Geochemistry and mineralization of the Permian bauxites with contrast bedrocks in northern Guizhou， South China

A succession of Permian bauxite deposits are concentrated in Wuchuan， Zheng’an and Daozhen counties of northern Guizhou， South China. These deposits overlie contrast bedrocks， which are discriminated from the other bauxites of karst type in South China. Horizons of these bauxites are typified by sandwiched constructure， the upper and the lower layers of bauxitic claystone interbedded by the ore layer， and by abundant pyrite occurring in the ore and the lower layers. A geochemical study was carried out on samples from two boreholes of bauxitic profiles with claystone and carbonate bedrocks， respectively. It shows that the diverse profiles illustrate contrast mobility of elements. The profile overlying clayey bedrock is depleted in most elements including REE but variously enriched in HFSE， Pb， Mo， and half mass of Al2O3 was leached out; the profile overlying carbonatic bedrock is highly enriched in REE and moderately in HFSE and Pb， its Al2O3 mass was basically preserved. Both horizons are extremely enriched in alkali of Li and variously in Ce. A new genetic model is suggested accordingly. Tropic climate， coastal plain and frequent transgression and regression during the Permian caused a transition of weathering profiles from laterization to bauxitization in northern Guizhou. Massive pyrite in the horizons formed under reducing environment during the transgression through combining of iron enriched in the laterite profile and sulfur from the soaking and penetrating seawater; during the regression， oxidation of pyrite caused strong acid medium and induced the bauxitization.

Winter wheat–summer maize cropping system in the North China Plain often experiences droughtinduced yield reduction in the wheat season and rainwater and nitrogen(N)fertilizer losses in the maize *** study aimed to identify an optimal interseasonal water-and N-management strategy to alleviate these *** ratios of allocation of 360 kg N ha^(-1)between the wheat and maize seasons under one-time presowing root-zone irrigation(W0)and additional jointing and anthesis irrigation(W2)in wheat and one irrigation after maize sowing were set as follows:N1(120:240),N2(180:180),N3(240:120)and N4(300:60).The results showed that under W0,the N3 treatment produced the highest annual yield,crop water productivity(WPC),and nitrogen partial factor productivity(PFPN).Increased N allocation in wheat under W0 improved wheat yield without affecting maize yield,as surplus nitrate after wheat harvest was retained in the topsoil layers and available for the subsequent *** W2,annual yield was largest in the N2 *** risk of nitrate leaching increased in W2 when N application rate in wheat exceeded that of the N2 treatment,especially in the wet *** to W2N2,the W0N3 maintained 95.2%grain yield over two *** WPCwas higher in the W0 treatment than in the W2 ***,following limited total N rate,an appropriate fertilizer N transfer from maize to wheat season had the potential of a“triple win”for high annual yield,WPCand PFPN in a water-limited wheat–maize cropping system.

Reclaimed water is efficient for replenishing the dry rivers in northern China, but regional groundwater may be at risk from pollution. Therefore, samples of reclaimed water, river water, and groundwater were collected at the Huai River in the Chaobai River basin in 2010. The water chemistry and isotopic compositions of the samples were analyzed in the laboratory. The reclaimed water had stable compositions of water chemistry and isotopes, and the Na. Ca-HCO3. C1 water type. The water chemistry of the river water was consistent with that of the reclaimed water. A June peak of total nitrogen was the prominent characteristic in the shallow groundwater, which also had the Na. Ca-HCO3. C1 water type. However, the water chemistry and isotopes in most of the deep groundwater remained stable, and the water type was Ca-Mg-HCO3. The amount of reclaimed water recharging the groundwater was about 2.5 - 107 m^3/yr. All of the shallow groundwater was impacted by the reclaimed water, with the mixing proportion of reclaimed water ranging from 42% to 80 % in the dry season and from 20% to 86% in the wet season. Only one deep well, with proportions of 67% （dry season） and 28% （wet season）, was impacted. TDS, EC, and major ions （Na, K, C1, NHn-N, NO2-N, and NO3-N） were increased in the impacted wells.

地理空间数据的多尺度表征是制图学的基石,是支撑地理数据多尺度建模分析的前提。通过对从遥感影像获取的一定尺度的地理要素矢量数据进行选择、化简、聚合或其他处理,以获取多尺度矢量数据,但多种综合处理模型和方法会导致多尺度矢量数据存在着不同程度的信息损失。本文基于地理信息系统(ArcGIS 10.6)的矢量数据制图综合功能模块,通过整合多种内嵌的自动算法和模型,结合人机协同的辅助处理方法,构建了一套系统的海陆岸线空间尺度上推方法体系,并将其应用于南美洲大陆海陆岸线矢量数据从m级空间尺度上推到30 m、250 m和1 km。基于分形理论,首次提出线矢量数据复杂度指数概念,用以表征海陆岸线地理要素特征和对比其信息精细化程度。在此基础上,对获取的30 m、250 m和1 km海陆岸线矢量数据进行信息损失评估,结果显示制图综合引起陆地和水域空间属性的改变,不同尺度表征的地理要素信息精细度存在显著差异:相比m级基础数据,30 m、250 m和1 km海陆岸线矢量数据陆地图斑数量损失分别为32.07%、90.46%和98.61%,岛屿线矢量长度信息损失分别为6.32%、49.26%和75.47%;南美洲大陆海岸线矢量数据信息精细度分别降低1.97%、25.33%和45.39%。本文构建的计算机自动综合模型和人工处理相结合的海陆岸线矢量数据空间尺度上推方法,可以实现海陆岸线矢量数据空间尺度上推获取不同尺度的线矢量数据,并描述了不同空间尺度矢量数据的信息损失状况。

Purpose: To study the antiviral activity of monoclonal antibodies (McAb) in vivo and identify their effects on experimental herpetic ***: Topical use of anti-HSV monoclonal glycoprotein antibodies was carried out on acute herpetic keratitis of rabbits infected by HSV-1 SM44. The application of the eye drops in each group was five times per day for 14 days by double-blind method. In vivo observation and electron microscopy were performed during the whole procedure. The anti-HSV McAb’s solution was mixed up of five monoclonal antibodies with high neutrilization titers and/or high ADCC activity. Results: Compared with placebo-treated eyes, anti-HSV McAb treatment made statistically significant reduction of herpetic corneal epithelial lesion on rabbits from day 3 to day 14 postinnoculation (P<0. 01). Punctate and short dendritic lesion were the main patterns. The area of involvement was also limited. Electron microscopic analysis showed ultrastructural changes of herpetic corneal infection.

This paper reports an integrated study of in sire U-Pb geochronology and elemental geochemistry of zircons from the Xianglushan iron-polymetallic deposit in western Guizhou Province, Southwest China. Genetic relationship between this new type of deposit and unroofing of the Emeishan large igneous province （ELIP） is focused. Along with the zoning pattern in spatial distribution of diverse weathering-related deposits along the southern and southeastern margins of the ELIP, it is suggested that the genesis of the iron-polymetallic deposit was specialized by factors of coastal paleogeography in hot-humid climate, where iron-enriched laterites formed, and repetitive marine transgression-regression occurred during the Late Permian.
