相似性在人类体质、文化和技术等方面的演化过程中扮演着非常重要的角色。本文涉及到的两个遗址，位于德国的旧石器时代早期遗址西宁根13地点Ⅱ-4层和位于中国北方地区的旧石器时代中期灵井遗址10-11层，出土的考古遗存具有极大的相似性。两个遗址保存状况都非常好，且均出土有大量的石器和动物化石。最为引人注意的是，两个遗址出土的动物遗存特点以及骨器相关的遗存也表现出多个方面的相似性。经鉴定，两个遗址均出土有多个种属的食肉动物、一种象，两种犀牛属动物、两种马科动物，多种鹿类以及牛科动物。两个遗址均出土有修整石器所用的骨质软锤，以及利用食草动物的掌跖骨制作的用于砸骨吸髓的骨锤。这些锤子的远端具有特定的破裂形态。考虑到两个遗址之间的距离以及年代差异，这些相似性非常值得关注，但我们不认为两个遗址的相似性代表的是文化上的联系。相反，我们认为这种相似性反映的是人类在相似的环境中采取了相似的行为模式，同时相似的埋藏条件也起到一定的作用。

目的评价肝动脉灌注化疗患者围术期护理的最佳证据。方法依据6S模型自上而下进行文献检索,检索2012年8月至2022年8月国内外数据库及指南网中的所有指南、临床决策、系统评价、证据总结、专家共识及原始研究。由2名专业研究者对文献质量进行评价和证据提取及等级评定。结果最终纳入文献19篇。其中专家共识5篇、指南3篇,原始研究11篇。经专家一致判断,汇总出22条持续灌注化疗围术期的最佳证据,包括评估、术前、术中和术后及并发症的观察与护理等方面的各项最佳证据。结论相关医务人员在实际操作过程中,应根据现实基础条件及患者意愿,引用相应级别的证据。

Mosaicism occurs in most founder genemodified monkeys generated by virus infection and programmable-nucleases[1–3]. In addition, macaque monkeys have a long preadolescence period, with four or more years usually required for male macaque monkeys to become sexually mature [4,5]. The mosaicism and long time to sexual maturity have largely prevented wide usage of gene-modified monkey models.

Cloning of macaque monkeys by somatic cell nucleus transfer(SCNT) allows the generation of monkeys with uniform genetic backgrounds that are useful for the development of non-human primate models of human diseases. Here, we report the feasibility of this approach by SCNT of fibroblasts from a macaque monkey(Macaca fascicularis), in which a core circadian transcription factor BMAL1 was knocked out by clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat/Cas9 gene editing(see accompanying paper).Out of 325 SCNT embryos transferred into 65 surrogate monkeys, we cloned five macaque monkeys with BMAL1 mutations in both alleles without mosaicism, with nuclear genes identical to that of the fibroblast donor monkey. Further peripheral blood m RNA analysis confirmed the complete absence of the wild-type BMAL1 transcript. This study demonstrates that the SCNT approach could be used to generate cloned monkeys from fibroblasts of a young adult monkeys and paves the way for the development of macaque monkey disease models with uniform genetic backgrounds.

现有研究提出的脑电信号的数据压缩算法虽然已经可以做到不错的压缩率,但是缺少对任务态数据的关注,同时在实时性上也难以满足脑机接口(Brain-Computer Interface,BCI)应用的要求,且会大幅度降低BCI系统的性能。基于子空间方法,在已知BCI系统任务态信息时,在压缩过程中尽可能保留任务相关脑电信号,可以在不影响BCI系统性能的同时大幅度减少需要传输的数据量。通过使用有限冲击响应滤波器组逼近任务相关成分的信号子空间,可以将脑电信号分割成压缩率允许的最小块,实时处理小块脑电信号。在与原数据在部分分类算法性能上无显著性差异的前提下,可提出一种仅传输8%数据量的算法,该算法不仅可以在传输较少数据量的同时较小地影响BCI系统的性能,且可做到实时压缩,具有重要的应用价值。

Major evolutionary transitions are enigmas, and the most notable enigma is between invertebrates and vertebrates, with numerous spectacular innovations.To search for the molecular connections involved, we asked whether global epigenetic changes may offer a clue by surveying the inheritance and reprogramming of parental DNA methylation across metazoans.We focused on gametes and early embryos, where the methylomes are known to evolve divergently between fish and mammals.Here, we find that methylome reprogramming during embryogenesis occurs neither in pre-bilaterians such as cnidarians nor in protostomes such as insects, but clearly presents in deuterostomes such as echinoderms and invertebrate chordates, and then becomes more evident in vertebrates.Functional association analysis suggests that DNA methylation reprogramming is associated with development, reproduction and adaptive immunity for vertebrates, but not for invertebrates.Interestingly, the single HOX cluster of invertebrates maintains unmethylated status in all stages examined.In contrast, the multiple HOX clusters show dramatic dynamics of DNA methylation during vertebrate embryogenesis.Notably, the methylation dynamics of HOX clusters are associated with their spatiotemporal expression in mammals.Our study reveals that DNA methylation reprogramming has evolved dramatically during animal evolution, especially after the evolutionary transitions from invertebrates to vertebrates, and then to mammals.

Investigation on insulation properties of HFO-1336mzz(E)and N_(2)/CO_(2)mixtures as SF_(6) substitutes in gas-insulated electrical applications

The emissions of SF6 have been restricted owing to 3400 years of atmospheric lifetime and high global warming potential(GWP)as an insulating gas in gas-insulated electrical equipment.In this study,HFO-1336mzz(E)and N_(2)/CO_(2)mixtures are proposed as SF6 substitutes for their short atmospheric lifetime,low GWP and superior insulation performance.The GWP of HFO-1336mzz(E)is only 18 and its atmospheric lifetime is days to weeks.The breakdown voltage of 25%HFO-1336mzz(E)and N_(2)/CO_(2)mixtures is about 85%that of pure SF6 under alternating current.The self-recovery ability of HFO-1336mzz(E)and CO_(2)mixtures is superior to that of HFO-1336mzz(E)and N_(2)mixtures.The decomposition characteristic of HFO-1336mzz(E)shows that a tiny amount of its gas might initiate a carbonisation reaction to form carbon after multiple breakdown tests,which is verified by observations using energy dispersive X-rays spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope.The acute toxicity test of HFO-1336mzz(E)indicates that the gas is non-toxic.The results show that HFO-1336mzz(E)and N_(2)/CO_(2)mixtures are potential substitutes for SF6 in electrical applications.

Topological states of matter possess bulk electronic structures categorized by topological invariants and edge/surface states due to the bulk-boundary correspondence. Topological materials hold great potential in the development of dissipationless spintronics, information storage and quantum computation, particularly if combined with magnetic order intrinsically or extrinsically. Here, we review the recent progress in the exploration of intrinsic magnetic topological materials, including but not limited to magnetic topological insulators, magnetic topological metals, and magnetic Weyl semimetals. We pay special attention to their characteristic band features such as the gap of topological surface state, gapped Dirac cone induced by magnetization (either bulk or surface), Weyl nodal point/line and Fermi arc, as well as the exotic transport responses resulting from such band features. We conclude with a brief envision for experimental explorations of new physics or effects by incorporating other orders in intrinsic magnetic topological materials.
