Isomerization-linear-hydroformylation is demanding,however,not an addressed issue,for the production of value-added linear aldehydes by converting cheap and abundant internal alkenes available from bio-&petrochemical *** this paper,a dual metal catalysis system combining a Ru-isomerization catalyst and a Rh-linear-hydroformylation catalyst satisfying the“4S”criterions was reported for isomerization-linear-hydroformylation of C4 raffinate(mixed butenes)and internal *** optimized dual metal catalyst system hydroformylated Raffinate II feed to valuable valeraldehyde in 98%linear selectivity(n:i=49),80%conversion and high activity of 1069 h^(−1)TOF whereas 96%linear selectivity(n:i=24),71%conversion and 948 h^(−1)TOF were observed using only the Rh-hydroformylation ***,valeraldehyde are produced in million tons scale annually for making non-toxic plasticizer *** 2-olefins were also converted to linear aldehydes in>98%linear selectivity(n:i>49),78%-82%conversion and high activity of 802-851 h^(−1)TOF.

This paper proposes an intra-PAN mobility management scheme for IPv6 over Low-power wireless personal area networks(6Lo WPAN) on the basis of "networkbased" idea. We developed a tree-like network architecture which includes coordinate nodes for packet routing. All of the control messages are designed to transmit in link layer,and the sensor nodes are free to consider care-of address and the mobile nodes are unnecessary to deal with any mobility handoff messages. The simulation results show that this scheme efficiently cuts down the signaling cost and reduces the energy consumed by fixed nodes which can extend the life time of the whole Personal area networks(PAN).

Resource reservation is an effective measure to ensure end-to-end quality of service(QoS),however,the burstyness of the traffic makes the reservation idle some time,and forms a waste of *** on the analysis of active queue management(AQM)of DiffServ network,we propose a resource management scheme,which allows borrowing resources from unused reservation,according to the characteristics and advantages of cognitive ***,some nodes reserve certain proportion capacity for some special services(for instance,some services pay additional money)to guarantee the priority of these *** resources are assigned according to the different parameters of *** the available resource can not meet the requirements of new services,realtime ones are admitted with higher priority and allow borrowing the unused reservation from other nodes *** show that,the proposed scheme has good performance at network resource utilization,the admission rate of new applications and QoS of users.

[目的/意义]在线健康社区医生文本帖子、语音文章、视频文章、头像等多模态信息对患者用户决策行为的影响机制仍然需要进一步研究。[方法/过程]本文以好大夫在线网站的医生与患者数据为基础,融合平台中医生语音、视频、头像等多模态信息进行研究,探讨多模态数据驱动下医生与患者在线平台交互的机制。[结果/结论]医生发布的各类多模态信息对其态度、服务和治疗水平的评价具有正向影响,提升患者对医生的好感和付费意愿,也拉近了医生与患者之间的关系。

＜正＞This paper is to investigate the use of mobile agents in the platform of mobile IPv6,to provide adapted services to mobile ***"services"could be informaiton searching, scientific computing,or command implementation,and they all can be generalized to"computation".The mobile agents,as autonomous entities,can migrate from mobile nodes to the Internet infrastructure *** will take advantage of the resources their specific tasks require on the infrastructure,possibly involving further migration,and then return with the necessary results back to mobile *** users（devices） can thus access the Internet anywhere,anytime for any *** between mobile devices and the Internet infrastructure are in the form of intermittent connectivity and low ***, processing power and memory capacity of compact mobile devices remain relatively small. These challenges will always exist,compared with the fixed computing devices,no matter how large they are and will *** seems that no fundationaly efficient solutions so far existed for these kind of *** is motivated by trying to solve these challenges in really materializing the"mobile information society".This is a general architecture that involves many research topics such as intelligent agents,automatic negociation,knowledge acquirement, mobile IPv6,distributed compution and so on.

In this paper we consider a queueing network consisting of two parallel servers and threearrival streams generated by independent Poisson sources. Each server has its own queue and receivescustomers from its own arrival stream. A third arrival stream consists of customers which place resourcedemands on both servers, which are handled separately by each server once the request is made. Eachservice time is independent and exponentially distributed. Each customer in the system pays a holdingcost per unit time. The objective is to dynamically determine the optimal scheduling policy to the thirdstream of conupled customers. based on the state of the system, so as to minimize the average cost. Thismodel is new, and has Policy implications for computer or communication networks. A fuzzy approachis presented to solve this problem. Simulation shows that the approach is efficient and promising.

As a result of economic reform commencing in 1978 in China, cultural beliefs of the Chinese business owners are changing. While much has been published concerning large and multinational businesses, there is a gap in knowledge of cultural beliefs of small and medium sized enterprises. To provide new knowledge, a survey on these smaller sized enterprises located throughout China was conducted in the summer of 2006. Respondents were selected from urban and rural areas, coastal and inland provinces and various industries to provide information on their opinions on how some of their cultural beliefs have changed from 1990 to present. Specif ic beliefs questioned include: Use of fengshui, Traditional Forbidden Activities, Company Naming Responsibility, Company Name Basis, Use of Numbers, Use of Physiognomy, and Prediction of a Company's Future. The importance of fengshui has risen over in the last sixteen years and certain traditional forbidden activities such as not turning over the f ish while eating has remained important as a cultural belief. Naming a company is important and the desirability of a good name is based on various factors. Use of numbers, physiognomy, and non-scientifi c methods for predicting the future success of companies are of lesser use. These aspects of culture are reviewed in consideration of the change from a planned economy to a market-based economy.

重大科技基础设施开放共享在开放科学生态系统中扮演着关键角色,对于促进科学技术的发展、增进创新合作和提升国家综合竞争力具有重要意义。文章从资源稀缺性和资源可持续性2个维度出发,系统梳理了重大科技基础设施的4种开放共享模式:公共普惠共享模式、市场响应共享模式、集约保障共享模式和战略合作共享模式。遴选国外代表性案例,通过多案例比较分析,文章进一步阐述了不同开放共享模式的基本特征。最后,基于对这些模式的深入分析,探讨对我国推动重大科技基础设施开放共享方面可借鉴的经验和启示。
