Amyloid-beta clearance plays a key role in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease.H oweve r,the variation in functional proteins involved in amyloid-beta clearance and their correlation with amyloid-beta levels remain unclea *** this study,we conducted meta-analyses and a systematic review using studies from the PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library databases,including journal articles published from inception to J une 30,*** inclusion criteria included studies comparing the levels of functional proteins associated with amyloid-beta clearance in the blood,cere b rospinal fluid,and brain of healthy controls,patients with mild cognitive impairment,and patients with Alzheimer's ***,we analyzed the correlation between these functional proteins and amyloid-beta levels in patients with Alzheimer's *** methodological quality of the studies was assessed via the Newcastle-Ottawa *** to heterogeneity,we utilized either a fixed-effect or random-effect model to assess the 95%confidence interval(CI)of the standard mean difference(SMD)among healthy controls,patients with mild cognitive impairment,and patients with Alzheimer's *** findings revealed significant alterations in the levels of insulin-degrading enzymes,neprilysin,matrix metalloproteinase-9,cathepsin D,receptor for advanced glycation end products,and P-glycoprotein in the brains of patients with Alzheimer's disease,patients with mild cognitive impairment,and healthy *** cerebrospinal fluid,the levels of triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 and ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase L1 are altered,whereas the levels of TREM2,CD40,CD40L,CD14,CD22,cathepsin D,cystatin C,andα2 M in peripheral blood ***,TREM2 and cathepsin D showed changes in both brain(SMD=0.31,95%CI:0.16-0.47,P<0.001,I^(2)=78.4%;SMD=1.24,95%CI:0.01-2.48,P=0.048,I^(2)=90.1%)and peripheral blood(SMD=1.01,95%CI:0.35-1.66,P=0.003,I^(2)=96.5%;SMD=7.55,95%CI:3.92-11.18,P<0.001,I^(

Plants have mechanisms to transport secondary metabolites from where they are biosynthesized to the sites where they function,or to sites such as the vacuole for ***,current research has mainly focused on metabolite biosynthesis and regulation,and little is known about their ***,a class diterpenoid with medicinal properties,is biosynthesized in the periderm of Salvia miltiorrhiza ***,we discovered that tanshinone can be transported out of peridermal cells and secreted into the soil environment and that the ABC transporter SmABCG1 is involved in the efflux of tanshinoneⅡA and tanshinoneⅠ.The SmABCG1 gene is adjacent to the diterpene biosynthesis gene cluster in the *** *** temporal–spatial expression pattern of SmABCG1 is consistent with tanshinone accumulation ***1 is located on the plasma membrane and preferentially accumulates in the peridermal cells of *** *** expression in Xenopus laevis oocytes demonstrated that SmABCG1 can export tanshinoneⅡA and tanshinoneⅠ.CRISPR/Cas9-mediated mutagenesis of SmABCG1 in *** hairy roots resulted in a significant decrease in tanshinone contents in both hairy roots and the culture medium,whereas overexpression of this gene resulted in increased tanshinone ***76AH3 transcript levels increased in hairy roots overexpressing SmABCG1 and decreased in knockout lines,suggesting that SmABCG1 may affect the expression of CYP76AH3,indirectly regulating tanshinone ***,tanshinoneⅡA showed cytotoxicity to Arabidopsis *** findings offer new perspectives on plant diterpenoid transport and provide a new genetic tool for metabolic engineering and synthetic biology research.

基于多尺度注意力机制的RAW图像重建

针对传统图像信号处理(ISP)算法繁琐的问题,基于可取代ISP算法的PyNET网络模型,提出一种端到端的RAW图像重建方法Py-CBAM。通过引入高效的注意力机制,并利用该机制对原有网络的多层级多尺度结构进行重设计,实现不同尺度特征的自适应加权,以较大程度提升图像重建的性能。实验结果表明,所提方法在公开的ZRR数据集上获得的峰值信噪比(PSNR)与PyNET方法相比提升了0.37 dB,结构相似度(SSIM)提升了0.0018。将ZRR数据集和新构建的NRR数据集联合对Py-CBAM重新训练后,PSNR和SSIM分别达到25.73 dB和0.9654。视觉效果上,所提方法解决了RAW图像重建时的噪声高与色彩失真、畸变等问题,增强模型在多场景不同光照环境条件下的重建能力;重建结果较为真实,视觉质量最优,在图像过曝和过暗区域视觉提升效果较为明显。

This work investigated the microstructure, magnetic properties, and crystallization kinetics of the as-spun and annealed alloy ribbons of (Fe40-xCoxNi40Si6.33B12.66Cu1) 0.97Nb0.03, where x = 0, 6, 7, 8, 9, prepared using the melt-spinning method. The results show that adding a moderate amount of Co can improve the glass forming ability (GFA), the first peak crystallization temperature, and thermal stability of the as-spun alloy ribbons. With x = 7, the two-stage crystallization temperature interval Delta Tx = 90 exhibits optimal thermal stability, and the alloy annealed at 673 K for 10 minutes shows the favorable combined magnetic properties, with Hc = 0.12 A/m, Ms = 88.7 A & sdot;m2/kg, and mu e = 13800. The magnetic domain results show that annealing removes numerous pinning points in the magnetic domains of the alloy ribbons, making the domain walls smoother and effectively reducing the pinning effect.
