西南地区居民腌熏制品食用行为及其影响因素分析

目的调查西南地区腌熏制品高频食用行为现状及危险因素,并提出相应的对策建议。方法调查时间为2021年2~5月,采取方便抽样法在西南地区(云南、贵州、四川和重庆)进行线下问卷调查获取数据,收集其地理、人口社会学因素和健康知识与行为,采取无序多分类Logistic回归分析高频腌熏制品食用行为的风险因素。结果地理因素上,云贵地区和农村高频腌熏制品食用行为风险较高,且云南的高频腌熏制品食用风险分别是参照组重庆的2.764倍和2.126倍。人口社会学因素中,高频腌熏制品食用行为一定程度上与年龄、受教育程度呈正相关,偏智力劳动是保护因素。年龄与腌制品食用行为中,60岁以上老年人风险最高,18~25岁青年仅为该群体的46.70%。健康知识与行为上,盐的知识了解程度与熏制品食用行为有统计学差异,回答全错组风险为全对组的1.372倍。而饮酒频率与腌熏制品风险基本呈正相关关系,在两组因变量中,每周饮酒3次以上人群风险最高,从不饮酒群体仅有其32.10%。结论腌熏制品是西南地区的特色美食,地理因素、人口社会学因素以及健康知识与行为因素均与高频腌熏制品存在关联。应控制高频饮食行为带来的健康风险,应针对云贵地区、农村地区和年纪较大、受教育较低的群体做好宣传,鼓励正确健康的饮食行为,助力健康中国之健康西南行动。

The ambient air quality has improved significantly under strict emission controls in Beijing,China over the last *** carbon(BC),as a short-lived climate forcer in ambient aerosols,profoundly impacts the air quality and *** studies have demonstrated a decline in the mass concentration of *** this study,we characterized the chemical compositions and size distributions of BC-containing particles during the cold season of 2022 in Beijing using state-of-the-art instruments capable of exclusively measuring BCcontaining *** optical properties of BC-containing particles were further calculated based on the Mie ***,we compared the properties of BC-containing particles in 2022 with the results of previous *** results showed that the diameters of BC cores became larger while the coating thickness of BC-containing particles became thinner in *** the coating materials,the mass fraction of nitrate increased obviously,and even replaced organic matter as the dominant component during the peak of the pollution *** in chemical compositions and size distributions resulted in lower mass absorption cross-sections(MAC)of BC-containing particles from 10.5±1.1 m^(2)/g in 2016 to 7.3±0.8 m^(2)/g in 2022,reduced by 30.5%.Our results demonstrate the synergistic benefits of air pollution control in improving air quality and mitigating climate ***,the MAC of BC adopted in climate models should vary with the changing air pollution *** study emphasizes that it is imperative to conduct long-term observations of BC-containing particles to better estimate BC’s climate effects.

The supercritical carbon dioxide(sCO_(2))Brayton cycle system has become an emerging and highly promising method of thermal power conversion due to its efficiency advantage,system compactness,and excellent adaptability of the heat *** the low carbon sCO_(2)Brayton cycle testbed with cycle output power approaching 3 MW,a relatively detailed dynamic simulation model of the entire system is constructed to explore the dynamic response characteristics of the system with different startup strategies and different buffer tank volumes during the startup *** simulation results indicate that the smaller the volume of the buffer tank,the more rapid and obvious the parameter fluctuation in the buffer tank during the *** the allowable relative deviation limit of density is 5%,then the ratio of the buffer tank volume to the volume of the entire closed loop should not be lower than 36.80%.The strategy of simultaneous temperature and speed increase during turbine bypass start can effectively reduce the fluctuation of compressor inlet parameters and reach the steady-state more *** paper provides the recommended matching table for the opening of the turbine bypass valve(TBV)and the main regulating valve(MGV)to reduce the parameter fluctuation during the bypass *** effectiveness of the proposed turbine bypass and bypass switching startup strategy is verified by simulation,which may be used as a reference for test bench's future debugging and operation.

β-ray-induced X-ray spectroscopy(BIXS)is a promising method for tritium detection in solid materials because of its unique advantages,such as large detection depth,nondestructive testing capabilities,and low requirements for sample ***,high-accuracy reconstruction of the tritium depth profile remains a significant challenge for this *** this study,a novel reconstruction method based on a backpropagation(BP)neural network algorithm that demonstrates high accuracy,broad applicability,and robust noise resistance is *** average reconstruction error calculated using the BP network(8.0%)was much lower than that obtained using traditional numerical methods(26.5%).In addition,the BP method can accurately reconstruct BIX spectra of samples with an unknown range of tritium and exhibits wide applicability to spectra with various tritium ***,the BP network demonstrates superior accuracy and stability compared to numerical methods when reconstructing the spectra,with a relative uncertainty ranging from 0 to 10%.This study highlights the advantages of BP networks in accurately reconstructing the tritium depth profile from BIXS and promotes their further application in tritium detection.

为了解当前夏热冬冷地区新农宅的室内热环境现状,根据湖北省当阳市某新农宅调研数据和室内、外温湿度实测结果,分析其室内热环境;结合测试结果,通过正交试验设计和空调能耗模拟手段对影响新农宅能耗的多个因素进行量化分析,提出节能改造措施。实测表明:新农宅夏季室内平均温度为31.5℃,平均湿度为77.4%,且随着楼层越高室内平均温度越高,波动幅度越大,而相对湿度变低,波动幅度变大。能耗模拟表明:考虑节能措施时,应优先考虑新农宅外墙的热工性能,即降低传热系数,其次可考虑提高外窗以及屋顶的热工性能。

小球藻发酵饮料酒的研制及抗氧化能力的分析

以小球藻粉和焙烤麦芽为原料,接种酿酒酵母制得小球藻发酵饮料酒。通过单因素试验分析小球藻添加量、麦汁糖度、发酵时间和发酵温度对小球藻发酵酒的影响,采用正交试验优化发酵工艺,并对小球藻发酵饮料酒的抗氧化能力进行分析。结果表明,小球藻发酵饮料酒的最佳发酵条件为小球藻添加量4%、麦汁糖度15%、发酵时间60 h、发酵温度26℃,测得小球藻发酵饮料酒的悬浮稳定性(97.21±0.26)%,感官评分(91.9±0.3)分,还原糖含量(7.53±0.24)%,酒精度(3.75±0.01)%vol,pH值4.92±0.15,游离蛋白含量(1.42±0.04)mg/mL;同时测得DPPH自由基清除率为(69.503±1.182)%,还原力吸光度值为1.612±0.151,羟基自由基清除率为(91.152±1.282)%,表明小球藻发酵饮料酒具有一定的抗氧化能力。

Evaluation of ERA5 reanalysis temperature data over the Qilian Mountains of China

Air temperature is an important indicator to analyze climate change in mountainous ***5 reanalysis air temperature data are important products that were widely used to analyze temperature change in mountainous ***,the reliability of ERA5 reanalysis air temperature over the Qilian Mountains(QLM)is *** this study,we evaluated the reliability of ERA5 monthly averaged reanalysis 2 m air temperature data using the observations at 17 meteorological stations in the QLM from 1979 to *** results showed that:ERA5 reanalysis monthly averaged air temperature data have a good applicability in the QLM in general(R2=0.99).ERA5 reanalysis temperature data overestimated the observed temperature in the QLM in *** mean square error(RMSE)increases with the increasing of elevation range,showing that the reliability of ERA5 reanalysis temperature data is worse in higher elevation than that in lower ***5 reanalysis temperature can capture observational warming rates *** the smallest warming rates of observational temperature and ERA5 reanalysis temperature are found in winter,with the warming rates of 0.393°C/10a and 0.360°C/10a,*** study will provide a reference for the application of ERA5 reanalysis monthly averaged air temperature data at different elevation ranges in the Qilian Mountains.

Understanding the local structure and thermophysical behavior of Mg-La liquid alloys via machine learning potential

The local structure and thermophysical behavior of Mg-La liquid alloys were in-depth understood using deep potential molecular dynamic(DPMD) simulation driven via machine learning to promote the development of Mg-La alloys. The robustness of the trained deep potential(DP) model was thoroughly evaluated through several aspects, including root-mean-square errors(RMSEs), energy and force data, and structural information comparison results;the results indicate the carefully trained DP model is reliable. The component and temperature dependence of the local structure in the Mg-La liquid alloy was analyzed. The effect of Mg content in the system on the first coordination shell of the atomic pairs is the same as that of temperature. The pre-peak demonstrated in the structure factor indicates the presence of a medium-range ordered structure in the Mg-La liquid alloy, which is particularly pronounced in the 80at% Mg system and disappears at elevated temperatures. The density, self-diffusion coefficient, and shear viscosity for the Mg-La liquid alloy were predicted via DPMD simulation, the evolution patterns with Mg content and temperature were subsequently discussed, and a database was established accordingly. Finally, the mixing enthalpy and elemental activity of the Mg-La liquid alloy at 1200 K were reliably evaluated,which provides new guidance for related studies.
