360◦videos enable viewers to watch freely from different directions but inevitably prevent them from perceiving all the helpful *** mitigate this problem,picture-in-picture(PIP)guidance was proposed using preview windows to show regions of interest(ROIs)outside the current view *** identify several drawbacks of this representation and propose a new method for 360◦ﬁlm watching called *** enhances traditional PIP by adaptively arranging preview windows with changeable view ranges and *** addition,AdaPIP incorporates the advantage of arrow-based guidance by presenting circular windows with arrows attached to them to help users locate the corresponding ROIs more *** also adapted AdaPIP and Outside-In to HMD-based immersive virtual reality environments to demonstrate the usability of PIP-guided approaches beyond 2D *** user experiments on 2D screens,as well as in VR environments,indicate that AdaPIP is superior to alternative methods in terms of visual experiences while maintaining a comparable degree of immersion.

We couple together existing ideas, existing results, special structure and novel ideas to accomplish the exact limits and improved decay estimates with sharp rates for all order derivatives of the global weak solutions of the Cauchy problem for an n-dimensional incompressible Navier-Stokes equations. We also use the global smooth solution of the corresponding heat equation to approximate the global weak solutions of the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations.

The incineration technology of kitchen waste is one of the effective technologies to achieve the resource utilization of municipal solid *** is an important stage of *** is a rich initial product in the pyrolysis process of kitchen waste,and the presence of H_(2)O has a significant impact on the decomposition of indole to form NO_(x) ***,this study uses density functional theory method to study the effect of H_(2)O on the thermal decomposition of indole to produce NH_(3),HNCO,and *** H_(2)O participates in the reaction,it can provide oxidative groups to generate a new product HNCO,which is different from the previous findings by indole pyrolysis without the presence of H_(2)***,this study theoretically proves that NH_(3) is easier to form than *** is consistent with the phenomenon that NH_(3) release is higher than HCN release in pyrolysis *** addition,compared with the individual pyrolysis of indole,the participation of H_(2)O reduces the energy barriers for the formation of NH_(3) and HCN during indole pyrolysis,thereby promoting the formation of NH_(3) and HCN.

Objective:To examine the therapeutic effect of Fangji Fuling Decoction(FFD) on sepsis through network pharmacological analysis combined with in vitro and in vivo ***:A sepsis mouse model was constructed through intraperitoneal injection of 20 mg/kg lipopolysaccharide(LPS).RAW264.7 cells were stimulated by 250 ng/m L LPS to establish an in vitro cell *** pharmacology analysis identified the key molecular pathway associated with FFD in *** ectopic expression and depletion experiments,the effect of FFD on multiple organ damage in septic mice,as well as on cell proliferation and apoptosis in relation to the mitogen-activated protein kinase 14/Forkhead Box O 3A(MAPK14/FOXO3A) signaling pathway,was ***:FFD reduced organ damage and inflammation in LPS-induced septic mice and suppressed LPS-induced macrophage apoptosis and inflammation in vitro(P<0.05).Network pharmacology analysis showed that FFD could regulate the MAPK14/FOXO signaling pathway during *** confirmed by in vitro cell experiments,FFD inhibited the MAPK14 signaling pathway or FOXO3A expression to relieve LPS-induced macrophage apoptosis and inflammation(P<0.05).Furthermore,FFD inhibited the MAPK14/FOXO3A signaling pathway to inhibit LPS-induced macrophage apoptosis in the lung tissue of septic mice(P<0.05).Conclusion:FFD could ameliorate the LPS-induced inflammatory response in septic mice by inhibiting the MAPK14/FOXO3A signaling pathway.

Objective:Research has shown that celastrol can effectively treat a variety of diseases,yet when passing a certain dosage threshold,celastrol becomes toxic,causing complications such as liver and kidney damage and erythrocytopenia,among *** this dichotomy in mind,it is extremely important to find ways to preserve celastrol’s efficacy while reducing or preventing its ***:In this study,insulin-resistant Hep G2(IR-Hep G2)cells were prepared using palmitic acid and used for in vitro ***-Hep G2 cells were treated with celastrol alone or in combination with Nacetylcysteine(NAC)or ferrostatin-1(Fer-1)for 12,24 or 48 h,at a range of *** counting kit-8assay,Western blotting,quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction,glucose consumption assessment,and flow cytometry were performed to measure celastrol’s cytotoxicity and whether the cell death was linked to ***:Celastrol treatment increased lipid oxidation and decreased expression of anti-ferroptosis proteins in IR-Hep G2 *** downregulated glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4)m *** docking models predicted that solute carrier family 7 member 11(SLC7A11)and GPX4 were covalently bound by ***,we found for the first time that the application of ferroptosis inhibitors(especially NAC)was able to reduce celastrol’s toxicity while preserving its ability to improve insulin sensitivity in IR-Hep G2 ***:One potential mechanism of celastrol’s cytotoxicity is the induction of ferroptosis,which can be alleviated by treatment with ferroptosis *** findings provide a new strategy to block celastrol’s toxicity while preserving its therapeutic effects.

Effect of annealing temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-Zn-Zr-Nd alloy with large final rolling deformation

In this study,the Mg-3Zn-0.5Zr-χNd(χ=0,0.6)alloys were subjected to final rolling treatment with large deformation of 50%.The impact of annealing temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties was *** rolled Mg-3Zn-0.5Zr-0.6Nd alloy exhibited an ultimate tensile strength of 386 MPa,a yield strength of 361 MPa,and an elongation of 7.1%.Annealing at different temperatures resulted in reduced strength and obviously increased elongation for both *** mechanical properties for the Mg-3Zn-0.5Zr-0.6Nd alloy were achieved after annealing at 200℃,with an ultimate tensile strength of 287 MPa,a yield strength of 235 MPa,and an elongation of 26.1%.The numerous deformed microstructures,twins,and precipitated phases in the rolled alloy could impede the deformation at room temperature and increase the work hardening *** annealing,a decrease in the work hardening effect and an increase in the dynamic recovery effect were obtained due to the formation of fine equiaxed grains,and the increased volume fraction of precipitated phases,which significantly improved the elongation of the ***,the addition of Nd element could enhance the annealing recrystallization rate,reduce the Schmid factor difference between basal and prismatic slip systems,facilitate multi-system slip initiation and improve the alloy plasticity.

In this paper,we design the differentially private variants of the classical Frank-Wolfe algorithm with shuffle model in the optimization of machine *** weak assumptions and the generalized linear loss（GLL） structure,we propose a noisy Frank-Wolfe with shuffle model algorithm（NoisyFWS） and a noisy variance-reduced Frank-Wolfe with the shuffle model algorithm（NoisyVRFWS） by adding calibrated laplace noise under shuffling scheme in the lp（p∈ [1,2」）-case,and study their privacy as well as utility guarantees for the H?lder smoothness *** particular,the privacy guarantees are mainly achieved by using advanced composition and privacy amplification by *** utility bounds of the NoisyFWS and NoisyVRFWS are analyzed and obtained the optimal excess population risks O(n-（1+a）/4a+log（d）√log（1/δ）/nε) and O(n-（1+a）/4a+log（d）√log（1/δ）/n2ε) with gradient complexity O(n（1+α）2/4α2) for α∈[1/√3,1].It turns out that the risk rates under shuffling scheme are a nearly-dimension independent rate,which is consistent with the previous work in some *** addition,there is a vital tradeoff between（α,L）-H?lder smoothness GLL and the gradient *** linear gradient complexity O（n） is showed by the parameter α=1.

AIM:To investigate the types of bacteria in patients with eye infections in Suzhou and their drug resistance to commonly used antibacterial ***:The clinical data of 155 patients were retrospectively collected in this study,and the pathogenic bacteria species and drug resistance of each pathogenic bacteria were ***:Among the 155 patients(age from 12 to 87 years old,with an average age of 57,99 males and 56 females)with eye infections(160 eyes:74 in the left eye,76 in the right eye and 5 in both eyes,all of which were exogenous),71(45.81%)strains were gram-positive bacteria,23(14.84%)strains were gram-negative bacteria and 61(39.35%)strains were ***-positive bacteria were highly resistant to penicillin and erythromycin(78.87%and 46.48%respectively),but least resistant to vancomycin at ***-negative bacteria were highly resistant to cefoxitin and compound sulfamethoxazole(100%and 95.65%respectively),but least resistant to meropenem at *** of the resistance of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria to some drugs revealed statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in the resistance of both to cefoxitin,cotrimoxazole,levofloxacin,cefuroxime,ceftriaxone and ceftazidime,and both had higher rates of resistance to gram-negative bacteria than to gram-positive *** distribution of bacterial infection strains showed that Staphylococcus epidermidis was the most common strain in the conjunctiva,cornea,aqueous humor or vitreous body and other eye ***,Fusarium and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were also among the most common strains of conjunctival and corneal ***:Gram-positive bacteria are the dominant bacteria in eye infections,followed by gram-negative bacteria and *** the resistance of gramnegative bacteria to multiple drugs,monitoring of bacteria should be strengthened in eye bacterial infections for effective prevention and control to reduce complications caused by eye infections.
