Proteomics become an important research area of interests in life science after the completion of the human genome project.This scientific is to study the characteristics of proteins at the large-scale data level,and then gain a holistic and comprehensive understanding of the process of disease occurrence and cell metabolism at the protein level.A key issue in proteomics is how to efficiently analyze the massive amounts of protein data produced by high-throughput technologies.Computational technologies with low-cost and short-cycle are becoming the preferred methods for solving some important problems in post-genome era,such as protein-protein interactions(PPIs).In this review,we focus on computational methods for PPIs detection and show recent advancements in this critical area from multiple aspects.First,we analyze in detail the several challenges for computational methods for predicting PPIs and summarize the available PPIs data sources.Second,we describe the state-of-the-art computational methods recently proposed on this topic.Finally,we discuss some important technologies that can promote the prediction of PPI and the development of computational proteomics.

利用线性矩阵不等式技术及向量李雅普诺夫泛函的方法,对一类具有时变时滞的四元数值神经网络的全局耗散性问题进行分析,得出了四元数神经网络耗散性的准则.最后,通过数值仿真实验验证了该结论的有效性和正确性.

Ⅰ.Export of rare earths China totally exported 48,900 tons of rare earth products in 2021,up 38%year-on-year,valuing 4.22 billion yuan,up 77.12%year-on-year.The average export price was 86.26 yuan/kg,up 28.34%year-on-year.Among them,the export of rare earth compounds was about 39,500 tons,up 34.93%year-on-year,valuing 3.215 billion yuan,up 76.29%,with the average price of 81.44 yuan/kg,up 30.65%.

Export Neodymium-iron-boron products include rare earth permanent magnets,neodymiumiron-boron(NdFeB)magnetic powder,other NdFeB alloys and rapid-solidified permanent magnets.China shipped 40700 tons or US$1.78 billion worth of NdFeB products in 2019,reflecting a 3.71% increase in volume but a 4.79% decreased year-on-year.The average price was US$43.69 per kilogram,an 8.20% decrease from 2018.

1.Rare earth export China exported 35,400 tons rare earth products by weight in 2020,with a decrease of 23.49%,and amounted to US$344 million in value,a yearon-year decrease of 21.88%,and the average price of export products was US$9.70 per kg,fell by2.13%over the previous year.In the total export products,rare earth compounds were exported about 29,300 tons in volume,a year-on-year decrease of 25.90%;the export value was about US$263 million,down 18.84% at an average price of US$8.99 per kilogram,rising 9.55% compare to that of last year.

1.Export 1.1 Export quantity In 2020,China exported totally 40,800 tons of NdFeB products including rare earth permanent magnets,NdFeB magnetic powder,other NdFeB alloys and permanent magnetic cast strip,with a year-on-year increase of 0.24 percent.The export value was 1.782 billion US dollars,a year-on-year increase of 0.14 percent.The average price was 43.65 US dollars per kilogram,with a year-on-year decrease of 0.10 percent.

The development of rare earth resources outside China With the promotion of domestic rectification on rare earth industry and cracking down on illegal rare earth production, illegal rare earth mining has been restrained to some extent. The current rare earth industry policies, especially the total volume control policy and the management on rare earth exploration and mining rights, stimulate the development of rare earth projects outside China.
