accuracy was 94.52%,and the recall rate was 93.27%.The recognition accuracy in the text positioning stage was 97.26%and the recall rate was 90.27%.The recognition accuracy in the character recognition stage was 90.03%and the recall rate was 91.87%.The pipeline identification accuracy was 92.9%,and the recall rate was 90.36%.

The distributed acoustic sensing technology was used for real-time speech reproduction and recognition,in which the voiceprint can be extracted by the Mel frequency cepstral coefficient(MFCC)method.A classic ancient Chinese poem“You Zi Yin”,also called“A Traveler’s Song”,was analyzed both in time and frequency domains,where its real-time reproduction was achieved with a 116.91 ms time *** smaller scaled MFCC0 at 1/12 of MFCC matrix was taken as a feature vector of each line against the ambient noise,which provides a recognition method via cross-correlation among the 6 original and recovered verse *** averaged cross-correlation coefficient of the matching pairs is calculated to be 0.5806 higher than 0.1883 of the nonmatched pairs,promising an accurate and fast method for real-time speech reproduction and recognition over a passive optical fiber.

The in-cylinder gas exchange process is crucial to the power performance of two-stroke aircraft piston engines,which is easily influenced by complex factors such as high-altitude performance variation and in-cylinder flow *** paper reviews the development history and characteristics of gas exchange types,as well as the current state of theory and the validation methods of gas exchange technology,while also discusses the trends of cutting-edge technologies in the *** paper provides a theoretical foundation for the optimization and engineering design of gas exchange systems and,more importantly,points out that the innovation of gas exchange types,the modification of theoretical models,and the technology of variable airflow organization are the key future research directions in this field.

BACKGROUND The generalized tonic-clonic seizure(GTCS)is the most usual variety of epileptic *** is mainly characterized by strong body muscle rigidity,loss of consciousness,a disorder of plant neurofunction,and significant damage to cognitive *** effect of antiepileptic drugs on cognition should also be *** present,there is no effective treatment for patients with epilepsy,but traditional Chinese medicine has shown a significant effect on chronic disease with fewer harmful side effects and should,therefore,be considered for the therapy means of epilepsy with cognitive *** To investigate the clinical efficacy of Baijin pills for treating GTCS patients with cognitive *** This prospective study enrolled patients diagnosed with GTCS between January 2020 and December 2023 and separate them into two groups(experimental and control)using random number table *** control group was treated with sodium valproate,and the experimental group was Baijin pills and sodium valproate for three *** frequency and duration of each seizure,the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA),and the Quality of Life Rating Scale(QOLIE-31)were recorded before and after *** There were 85 patients included(42 in the control group and 43 in the experimental group).After treatment,the seizure frequency in the experimental group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and seizure duration was shortened(P<0.01).The total MoCA score in the experimental group significantly increased compared to before treatment(P<0.01),and the sub-item scores,except naming and abstract generalization ability,significantly increased(P<0.05),whereas the total MoCA score in the control group significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).The QOLIE-31 score of the experimental group increased significantly after treatment compared to before treatment(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Baijin pills have a good clinical effect on epilepsy with cognitive dysfunction.

Two-dimensional(2D)transition metal chalcogenides(TMCs)hold great promise as novel microwave absorption materials owing to their interlayer interactions and unique magnetoelectric ***,overcoming the impedance mismatch at the low loading is still a challenge for TMCs due to the restricted loss pathways caused by their high-density ***,an interface engineering based on the heterostructure of 2D Cr_(5)Te_(8) and graphite is in situ constructed via a one-step chemical vapor deposit to modulate impedance matching and introduce multiple attenuation ***,the Cr_(5)Te_(8)@EG(ECT)heterostructure exhibits a minimum reflection loss of up to−57.6 dB at 15.4 GHz with a thin thickness of only 1.4 mm under a low filling rate of 10%.The density functional theory calculations confirm that the splendid performance of ECT heterostructure primarily derives from charge redistribution at the abundant intimate interfaces,thereby reinforcing interfacial polarization ***,the ECT coating displays a remarkable radar cross section reduction of 31.9 dB m^(2),demonstrating a great radar microwave scattering *** work sheds light on the interfacial coupled stimulus response mechanism of TMC-based heterogeneous structures and provides a feasible strategy to manipulate high-quality TMCs for excellent microwave absorbers.

The purpose of this study was to assess the value of metagenomic next-generation sequencing(mNGS)for rapid diagnosis of diseases caused by nontuberculous mycobacteria(NTM).We retrospectively reviewed four NTM-infected cases diagnosed by smear microscopy,mycobacterial culture and mNGS *** found that the mNGS method not only had a shorter detection turnaround time(3–4 days)than Mycobacterium culture(15–20 days)but also had higher sensitivity and specificity to identify NTM compared with conventional detection *** addition,mNGS was able to identify coinfections by NTM and other bacteria,fungi or ***,diagnosis of NTM by mNGS can provide timely and precise guidance for subsequent clinical treatment of NTM infections.

Distributed fiber optic sensing system for vibration monitoring of 3D printed bridges

The fiber optic sensing technology provides data support in structural health monitoring of the macro facilities， including design， construction， and maintenance of bridges， tunnels， ports and other infrastructures. In this paper， a distributed vibration sensing system is proved to be responsive to a single touch over a 1.8 m equivalent fiber segment， covering a vibration frequency from 5 Hz to 25 kHz. The sensing fiber was arranged as a “S” type layout on the bridge to recognize the standing state， windblown disturbance， and walking vibration. Moreover， the knocking and climbing events are recognized fiber laying spinning lines and hanging on the fences， respectively. The demonstration shows an accurate positioning and sensitive vibration monitoring applied on the automated 3D printed bridge， which is applicable to all kinds of 3D printed facilities as intelligent sensory neuro-networks.

在诠释实体企业金融化的动机时,现有文献主要分析了收益动机,而实际上风险动机也同样存在。通过构建带有异质性高管的企业投资决策模型以及来自A股上市非金融企业的实证分析可以发现,企业金融化与金融市场风险有着显著的负向变动关系,金融市场风险是企业金融化的重要影响因素,企业金融化存在明显的风险动机。高管金融背景对企业金融化的风险动机形成倒U型调节关系,随着企业中有金融背景的高管比例上升,企业对金融市场风险的反应先减弱后增强,而这种调节作用部分通过管理层分歧来实现:当两类高管的数量相当时,实体企业对金融投资的管理分歧最大。此外,极端市场风险下企业有风险越大、投资越多的“彩票型”投资偏好。实证结果表明,实体企业金融化的风险动机受高管金融背景和金融市场状态的影响,当管理层分歧严重、极端市场出现时应当关注风险动机失灵问题。
