The power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)of organic solar cells(OSCs)have reached 18%recently,which have already met the demand of practical ***,these outstanding results were generally achieved with donor-acceptor(D-A)type copolymer donors,which can hardly fulfill the low-cost largescale production due to their complicated synthesis ***,developing polymer donors with simple chemical structures is urgent for realizing low-cost ***(PT)derivatives are currently regarded as promising candidates for such kind of donor materials,which has been illustrated in many *** this work,two new alkylthio substituted PT derivatives,P301 and P302,were synthesized and tested as donors in the OSCs using Y5 as the accepto *** comparison,the introduction of fluorine atoms on the backbone of P302 can not only downshift the energy levels,but also greatly improve the phase separation morphologies of the active layers,which is ascribed to the enhanced aggregation effect and the reduced miscibility with the non-fullerene *** a result,the P302:Y5-based OSC exhibits a significantly improved PCE of 9.65%than that of P301:Y5-based one,indicating the important role of fluorination in the construction of efficient PT derivative donors.

The predictability of El Ni-o-Southern Oscillation (ENSO) has been an important area of study for years. Searching for the optimal precursor (OPR) of ENSO occurrence is an effective way to understand its predictability. The CNOP (conditional nonlinear optimal perturbation), one of the most effective ways to depict the predictability of ENSO, is adopted to study the optimal sea surface temperature (SST) precursors (SST-OPRs) of ENSO in the IOCAS ICM (intermediate coupled model developed at the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences). To seek the SST-OPRs of ENSO in the ICM, non-ENSO events simulated by the ICM are chosen as the basic state. Then, the gradient-definition-based method (GD method) is employed to solve the CNOP for different initial months of the basic years to obtain the SSTOPRs. The experimental results show that the obtained SST-OPRs present a positive anomaly signal in the western-central equatorial Pacific, and obvious differences exist in the patterns between the different seasonal SST-OPRs along the equatorial western-central Pacific, showing seasonal dependence to some extent. Furthermore, the non-El Ni-o events can eventually evolve into El Ni-o events when the SST-OPRs are superimposed on the corresponding seasons;the peaks of the Ni-o3.4 index occur at the ends of the years, which is consistent with the evolution of the real El Ni-o. These results show that the GD method is an effective way to obtain SST-OPRs for ENSO events in the ICM. Moreover, the OPRs for ENSO depicted using the GD method provide useful information for finding the early signal of ENSO in the ICM.

Leaf senescence that occurs in the last stage of leaf development is a genetically programmed process. It is very significant to isolate the upstream components in the senescence signaling pathway and to elucidate the molecular mechanisms that control the initiation and progression of leaf senescence. In this study, full-length cDNAs of three receptor-like protein kinase genes, designated rlpkl, rlpk2 and rlpk3, were cloned from artificially-induced senescent soybean （Glycine max L.） primary leaves （GenBank accession AY687390, AY687391, AF338813）. The deduced amino acid sequences indicated that they belonged to a receptor-like kinase family. Each of rlpkl and rlpk2 encodes a leucine-rich repeat （LRR） receptor-like protein kinase. They both comprise a typical signal peptide, several LRR motifs, a single-pass transmembrane domain, and a cytoplasmic protein kinase domain. No typical extracellular domain of RLPK3 was predicted. Organ-specific expression pattern analysis by reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） revealed higher expression levels of the three genes in cotyledons, roots and flowers. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that RLPK1 and RLPK2 belonged to an independent branch, whereas RLPK3 shared common nodes with several known RLKs responding to ablotic and biotic stresses. The evident alternations of expression profiles of rlpkl and rlpk2 induced by the artificial senescence-inducing treatment implied involvements of these two RLKs in regulating soybean leaf senescence.

Mechanism of FCC→HCP reverse phase transformation in face-centered cubic zirconium(FCC-Zr)along with a concomitant 70.5°rotation ofα-Zr matrix were investigated in zircaloy-4(Zr-4)cladding tube by using transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Results showed that the interaction among a secondary phase particle(SPP)and three FCC-Zr grains resulted in the formation of cross stacking faults in SPP and exerted a drag force on minor axis of the adjacent FCC-Zr ***,when the shear stress along[112]_(FCC-Zr)direction was large enough to initiate the emission of 1/6[112]Shockley partial dislocation on every other(111)_(FCC-Zr)close-packed plane,the stacking sequence would change from ABC ABCA to AB ABABA viz.(0001)planes of the daughter HCP ***,FCC→HCP reverse phase transformation in FCC-Zr was presented.

In this paper, decentralized methods of optimally rigid graphs generation for formation control are researched. The notion of optimally rigid graph is first defined in this paper to describe a special kind of rigid graphs. The optimally rigid graphs can be used to decrease the topology complexity of graphs while maintaining their shapes. To minimize the communication complexity of formations, we study the theory of optimally rigid formation generation. First, four important propositions are presented to demonstrate the feasibility of using a decentralized method to generate optimally rigid graphs. Then, a formation algorithm for multi-agent systems based on these propositions is proposed. At last, some simulation examples are given to show the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

The present reported study investigated the persistence of snow anomalies over the Tibetan Plateau(TP) from the preceding seasons to summer and the relationship between the previous snow cover anomaly and summer precipitation over East Asia. The results showed that, relative to other snow indices, such as the station observational snow depth(SOSD) index and the snow water equivalent(SWE) index, the snow cover area proportion(SCAP) index calculated from the SWE and the percentage of visible snow of the Equal-Area Scalable Earth Grids(EASE-grids) dataset has a higher persistence in interannual anomalies, particularly from May to summer. As such, the May SCAP index is significantly related to summer precipitation over the Meiyu-Baiu region. The persistence of the SCAP index can partly explain the season-delayed effect of snow cover over the TP on summer rainfall over the Meiyu-Baiu region besides the contribution of the soil moisture bridge. The preceding SST anomaly in the tropical Indian Ocean and ENSO can persist through the summer and affect the summer precipitation over the Meiyu-Baiu region. However, the May SCAP index is mostly independent of the simultaneous SSTs in the tropical Indian Ocean and the preceding ENSO and may affect the summer precipitation over the Meiyu-Baiu region independent of the effects of the SST anomalies. Therefore, the May SCAP over the TP could be regarded as an important supplementary factor in the forecasting of summer precipitation over the Meiyu-Baiu region.

Unlike optical waves, acoustic waves in fluids are described by scalar pressure fields, and therefore are considered spinless. Here, we demonstrate experimentally the existence of spin in acoustics. In the interference of two acoustic waves propagating perpendicularly to each other, we observed the spin angular momentum in free space as a result of the rotation of local particle velocity. We successfully measured the acoustic spin, and spin-induced torque acting on a designed lossy acoustic probe that results from absorption of the spin angular momentum. The acoustic spin is also observed in the evanescent field of a guided mode traveling along a metamaterial waveguide. We found spin–momentum locking in acoustic waves whose propagation direction is determined by the sign of spin. The observed acoustic spin could open a new door in acoustics and its applications for the control of wave propagation and particle rotation.
