脯氨酸羟化酶(prolyl hydroxylase domain2, PHD2)和血管生成素1(angiogenin 1, Ang-1)在动物适应低氧以及血管生成等方面起着重要作用，为研究PHD2和Ang-1在不同年龄牦牛(Bos mutus)肺脏中的表达分布，探讨其在牦牛肺脏低氧适应性结构形成中的作用。本研究以3日龄、6月龄、3岁和6岁牦牛为研究对象，选取成年黄牛(Bos taurus)为常氧对照，利用免疫组织化学染色(immunohistochemistry, IHC)、组织免疫荧光染色(immunofluorescence, IF)、qRT-PCR、Western blot对PHD2和Ang-1在不同年龄牦牛及黄牛肺脏组织中的表达进行研究。IHC和IF结果显示，PHD2和Ang-1在牦牛和黄牛的表达部位基本相同，主要分布于气管上皮细胞、气管腺、肺动脉内皮细胞和肺泡上皮细胞。qRT-PCR结果显示，PHD2的相对表达量在牦牛组显著高于黄牛组，在3日龄牦牛组显著高于其他年龄组(P<0.01)。Ang-1相对表达量在牦牛组显著高于黄牛组，在6岁牦牛组显著高于其他年龄组(P<0.01)。Western blot结果显示，PHD2蛋白在牦牛组的相对表达量显著高于黄牛组，随着牦牛年龄的增长，PHD2蛋白的相对表达量逐渐降低。Ang-1蛋白在牦牛组的相对表达量显著高于黄牛组，且随着牦牛年龄的增长，Ang-1蛋白的相对表达量逐渐升高。综上所述，PHD2和Ang-1在牦牛肺脏适应高原低氧环境中发挥重要作用，两者主要作用于肺脏上皮细胞和血管内皮细胞，从而维持低氧条件下牦牛肺脏的正常呼吸和肺血管功能的稳定。本研究为进一步探究高原环境下牦牛肺脏低氧适应性机制的研究提供一定的基础资料。

A series of thiophene-based conjugated microporous polymers （ThPOPs） have been synthesized on the basis of ferric chloride-catalyzed oxidative coupling polymerization of muRi-thienyl monomers. The structures of ThPOPs were confirmed via solid-state t3C CP/MAS NMR spectroscopy and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. The ThPOPs possess high porosities and their high Brunauer-Emmett-Teller specific surface area results vary between 350 and 1320mZg . The presence of abundant ultra-micronores at 0.50-0.63 nm allows ThPOPs efficient gas （carbon dioxide, methane, and hydrogen） adsorption.

AIM: To study the purifying method and characteristics of new gosling viral enteritis virus (NGVEV),the etiological agent of new gosling viral enteritis (NGVE) which was first recognized in China, as well as the pathomorphological development in goslings infected artificially with NGVEV. METHODS: (1)NGVEV virions were purified by the procedure of treatment with chloroform and ammonium sulfate precipitation, dialysis to remove the sulfate radical and ammonium ion and separation by gel filtration chromatography, and SDS-PAGE. (2)Forty-2-day-old White Sichuan goslings were orally administered with NGVEV and 24 hr later 2 birds were randomly selected and killed at 24hr intervals until death occurred. Specimens(duodenum, ileum, liver, heart, kidney, spleen, lung, proventriculus, pancreas, esophagus, and the intestinal embolus) were taken until all birds in this group died and were sectioned and stained with hemotoxylin and eosin and studied by light microscope. RESULTS: NGVEV shared the typical characteristics of Adenovirus and which structural proteins consisted of 15 polypeptides. Necrosis and sloughing of the epithelial cells covering the villus tips of the duodenum were first observed in goslings 2 days postinfection artificially with NGVEV. With the progress of infection, this lesion rapidly occurred in the epithelium at the base of the villus and with infiltration of the inflammatory cells, the jejunum tended to be involved. With the intensification of mucosa necrosis and inflammatory exudation of the small intestine, fibrinonecrotic enteritis was further developed and embolus composed of either intestinal contents wrapped by pseudo-membrane or of the mixture of fibrous exudate and necrotic intestinal mucosa were observed in the middle-lower part of the small intestine. This structure occluded the intestinal tract and made the intestine dilated in appearance. The intestinal glandular cells underwent degeneration, necrosis and might be found sloughed into the lumen.

Background Amblyopia is a common ophthalmological condition and the wavefront aberrometer is a relatively new diagnostic tool used globally to measure optical characteristics of human eyes as well as to study refractive errors in amblyopic eyes. We studied the wavefront aberration of the amblyopic children＇s eyes and analyzed the mechanism of the wavefront aberration in the formation of the amblyopia, try to investigate the new evidence of the treatment of the amblyopia, especially in the refractory amblyopia. Methods The WaveScan Wavefront System （VISX, USA） aberrometer was used to investigate four groups of children under dark accommodation and cilliary muscle paralysis. There were 45 cases in the metropic group, 87 in the amblyopic group, 92 in the corrected-amblyopic group and 38 in the refractory amblyopic group. One-way analysis of variance （ANOVA）, t-test and multivariate linear regression were used to analyze all the data. Results Third order to 6th order aberrations showed a decreasing trend whereas in the higher order aberrations the main ones were 3rd order coma （Z3LZ31）, trefoil （Z33-Z33） and 4th order aberration （Z4^0）; and 3rd order coma represented the highest percentage of all three main aberrations. Within 3rd order coma, vertical coma （Z3-1） accounted for a greater percentage than horizontal coma （Z3-1）. Significant differences of vertical coma were found among all clinical groups of children： vertical coma in the amblyopic group （0.17±0.15） was significantly higher than in the metropic group （0.11±0.13, P 〈0.05）. In addition, the vertical coma in the refractory amblyopic group （0.19±0.15） was higher compared with the metropic group （P 〈0.05）, the 5th order aberration （0.11±0.08） was also significantly higher than in the metropic group （0.07±0.04, P 〈0.05）. No significant difference was found in vertical coma and 5th order aberration between the corrected-amblyopic group （0.13±0.11） and metropic group （0.07±0.04）（P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Although low

在结合界面上生成层状的脆而硬的金属间化合物 (Ti Al3,Ti Al和 Ti3Al)是 Al- Ti异种合金焊接所存在的主要问题。本工作基于国内外研究成果和相关资料 ,利用正交设计原理 ,以 Al- 11.5 Si近共晶合金为基 ,通过添加元素Sn和 Ga形成 9种钎料 ,并利用各新钎料对 Al合金和 Ti合金进行了真空钎焊。通过进行剪切强度试验和铺展性试验 ,对该 9种钎料进行评定。试验结果表明 :含 10 % Sn、 0 .2 0 % Ga的 Al- 11.5 Si铝基钎料铺展性和抗剪强度等方面都具有较好的性能 ,使 Al- Ti异种合金构件达到较好的机械性能。

Objectives:To develop a new Chinese medicine(CM)-based drug and to evaluate its safety and effect for suppressing acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)in COVID-19 ***:A putative ARDS-suppressing drug Keguan-1 was first developed and then evaluated by a randomized,controlled two-arm *** two arms of the trial consist of a control therapy(alpha interferon inhalation,50(x g twice daily;and lopinavir/ritonavir,400 and 100 mg twice daily,respectively)and a testing therapy(control therapy plus Keguan-119.4 g twice daily)by random number table at 1:1 ratio with 24 cases each *** 2-week treatment,adverse events,time to fever resolution,ARDS development,and lung injury on newly diagnosed COVID-19 patients were ***:An analysis of the data from the first 30 participants showed that the control arm and the testing arm did not exhibit any significant differences in terms of adverse *** on this result,the study was expanded to include a total of 48 participants(24 cases each arm).The results show that compared with the control arm,the testing arm exhibited a significant improvement in time to fever resolution(P=0.035),and a significant reduction in the development of ARDS(P=0.048).Conclusions:Keguan-1-based integrative therapy was safe and superior to the standard therapy in suppressing the development of ARDS in COVID-19 patients.(Trial registration *** 04251871 at ***).
