This paper provided an effective method to further improve the mechanical properties of the AZ80+0.4%Ce magnesium alloy wheel *** effect of high strength and ductility was obtained with a yield strength of 295.36 MPa,an elongation of 10%,by the combination of pre-deformation(7%deformation)and two-stage aging treatment(120℃/9 h+175℃/24 h).The evolution of the microstructure and properties of the alloy was explored under the coupling conditions of different pre-deformation degrees and multi-stage *** results show that,pre-deformation introduced a large number of(1012)tensile tw.nning and dislocations,w.ich greatly promoted the probability of continuous precipitates(CPs)*** the contrary,the discontinuous precipitates(DPs)were limited by the vertical and horizontal tw.n *** a result,the pre-nucleation method of two-stage aging increased the proportion of CPs by 34%-38%.Ow.ng to the DPs was effectively suppressed,the alloy's yield strength has been greatly ***,under multi-stage aging,the tw.n boundaries induce protruding nucleation to form static recrystallization by hindering the migration of dislocations,and the matrix swallows the tw.ns,then the texture gradually tilts from the two poles to the basal *** an important supplement,the grain refinement and oblique texture promoted the improvement of the yield strength of the component.

in this study,the truncated octahedral CeO_(2)(CeO_(2)-to)with special morphology was prepared by the solvothermal method with oleic acid(OA)and oleamine(OM)as the morphology-directing ***-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)results show that CeO_(2)-to exposes composite{100}and{111}facets,w.ile CeO_(2)cubic(CeO_(2)-c)and CeO_(2)octahedral(CeO_(2)-o)only expose single crystal facets of{100}plane and{111}plane,***,this CeO_(2)-to photocatalyst exhibits remarkable photooxidation performance of gaseous acetaldehyde(CH_(3)CHO)degradation,in w.ich CO_(2)generation value reaches 1.78 and 7.97-times greater than that of CeO_(2)-c and CeO_(2)-o,*** addition,the active species trapping experiment signifies that superoxide(·O_(2)^(-))and holes(h^(+))are the main reactive substances during the CH_(3)CHO degradation process,and the electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)spectra indicates that the former is the major ***,the electron transfer mechanism between CeO_(2)-to{100}and{111}facets and the surface oxygen adsorption ability are revealed via density functional theory(DFT)*** is also confirmed that{100}facets are more conducive to the absorption of acetaldehyde than{111}***,a reasonable mechanism for improved photocatalytic CH_(3)CHO degradation on CeO_(2)-to is proposed based on relevant experiments and DFT *** study demonstrates that the systematic development of surface homojunction structured photocatalysts can efficiently increase the degradation activity for volatile organic compounds(VOCs).it also offers additional direction for optimizing the photocatalytic activity of other ceriumbased photocatalysts.

Major volcanic eruptions(MVEs)have attracted increasing attention from the scientific *** studies have explored the climatic impact of MVEs over the past two ***,proxy-based reconstructions and climate model simulations indicate divergent responses of global and China’s regional climates to ***,we used multiple data from observations,reconstructions,simulations,and assimilations to summarize the historical facts of MVEs,the characteristics and mechanisms of their climatic impact,and directions for future *** reviewed volcanic datasets and determined intensive MVE periods;these periods corresponded to the years 530–700,1200‒1460,and 1600‒1840 *** tropical MVEs,a substantial cooling effect is observed throughout the globe and China on the interannual-interdecadal time scales but an inconsistent cooling magnitude is detected between reconstructions and *** the first summer after tropical MVEs,a decrease in global and monsoonal precipitation is *** reconstructions and simulations,an increased precipitation is seen for the Yangtze River Basin,w.ile large uncertainties in precipitation changes are present for other regions of *** drought can be induced by frequent eruptions and volcanism superimposed on low solar irradiation and internal *** affect climate directly through the radiative effect and indirectly by modulating internal variability,such as the El niño‒Southern Oscillation(EnSO)and Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation(AMO).However,changes in the phase,amplitude,and periodicity of EnSO and AMO after MVEs and the associated mechanisms remain controversial,w.ich could account for model-reconstruction ***,other internal variability,uncertainties in reconstruction methods and aerosol‒climate models,and climate background may also induce model-reconstruction *** gaps and directions for future research are also discussed.

STinG(also known as MiTA)is an adaptor protein that mediates cytoplasmic DnA-triggered signaling,and aberrant activation of STinG/MiTA by cytosolic self-DnA or gain-of-function mutations causes severe ***,we show that STinG-mediated inflammation and autoimmunity are promoted by RnF115 and alleviated by the RnF115 inhibitor disulfiram(DSF).Knockout of RnF115 or treatment with DSF significantly inhibit systemic inflammation and autoimmune lethality and restore immune cell development in Trex1^(–/–)mice and STinG^(n153S/wT) bone marrow chimeric *** addition,knockdown or pharmacological inhibition of RnF115 substantially downregulate the expression of iFn-α,iFn-γand proinflammatory cytokines in PBMCs from patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)who exhibit high concentrations of dsDnA in peripheral ***,knockout or inhibition of RnF115 impair the oligomerization and Golgi localization of STinG in various types of cells transfected with cGAMP and in organs and cells from Trex1^(–/–)***,knockout of RnF115 inhibits the activation and Golgi localization of STinGn153S as well as the expression of proinflammatory cytokines in myeloid cells but not in endothelial cells or *** together,these findings highlight the RnF115-mediated cell type-specific regulation of STinG and STinGn153S and provide potential targeted intervention strategies for STinG-related autoimmune diseases.

A facile Tf OH-catalyzed oxidative cyclization of allyl compounds and isocyanide has been developed with the assistance of DDQ, where isocyanide is used as the crucial "n" and "Cn" sources. Highly functionalized 2-cyanopyrroles are constructed efficiently through a new formal [3 + 2] mode, demonstrating diverse reactivity and synthetic utility in organic chemistry. 2-Cyanopyrrole is converted into a nucleobase analogue of Remdesivir and 5H-pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoindole through a three-step or a two-step sequence, respectively. This protocol features broad substrate scope, operational simplicity and good functional group tolerance.
