The design methods of typical supersonic aircraft intakes and shock wave compression technology have been applied to ram-rotor,an attractive compression system.A ram-rotor is of a typical structure including the compression ramp,the throat and the subsonic diffuser;a scrampressor is similar to ram-rotor,the only difference is that scrampressor has no subsonic *** work was the continuation of the preparatory *** order to further study the effect of throat contraction ratio and strake stagger angle on the flow field and performance of a scrampressor,the flow field of a scrampressor with a three-dimensional flow path was numerically simulated with different throat contraction ratios and strake stagger *** results indicated that the optional aerodynamic performance of a scrampressor could be achieved with an adiabatic efficiency of 0.8413atotal pressure recovery coefficient of 0.8446,a total pressure ratio of 7.14 and a static pressure ratio of 5.17for a throat contraction ratio of 0.6 and a strake stagger angle of 12°.It was therefore concluded that an appropriate decrease in throat contraction ratio and an increase in strake stagger angle could help the comprehensive improvement of a scrampressor in performance.

During the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) emergency, many hospitals were built or renovated around the world to meet the challenges posed by the rising number of infected cases. Environmental management in the hospital life cycle is vital in preventing nosocomial infection and includes many infection control procedures. In certain urgent situations, a hospital must be completed quickly, and work process approval and supervision must therefore be accelerated. Thus, many works cannot be checked in detail. This results in a lack of work liability control and increases the difficulty of ensuring the fulfillment of key infection prevention measures. This study investigates how blockchain technology can transform the work quality inspection workflow to assist in nosocomial infection control under a fast delivery requirement. A blockchain-based life-cycle environmental management framework is proposed to track the fulfillment of crucial infection control measures in the design, construction, and operation stages of hospitals. The proposed framework allows for work quality checking after the work is completed, when some work cannot be checked on time. Illustrative use cases are selected to demonstrate the capabilities of the developed solution. This study provides new insights into applying blockchain technology to address the challenge of environmental management brought by rapid delivery requirements.

The past decade has witnessed a rapid surge of interest in the research and development of non-precious metal-based electrocatalysts for the oxygen reduction reaction （ORR）. Until now, the best catalysts in acidic electrolytes have exclusively been Fe-N-C-type materials from high-temperature pyrolysis. Despite the ORR activities of metal phthalocyanine or porphyrin macrocydes having long been known, their durability remains poor. In this work, we use these macrocycles as a basis to develop a novel organic-carbon hybrid material from in-situ polymerization of iron phthalocyanine on conductive multiwalled carbon nanotube scaffolds using a low-temperature microwave heating method. At an optimal polymer- to-carbon ratio, the hybrid electrocatalyst exhibits excellent ORR activity with a positive half-wave potential （0.80 V）, large mass activity （up to 18.0 A/g at 0.80 V）, and a low peroxide yield （〈3%）. In addition, strong electronic coupling between the polymer and carbon nanotubes is believed to suppress demetallization of the macrocycles, significantly improving cycling stability in acids. Our study represents a rare example of non-precious metal-based electrocatalysts prepared without high-temperature pyrolysis, while having ORR activity in acidic media with potential for practical applications.

Size hierarchy is a distinct feature of nanogold-catalysts as it can strongly affect their performance in various reactions. We developed a simple method to generate Au n S m nanoclusters of different sizes by thermal treatment of an Au144(PET)60 (PET: phenylethanethiol) parent cluster. These clusters, deposited on activated carbon, exhibit excellent catalytic performance in the hydrochlorination of acetylene. In-situ ultraviolet laser dissociation high-resolution mass spectrometry of the parent cluster in the presence of acetylene revealed a remarkable cluster size-dependence of acetylene adsorption, which is a crucial step in the hydrochlorination. Systematic density functional theory calculations of the reaction pathways on the differently-sized clusters provide deeper insight into the cluster size dependence of the adsorption energies of the reactants and afforded a scaling relationship between the adsorption energy of acetylene and the co-adsorption energies of the reactants (C_(2)H_(2) and HCl), which could enable a qualitative prediction of the optimal Au n S m cluster for the hydrochlorination of acetylene.

四川某10×10^(4)m^(3)/d的CASS工艺污水厂需进行地表水准Ⅳ类提标改造,面临进水负荷及出水水质同步提升问题。为此重新校核了进水水质,采用MBBR工艺强化系统处理负荷,将原CASS池划分为MBBR生化池和沉淀池,改造D型滤池为砂滤池,并新建深床滤池。改造后,出水水质稳定优于地表水准Ⅳ类水,且抗冲击能力显著加强,出水氨氮、总氮、总磷分别达到(0.53±0.30)、(6.70±1.40)、(0.20±0.05)mg/L;吨水及吨污染物处理能耗分别增加10%和4%,吨水碳源投加量增加15%,吨污染物碳源消耗量下降8%。针对硝化,该系统仍具备20%的水质提升及10%的水量提升潜力,可进一步扩容或应对进水水质可能增加的风险。实践证明,MBBR可满足较大范围的提标或扩容需求,其集约、高效、抗冲击等优势显著。

Sesame （Sesamue indicum L.） is one of the most important oilseed crops with high oil yield. Here, we described a simple and efficient method for constructing a normalized cDNA library from a high oil content cultivar of sesame zhongzhi 14, during its oil accumulation stages. It combined switching mechanism at 5？end of RNA transcript （SMART） technique and duplex-specific nuclease （DSN） normalization methods. Double-stranded cDNAs were synthesized from mRNAs, processed by normalization and Sfi I restriction endonuclease, and finally the cDNAs were ligated to pDNR-LIB vector. The ligation mixture was transformed into Escherichia coli DH10B by electroporation. The capacity of the library was 1.0？06 clones in this library. Gel electrophoresis results indicated the fragments ranged from 700 to 2 000 bp, with the average size of 1 800 bp. Random picking clones showed that the recombination rate was 100%. The results showed that the cDNA library constructed successfully was a full-length library with high quality, and could be used to screen the genes related to development of oil synthesis.

More than about 50% of stars are in binaries, but most stellar population studies take single star stellar population （ssSSP） models, which do not take binary interactions into account. In fact, the integrated peculiarities of ssSSPs are different from those of stellar populations with binary interactions （bsSSPs）. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the effects of binary interactions on the Lick indices and colors of populations in detail. We show some formulae for calculating the difference between the Lick indices and colors of bsSSPs, and those of ssSSPs. Twenty-five Lick indices and 12 colors are studied in this work. The results can be conveniently used for calculating the effects of binary interactions on stellar population studies and for adding the effects of binary interactions into present ssSSP models. The electronic data and fortran procedures in the paper can be obtained on request from the authors.

目的：研究定志小丸（DZXW）对卒中后认知障碍（PSCI）模型小鼠的作用机制。方法：小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤模型建立采用大脑中动脉闭塞法。将40只C57BL/6雄性小鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、DZXW低剂量组(1.43 g·kg-1)和DZXW高剂量组(2.56 g·kg-1)，每组10只。假手术组和模型组都进行等量的生理盐水灌胃处理，上述4组小鼠连续30 d灌胃，每天1次。采用Morris水迷宫实验评价小鼠学习记忆能力；酶联免疫吸附测定法（ELISA）检测血清中淀粉样前体蛋白（APP）、淀粉样蛋白42（Aβ42）、乙酰胆碱酯酶（AChE）和超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）水平；原位末端标记法（TUNEL）检测小鼠海马神经元的细胞凋亡程度；蛋白免疫印迹法（Western blot）检测海马组织中磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶（PI3K）、蛋白激酶B（Akt）、哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白（mTOR）、缺氧诱导因子-1α亚单位（HIF-1α）、自噬效应蛋白（1Beclin1）、螯合体（1p62）、微管相关蛋白1轻链（3LC3）、B细胞淋巴瘤-（2Bcl-2）和Bcl-2相关X蛋白（Bax）蛋白表达；普鲁士蓝染色检测海马组织的铁沉积情况；透射电镜观察小鼠海马神经元超微结构。结果：与假手术组比较，模型组的潜伏期、APP、Aβ42、AChE、TUNEL阳性率、铁离子沉积、HIF-1α、Beclin1、Bax和LC3Ⅱ/Ⅰ显著增加（P<0.01），而穿越平台次数、SOD、p-PI3K、p-Akt、p-mTOR、p62和Bcl-2显著减少（P<0.01）。与模型组比较，DZXW各剂量组的潜伏期、APP、Aβ42、AChE、TUNEL阳性率、铁离子沉积、HIF-1α、Beclin1、Bax和LC3Ⅱ/Ⅰ明显减少（P<0.05），而穿越平台次数、SOD、p-PI3K、p-Akt、p-mTOR、p62和Bcl-2明显增加（P<0.05）。结论：DZXW可以通过调节PI3K/Akt/mTOR/HIF-1α自噬信号通路来减缓PSCI模型小鼠因氧化应激加重海马神经元损伤诱导的认知障碍。
