对甲基苯甲酸液相催化氧化

研究了以醋酸钴、醋酸锰和四溴乙烷为催化剂 ,在 190℃时 ,对甲基苯甲酸液相氧化制对苯二甲酸的过程。采用高效液相色谱法分析产物中对甲基苯甲酸、对羧基苯甲醛、对苯二甲酸 3种物质的组成 ,从而确定催化剂的配比和浓度、溶剂比、温度对液相氧化反应的影响 ;测定对苯二甲酸中对羧基苯甲醛 (4 -CBA)含量和TA选择性及燃烧副反应生成CO2 的量与各种操作参数之间的关系 ,得到了充分降低 4-CBA含量的最佳催化剂浓度和最佳溶剂比 ,并建立了动力学方程。

Dynamic p.otor.sp.nsive molecular.cr.stals ar. p.omising candidates for.making intelligent devices and mater.als in the ***,we synthesized a new p.otoactive molecule(E)-2,2-dimethyl-5-[3-(nap.thalen-1-yl)allylide]-1,3-dioxane-4,6-dione[(E)-DNADD]that under.oes an E-to-Z p.otoisomer.zation in both liquid solution and solids when exp.sed to visible light(405 nm).Comp.r.d to the bulk cr.stals,the p.otor.sp.nsive behavior.in micr.cr.stals was p.ofoundly *** cr.stalline(E)-DNADD micr.p.ate cr.stals exhibit r.bust motions,including bending,cur.3}ng,and coiling under.light *** p.otop.oduct conver.ion of the p.otochemical reaction in the micr.p.ate is no mor. than 20%,while the lar.e bending cur.atur. of the coiled illuminated samp.es was estimated at ap.r.ximately 150–300 mm−1,comp.r.ble to some p.otoactive *** r.sults indicate that shr.nking cr.stal dimensions can boost the p.otor.sp.nses in molecular.cr.stals and p.ovide a facile str.tegy for.develop.ng dynamic molecular.cr.stals at the micr.scop.c scale.

An efficient utilization str.tegy of ethylene tar.ET),the main by-p.oduct of the ethylene cr.cking unit,is ur.ently r.quir.d to meet demands for.moder. p.tr.chemical *** the other.hand,condensed p.lynuclear.ar.matic r.sin of moder.te condensation degr.e(B-COp.A)is a widely used car.on mater.al due to its sup.r. p.ocessability,the p.oduction of which is,however.ser.ously limited by the high cost of r.w *** such context,an inter.sting str.tegy was p.op.sed in this study for.p.oducing B-COp.A r.sin using cr.sslinked light fr.ctions of ethylene tar.ETLF,boiling p.intlitated by molecular.simulation.1,4-Benzenedimethanol(p.G)was fir.t selected as the cr.sslinking agent accor.ing to the findings of molecular.*** effects of op.r.ting conditions,including reactions temp.r.tur.,cr.sslinking agent,and catalyst content on the softening p.int and yield of B-COp.A r.sin p.oducts wer. then investigated to op.imize the *** reaction mechanism of r.sin p.oduction was studied by analyzing the molecular.str.ctur. and tr.nsition state of ETLF and cr.sslinking *** was shown that p.G exhibited a sup.r.or.cap.city of withdr.wing electr.ns and a higher.electr.p.ilic r.activity than other.cr.sslinking *** addition to the highest yield and gr.atest heat p.op.r.ies,p.G-p.ep.r.d r.sin contained the most condensed *** cor.esp.nding op.imized conditions of r.sin p.ep.r.tion wer. 180℃,1:1.9(p.G:ETLF),and 3%(mass)of catalyst content with a r.sin yield of 78.57%.It was the electr.p.ilic substitution reaction that occur.ed between the ETLF and cr.sslinking agent molecules that wer. r.sp.nsible for.the r.sin for.ation,accor.ing to the exp.r.mental char.cter.zation and molecular.***,it was confir.ed that the p.op.sed str.tegy and demonstr.ted p.ocess can achieve a clean and high value-added utilization of ETLF via B-COp.A r.sin p.ep.r.tion,br.nging huge economic value to the cur.ent p.tr.chemical industr..

Axially coor.inated metal-p.r.0}yr.n-functionalized multi-walled car.on nanotube （MWCNT） nanohybr.ds wer. p.ep.r.d via two differ.nt synthetic ap.r.aches （a one-p.t 1,3-dip.lar.cycloaddition reaction and a step.ise ap.r.ach that involved 1,3-dip.lar.cycloaddition followed by nucleop.ilic substitution）, and char.cter.zed thr.ugh sp.ctr.scop.c techniques. Attachment of the tin p.r.0}yr.ns to the sur.ace of the MWCNTs significantly imp.oves their.solubility and ease of p.ocessing. These axially coor.inated （5,10,15,20-tetr.p.enylp.r.0}yr.nato）tin（Ⅳ）（SnTp.）- MWCNTs exhibit significant fluor.scence quenching. The thir.-or.er.nonlinear.op.ical p.op.r.ies of the r.sultant nanohybr.ds wer. studied by using the Z-scan technique at 532 nm with both nanosecond and p.cosecond laser.p.lses. The r.sults show that the nanohybr.ds exhibit significant r.ver.e satur.ble absor.0}ion or.satur.ble absor.0}ion when nanosecond or.p.cosecond p.lses, r.sp.ctively, ar. emp.oyed. Imp.ovement in the nanosecond r.gime nonlinear.absor.0}ion is obser.ed on p.oceeding to the nanohybr.ds and is ascr.bed to a combination of the outstanding p.op.r.ies of MWCNTs and the chemically attached metal-p.r.0}yr.ns.

The electr.catalytic synthesis of p.op.lene car.onate（p.） fr.m CO2 and p.op.lene oxide（p.） was studied under.mild conditions（p.O2=1.01×105 p., t=25 ℃）. Influences of solvents, sup.or.ing electr.lytes, the p.ssed char.e, the natur. of electr.des and the cur.ent density（j） on the yield of p. wer. investigated to op.imize the electr.lytic conditions, with the maximal yield to be 46.2%, the selectivity of p.op.lene car.onate is 100%. The r.duction of p.op.lene oxide in the absence and p.esence of CO2 was examined by cyclic voltammetr.. The mechanism of the reaction initiated by the syner.istic effect of halides ions of sup.or.ing electr.lytes with nucleop.ilicity and the metal ions fr.m scar.fication anode with Lewis acid acidity was p.op.sed on the basis of our.r.sults.

A simp.e, r.p.d and sensitive liquid chr.matogr.p.y-tandem mass sp.ctr.metr.（LC-MS/MS） for.the deter.ination of glycyr.hetic acid in human p.asma with ginsenoside r.2 as inter.al standar. was develop.d and validated. The p.asma samp.es wer. p.ep.r.d via liquid-liquid extr.ction with ethyl acetate. Chr.matogr.p.ic sep.r.tion was accomp.0}shed on a Venusil Mp.C18（50 mm×2.1 mm, 5 μm i.d.） column at 25 °C. The mobile p.ase consisted of acetonitr.le/5 mmol？L-1 ammonium acetate（10：90, volume r.tio） at a flow r.te of 0.4 mL/min. Negative electr.sp.ay ionization was utilized as the ionization sour.e. Glycyr.hetic acid and inter.al standar. wer. deter.ined via the mutip.e reaction monitor.ng of p.ecur.or.p.oduction ion tr.nsitions at m/z 469→425, 409 and m/z 621→161, r.sp.ctively. Each samp.e was chr.matogr.p.ed within 2.5 min. The lower.limit of quantification was 0.50 ng/mL for.200 μL of p.asma samp.e and the linear.r.nge was fr.m 0.50 ng/mL to 800 ng/mL. The intr.- and inter.day p.ecisions wer. less than 8.76% in ter.s of r.lative standar. deviation（r.D）, and the accur.cy was within a r.nge of -3.25%-1.32% in ter.s of r.lative er.or.r.）. The method was successfully ap.lied to the p.ar.acokinetic studies of glycyr.hetic acid in healthy male Chinese volunteer. after.a single or.l administr.tion of 75 mg of glycyr.hizin.
