With an increase in global aging,the number of people affected by cerebrovascular diseases is also increasing,and the incidence of vascular dementia-closely related to cerebrovascular risk-is increasing at an epidemic ***,few therapeutic options exist that can markedly improve the cognitive impairment and prognosis of vascular dementia *** in Alzheimer’s disease and other neurological disorders,synaptic dysfunction is recognized as the main reason for cognitive *** oxide is one of the ubiquitous gaseous cellular messengers involved in multiple physiological and pathological processes of the central nervous ***,nitric oxide has been implicated in regulating synaptic plasticity and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of vascular *** review introduces in detail the emerging role of nitric oxide in physiological and pathological states of vascular dementia and summarizes the diverse effects of nitric oxide on different aspects of synaptic dysfunction,neuroinflammation,oxidative stress,and blood-brain barrier dysfunction that underlie the progress of vascular ***,we propose that targeting the nitric oxide-sGC-cGMP pathway using certain specific approaches may provide a novel therapeutic strategy for vascular dementia.

Aim:To explore the change of 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) pathway expression andproinflammatory mediators level of lung tissue and cerebral cortex,and the pos-sible regulatory mechanism through central nervous 5-LO pathways to pulmo-nary inflammatory status in antigen repeated challenged ***:Fourgroups of rats were treated as control,asthma model,asthma model treatmentwith dexamethasone (DXM,0.5 mg/kg,ip) and ketotifen (5 mg/kg,ig).Tumornecrosis factor (TNF)-α,interleukin (IL)-4,interferon (IFN)-γ,and nitric oxide(NO) were detected by ELISA *** mRNA expression of 5-LO and LTA4-hydrolase (LTA4-H) was analyzed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain re-action (RT-PCR),and the protein content of 5-LO was measured by Western ***:Increase of TNF-α,IL-4,NO level,and decrease of IFN-γ level inbronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and cerebral cortex in sensitized rats wereshown after repeated antigen *** expression of 5-LO and LTA4-HmRNA,and 5-LO protein levels were increased in lung tissue and cerebral cortexin asthma *** comparison with the asthma model,DXM significantly inhib-ited the increase of cytokine levels and the expression of 5-LO pathway enzyme(P<0.05).Ketotifen also inhibited the increase of TNF-α level and 5-LO path-way enzyme expression in lung and cerebral cortex,but had no effect on the levelof NO,IL-4,and IFN-γ.Conclusion:The correlative increase of 5-LO pathwayenzyme expression and proinflammatory mediators of brain may have a regula-tory effect on pulmonary inflammation in asthma.

Solar cell defect detection is crucial for quality inspection in photovoltaic power generation *** the production process,defect samples occur infrequently and exhibit random shapes and sizes,which makes it challenging to collect defective ***,the complex surface background of polysilicon cell wafers complicates the accurate identification and localization of defective *** paper proposes a novel Lightweight Multiscale Feature Fusion network(LMFF)to address these *** network comprises a feature extraction network,a multi-scale feature fusion module(MFF),and a segmentation ***,a feature extraction network is proposed to obtain multi-scale feature outputs,and a multi-scale feature fusion module(MFF)is used to fuse multi-scale feature information *** order to capture finer-grained multi-scale information from the fusion features,we propose a multi-scale attention module(MSA)in the segmentation network to enhance the network’s ability for small target ***,depthwise separable convolutions are introduced to construct depthwise separable residual blocks(DSR)to reduce the model’s parameter ***,to validate the proposed method’s defect segmentation and localization performance,we constructed three solar cell defect detection datasets:SolarCells,SolarCells-S,and *** and SolarCells-S are monocrystalline silicon datasets,and PVEL-S is a polycrystalline silicon *** results show that the IOU of our method on these three datasets can reach 68.5%,51.0%,and 92.7%,respectively,and the F1-Score can reach 81.3%,67.5%,and 96.2%,respectively,which surpasses other commonly usedmethods and verifies the effectiveness of our LMFF network.

During the continuous casting process of high-Mn high-Al steels,various types of gases such as Ar need to escape through the top of the *** which,the behavior of bubbles traversing the liquid slag serves as a restrictive link,closely associated with viscosity and the thickness of liquid *** contrast to two-dimensional surface observation,three-dimensional(3D)analysis method can offer a more intuitive,accurate,and comprehensive ***,this study employs a 3D X-ray microscope(3D-XRM)to obtained spatial distribution and 3D morphological characteristics of residual bubbles in mold flux under different basicity of liquid slag,different temperatures,and different holding *** results indicate that as basicity of slag increases from 0.52 to 1.03,temperature increases from 1423 to 1573 K,the viscosity of slag decreases,the floating rate of bubbles *** addition,when holding time increases from 10 to 30 s,the bubbles floating distance increases,and the volume fraction and average equivalent sphere diameter of the bubbles solidified in the mold flux gradually *** one word,increasing the basicity,temperature,and holding time leading to an increase in the removal rate of bubbles especially for the *** findings of bubbles escape behavior provide valuable insights into optimizing low basicity mold flux for high-Mn high-Al steels.

Single-atom catalyst has garnered widespread attention to mimic mature enzymes due to its well-defined atomic structure and coordination environments. However, since the carbon–carbon（C–C） coupling reactions require synergistic catalysis of multiple sites, single-atom catalysts suffer from insufficient active sites and unclear reaction mechanisms. Controlling the reaction intermediates in a precisely targeted pocket through careful metal–organic cage design is therefore crucial. Here, we prepare a tetrahedral [Cu6L4]-type boron–imidazolate cage integrating highly active Cu sites and optimized cavity, which exhibits enzyme like specific catalytic performance in electrochemical CO2reduction reaction（CO2RR） to enhance the selectivity of *** analyses and computational calculations suggest that the single Cu site together with neighboring boron–imidazolate ligands provides suitably synergistic effects that enable the energetically favorable formation of an *COCHO intermediate, a key step determining selectivity. As a result, the [Cu6L4]-type cage of BIC-145 achieves a Faradaic efficiency of 28% for C2H4maintaining an average current density of -3.54 mA cm-2over a 5-hour electrolysis period. This work represents the first example for studying single-metal site catalysts with ultra-low coordination numbers through the rational design of metal–organic cages.

低碳环保已成为未来船舶发展的重要方向,扶持LNG动力船舶(1)发展也已成为我国航运业的基本共识。在我国LNG动力船舶的发展历程中,不同政策主体在不同的发展阶段扮演着不同角色,主体之间在各阶段的互动状况也各有不同。政策网络理论是分析各政策主体为推动LNG动力船舶在我国发展过程所起到的作用以及各政策主体间互动状况的有力工具,通过研究可以看到:政策网络环境对网络整体互动结构和网络参与者行为有着直接的型塑作用,垂直的行政科层体制已不再是推动LNG动力船舶政策过程的唯一力量。
