弱光胁迫下黄瓜幼果内源激素的变化

为探索弱光胁迫对黄瓜幼果生长发育过程中内源激素含量的影响,以2个坐果率不同的黄瓜高代自交系R103和Y1203为材料,经弱光胁迫对坐果期黄瓜幼果内源IAA、GA3、ABA、ZT含量及IAA、GA3、ZT与ABA的比值变化进行研究。结果表明,弱光处理后,2份材料在开花当天IAA、GA3、ABA含量及激素间的比值均低于对照;开花后2、4 d ABA含量均低于对照,GA3含量R103显著低于对照,Y1203与之相反。IAA含量开花后6 d均显著低于对照,开花后2~6 d ZT含量R103显著低于对照,Y1203则高于对照。GA3/ABA和ZT/ABA比值在开花当天均低于对照,开花后2、4、6 d均较对照显著升高。IAA/ABA比值开花后4 d均高于对照。内源激素含量和比值的这些变化可能是黄瓜在弱光胁迫下幼果对外界环境产生的应激反应。

Oxygen uptake plays a crucial role in the evaluation of endurance performance during exercise and is extensively utilized for metabolic assessment. This study records the oxygen uptake during the exercise phase (i.e., ascending or descending) of the stair exercise, utilizing an experimental dataset that includes ten participants and covers various exercise periods. Based on the designed experiment protocol, a non-parametric modeling method with kernel-based regularization is generally applied to estimate the oxygen uptake changes during the switching stairs exercise, which closely resembles daily life activities. The modeling results indicate the effectiveness of the non-parametric modeling approach when compared to fixed-order models in terms of accuracy, stability, and compatibility. The influence of exercise duration on estimated fitness reveals that the model of the phase-oxygen uptake system is not time-invariant related to respiratory metabolism regulation and muscle fatigue. Consequently, it allows us to study the humans’ conversion mechanism at different metabolic rates and facilitates the standardization and development of exercise prescriptions.

Cloud base height(CBH) is a crucial parameter for cloud radiative effect estimates, climate change simulations, and aviation guidance. However, due to the limited information on cloud vertical structures included in passive satellite radiometer observations, few operational satellite CBH products are currently available. This study presents a new method for retrieving CBH from satellite radiometers. The method first uses the combined measurements of satellite radiometers and ground-based cloud radars to develop a lookup table(LUT) of effective cloud water content(ECWC), representing the vertically varying cloud water content. This LUT allows for the conversion of cloud water path to cloud geometric thickness(CGT), enabling the estimation of CBH as the difference between cloud top height and CGT. Detailed comparative analysis of CBH estimates from the state-of-the-art ECWC LUT are conducted against four ground-based millimeter-wave cloud radar(MMCR) measurements, and results show that the mean bias(correlation coefficient) is0.18±1.79 km(0.73), which is lower(higher) than 0.23±2.11 km(0.67) as derived from the combined measurements of satellite radiometers and satellite radar-lidar(i.e., Cloud Sat and CALIPSO). Furthermore, the percentages of the CBH biases within 250 m increase by 5% to 10%, which varies by location. This indicates that the CBH estimates from our algorithm are more consistent with ground-based MMCR measurements. Therefore, this algorithm shows great potential for further improvement of the CBH retrievals as ground-based MMCR are being increasingly included in global surface meteorological observing networks, and the improved CBH retrievals will contribute to better cloud radiative effect estimates.

This paper examines the bipartite consensus problems for the nonlinear multi-agent systems in Lurie dynamics form with cooperative and competitive communication between different agents. Based on the contraction theory, some new conditions for the nonlinear Lurie multi-agent systems reaching bipartite leaderless consensus and bipartite tracking consensus are presented. Compared with the traditional methods, this approach degrades the dimensions of the conditions, eliminates some restrictions of the system matrix, and extends the range of the nonlinear function. Finally, two numerical examples are provided to illustrate the efficiency of our results.

The flower of Syringa pubescens Turcz. （SP）， was used as both medicine and food in China， exhibited a variety of biological activities. However， it remains unknown whether SP has an effect on ameliorative nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NASH）. In this study， the improvement of SP ethyl acetate extract （SPE） on NASH was evaluated and the potential mechanisms were explored. The glycosides of SPE were determined by an HPLC method. HepG2 cell lines were treated with free fatty acid to clarify the improvement effect and mechanisms of SPE on NASH in vitro. C57BL/6J mice were treated by 60 kcal% high-fat diet （HFD） combined with carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) to establish the NASH model in vivo. The results showed SPE could inhibited the hepatic injury and lipid steatosis by decreasing the levels of ALT， AST， TG and TC in vitro and vivo. The SPE suppressed the oxidative stress and inflammation by restraining the generation of ROS， MDA， IL-1β， IL-6 and TNF-α and enhancing the activity of antioxidant enzymes including SOD， CAT and GSH-Px in NASH model. Moreover， SPE declined the level of fibrosis markers including HYP， Col Ⅰ and α-SMA in HFD combined CCl4（HC）-induced mice. Mechanically， SPE inhibited hepatocellular Keap1 expression and promoted Nrf2 nuclear translocation， which suppressing the phosphorylation of IκBα/NF-κB. In addition， SPE down-regulated the level of TGF-β1 and phosphorylation of Smad2 to mitigate fibrosis. In brief， SPE could significantly alleviate lipid accumulation， oxidative stress， inflammation and fibrosis via regulating Nrf2/HO-1， IκBα/NFκB and TGF-β1/Smad2 pathways in the progression of NASH， which indicated that SPE had the potential to be a novel and effective drug or food supplements for the improvement of NASH.

The addition of biochar(BC)or Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)alone has been reported to promote plant growth,while their synergistic effects on Allium schoenoprasum root morphology and rhizosphere fungal community in barren soil is still *** this study,we investigated the effects of BC and AMF(Funneliformis mosseae)on plant growth and root morphology in barren soil and revealed the structure of soil fungal communities Therefore,a greenhouse pot trial consisting of five treatments was *** results showed that the combination of biochar and AMF significantly improved plant biomass,nutrient uptake,mycorrhizal colonization rates and soil properties and significantly impacted rhizosphere fungal community composition and *** significantly increased the fungal community stability and enhanced their positive correlation with *** findings indicated that the combination of AMF and biochar play synergic role for plant growth and rhizosphere fungal community in barren soil.

Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is a severe female reproductive disorder that affects 1%of women in general populations(European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology[ESHRE]Guideline Group on POI et al.,2016).An increasing prevalence up to 3.7%has been reported in a recent meta-analysis(Golezar et al.,2019).POl can lead to infertility or subfertility,as well as a range of complex complications suffering multi-organ systems,seriously threatening women's health and reducing the life *** contrast,POl is a representative heterogeneous disease with multiple *** more than 70 causative POI genes have been identified,the etiology of more than half of the POI patients is still ambiguous(Jiao et al.,2018).Unreported POI causative genes,therefore,remain to be identified.
