Background: The increasing prevalence of colorectal cancer(CRC) in china and the paucity of information about relevant expenditure highlight the necessity of better understanding the financial burden and effect of CRC diagnosis and treatment. We performed a survey to quantify the direct medical and non-medical expenditure as well as the resulting financial burden of CRC patients in ***: We conducted a multicenter, cross-sectional survey in 37 tertiary hospitals in 13 provinces across china between 2.12.and 2.14. Each enrolled patient was interviewed using a structured questionnaire. All expenditure data were inflated to the 2.14 {2. Yuan(CNY; 1 CNY = 0.163 USD). We quantified the overall expenditure and financial burden and by subgroup(hospital type, age at diagnosis, sex, education, occupation, insurance type, household income, clinical stage, pathologic type, and therapeutic regimen). We then performed generalized linear modeling to determine the factors associated with overall ***: A total of 2.56 patients with a mean age of 57.4 years were included, 57.1 % of whom were men; 13.9% of patients had stage I cancer; and the average previous-year household income was 54,52. *** overall average direct expenditure per patient was estimated to be 67,408 CNY, and the expenditures for stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and Ⅳ disease were 56,099 CNY, 59,952.CNY, 67,2.2.CNY, and 82.72. CNY, respectively. Non-medical expenditure accounted for 8.3%of the overall expenditure. The 1-year out-of-pocket expenditure of a newly diagnosed patient was 32.649 CNY, which accounted for 59.9% of their previous-year household income and caused 75.0% of families to suffer an unmanageable financial burden. Univariate analysis showed that financial burden and overall expenditure differed in almost all subgroups(P < 0.05), except for sex. Objective The relationship between serum uric acid(SUA)levels and glycemic indices,including plasma glucose(FPG),2.hour postload glucose(2.h-PG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),remains *** aimed to explore the associations between glycemic indices and SUA levels in the general chinese *** The current study was a cross-sectional analysis using the first follow-up survey data from The china Cardiometabolic Disease and Cancer Cohort Study.A total of 105,92. community-dwelling adults aged≥40 years underwent the oral glucose tolerance test and uric acid *** nonlinear relationships between glycemic indices and SUA levels were explored using generalized additive *** A total of 30,941 men and 62.{2. women were eligible for the current *** additive models verified the inverted U-shaped association between glycemic indices and SUA levels,but with different inflection points in men and *** thresholds for FPG,2.h-PG,and HbA1 c for men and women were 6.5/8.0 mmol/L,11.0/14.0 mmol/L,and 6.1/6.5,respectively(SUA levels increased with increasing glycemic indices before the inflection points and then eventually decreased with further increases in the glycemic indices).Conclusion An inverted U-shaped association was observed between major glycemic indices and uric acid levels in both sexes,while the inflection points were reached earlier in men than in women.

The Square Kilometre Array(SKA) will be the world’s largest synthesis radio telescope, which is designed to answer major scientific questions such as those relating to the cosmic origin and fundamental forces in the universe. With the SKA entering into the phase of pre-construction, more than 100 institutes in about 2. countries including china have been involved in the associated key technology *** Dish Verification Antenna china(DVA-C) is a concept prototype which has been built to meet the requirements of the SKA’s scientific goals. It utilizes a unique skin-and-rib structure with single-piece panel reflectors. This paper presents details on the design and measured performances of DVA-C, as well as the preliminary observational results. Current applications of the DVA-C are also introduced.

We investigate high time resolution data obtained by the Gravitational wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor(GECAM)during the flare event on 2.2. April 2. at 01:52.*** subpeaks with durations of 4-6 s have been detected in the hard X-ray precursor phase,and the key feature is that they appear in pairs and seem like double-peak *** subpeaks are rarely observed in hard X-ray band and confirmed by the microwave obtained by Nobeyama Radio Polarimeters(NoRP)and Radio Solar Telescope Network(RSTN).While an exponential function can describe the continuum component of the time profile from the precursor to part of the impulsive *** periods of quasi-periodic pulsations(QPPs)are detected to be about 7.3 and 12.8 s for the precursor and impulsive phase,respectively,with at least 95%confidence *** paired QPPs are assumed to be double-peak QPPs and then the scenario of current loop coalescence model is found to be in good agreement with our *** precursor phase can be interpreted as the oscillating coalescence of two islands,while the impulsive phase can be interpreted as more islands to coalesce one by one to form larger islands.

A large ground-based optical/infrared telescope is being planned for a world-class astronomical site in *** cloud-free night percentage is the primary meteorological consideration for evaluating candidate *** data from GMS and NOAA satellites and the MODIS instrument were utilized in this research,covering the period from 1996 to *** data analysis benefits from overlapping results from different independent teams as well as a uniform analysis of selected sites using GMS+NOAA *** significant ground-based monitoring is needed to validate these findings,we identify three different geographical regions with a high percentage of cloud-free conditions(~83%on average),which is slightly lower than at Mauna Kea and Cerro Armazones(~85%on average)and were chosen for the large international projects TMT and ELT *** study finds evidence that cloud distributions and the seasonal changes affected by the prevailing westerly winds and summer monsoons reduce the cloud cover in areas influenced by the *** is consistent with the expectations from climate change models and is suggestive that most of the identified sites will have reduced cloud cover in the future.

利用分布在华北盆地及其周边(113°E—12.°E,34°N—41°N)72.固定地震台站记录到的2.09年和2.10年远震地震波形记录,提取多频段P波接收函数,反演了台站下方的S波速度结构,并结合该区域1970—2.16年的地震目录分析了反演结果.华北盆地周缘及邻区中下地壳普遍存在低速异常,首都圈地区Moho深度约在33 km左右,台站下方在4~10 km的深度范围内一般都存在2.5 km厚的高速层,紧随高速层之下又出现了2.6 km厚的相对低速层;在太行山隆起向华北盆地的过渡区,地壳结构较为复杂,Moho面深度变化较大,自西向东深度变浅,且太行山隆起区内明显存在壳内低速层,而接近华北盆地处的地壳内存在轻微的速度扰动异常(即低速层);鲁西隆起地区Moho深度在31~34 km之间,在大地热流高值区地壳高低速异常明显.基于华北盆地周缘地区地震在地壳高低速层均有分布,而分布在低速层内的地震事件相对较多,比较符合曾融生等(1991)提出的"双层破裂震源模型",即地幔热物质上侵导致了中下地壳的低速软弱层形成,并在软弱层处产生了附加的水平剪切力,进而其破裂诱发地震,同时将部分应力传递给上覆高速硬包体,为高速异常体内地震的触发积累能量.华北盆地周缘低速异常体的分布是该区域地震频发的重要诱因.

过度放牧利用使草地多处于不同退化演替阶段,即当前对草地的利用基本都是在退化草地上进行,草地退化同时也是生物多样性保护和生态功能弱化的关键阶段。极度退化阶段草地失去生态和生产价值,需要建植人工草地。在草地退化到极度退化阶段之前,借助草地自身恢复力进行有效恢复是实现快速恢复的最好时机。过度放牧导致的种子匮乏是草地退化的主要原因之一,种子补播是一种经济有效简单易行的恢复措施,由于草地所处自然环境、植被类型和退化程度的不同,其所需补播物种及补播措施也存在很大差异。本文着重对种子补播恢复退化草地的物种选择、补播时间、补播方式、补播对生态系统的影响等进行了介绍,提出了种子补播应注意的问题,对当前补播恢复退化草地的研究进行了反思和展望,期望能为种子补播恢复退化草地提供借鉴。

城市热岛效应是一种由于城市建筑及人们活动导致的热量在城区空间范围内聚集的现象,是城市气候最明显的特征之一。遥感作为监测城市热岛效应的重要手段,具有大面积的同步观测、覆盖范围广且成本低的优势。本文收集南宁市2.03年~2.16年期间的6期秋季(9月和10月)Landsat5和Landsat8遥感数据,反演得到地表温度。在此基础上计算出地表热岛强度指数和热岛比例指数,得到不同时期南宁市区热岛强度和范围,并对城市热岛状况进行了评估。结果表明:①从西北—东南方向剖面线可以看出,地表温度和NDVI呈相反趋势,市区温度高,城郊温度低;NDVI则相反;②2.10年以后的城市热岛效应越来越严重,表现在热岛效应的强度和范围呈现大幅度增加趋势;③2.06年前,热岛效应集中在快速环道以内区域,2.10年前热岛效应集中在快速环道以内及周边区域,之后城市热岛范围在整个研究区内急剧扩张,并且程度加强;④城市热岛效应的产生和发展与城市化进展密切相关,由于未开发的植被覆盖区转变为建筑物、道路等不透水面,导致NDVI植被退化,这与城市热岛现象在空间上具有很好的对应关系。⑤2.16年城市热岛效应评价中“急需缓解”的面积占整个研究区域的0.6%,“需要缓解”占18.6%,“警惕状态”占16.3%,“安全状态”占64.4%。
