Lipid nanovehicles are currently the most advanced vehicles used for RNA delivery,as demonstrated by the approval of patisiran for amyloidosis therapy in *** illuminate the unique superiority of lipid nanovehicles in RNA delivery,in this review,we first introduce various RNA therapeutics,describe systemic delivery barriers,and explain the lipid components and methods used for lipid nanovehicle ***,we emphasize crucial advances in lipid nanovehicle design for overcoming barriers to systemic RNA ***,the current status and challenges of lipid nanovehicle-based RNA therapeutics in clinical applications are also *** objective is to provide a comprehensive overview showing how to utilize lipid nanovehicles to overcome multiple barriers to systemic RNA delivery,inspiring the development of more high-performance RNA lipid nanovesicles in the future.

Residual films on the sowing layer produced after mulching in Xinjiang farmland,harm the sowing quality and root growth of *** this study,a sowing layer residual film recovery machine based on a radial plate arc-shaped nail-tooth roller structure was ***,the key device structures were designed and the main working parameters were ***,taking the working depth,the forward speed of the machine and the rotation speed of the nail tooth roller as the test factors,and the film collection rate and film intertwining rate as the test indicators,the single factor tests and the Box-Behnken response surface tests were carried out to evaluate the performance of the sowing layer residual film recovery ***,the results showed that the order of significant factors was the working depth,the forward speed of the machine,and the rotation speed of the nail tooth ***,the optimal working parameters were determined,which the working depth,the forward speed of the machine,and the rotation speed of the nail tooth roller were 100 mm,4.8 km/h,and 49.3 r/min,***,the predicted value of the film collection rate was 69.20%.Finally,the verification test was taken with the optimal working parameter,and the results showed that the film collection rate was 66.84%,and the film intertwining rate was 1.39%.The relative error between the test value and the predicted value of the film collection rate was 3.40%.It indicated that the machine can perform the collection of sowing layer residual *** study can provide a theoretical basis and reference for the design of new sowing layer residual film machines.

With the rapid advancement of cloud computing technology, reversible data hiding algorithms in encrypted images (RDH-EI) have developed into an important field of study concentrated on safeguarding privacy in distributed cloud environments. However, existing algorithms often suffer from low embedding capacities and are inadequate for complex data access scenarios. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a novel reversible data hiding algorithm in encrypted images based on adaptive median edge detection (AMED) and ciphertext-policy attributebased encryption (CP-ABE). This proposed algorithm enhances the conventional median edge detection (MED) by incorporating dynamic variables to improve pixel prediction accuracy. The carrier image is subsequently reconstructed using theHuffman coding technique. Encrypted image generation is then achieved by encrypting the image based on system user attributes and data access rights, with the hierarchical embedding of the group's secret data seamlessly integrated during the encryption process using the CP-ABE scheme. Ultimately, the encrypted image is transmitted to the data hider, enabling independent embedding of the secret data and resulting in the creation of the marked encrypted image. This approach allows only the receiver to extract the authorized group's secret data, thereby enabling fine-grained, controlled access. Test results indicate that, in contrast to current algorithms, the method introduced here considerably improves the embedding rate while preserving lossless image recovery. Specifically, the average maximumembedding rates for the (3, 4)-threshold and (6, 6)-threshold schemes reach 5.7853 bits per pixel (bpp) and 7.7781 bpp, respectively, across the BOSSbase, BOW-2, and USD databases. Furthermore, the algorithm facilitates permission-granting and joint-decryption capabilities. Mantle plume is an essential component of the mantle convection system, and its influence on the geodynamics of continental rifts is of great significance for understanding the crust-mantle interaction. The East African Rift System, as the largest continental rift in the Cenozoic and in the initial stage, provides an excellent option for studying the interaction between the mantle plume and the continental crust. Based on the data such as GPS, seismic tomography, and global crustal model, a viscoelastic-plastic 2D thermodynamic numerical model is established to reconstruct the evolution of the Afar depression, Ethiopian Rift, and Kenyan Rift. By comparing the differences between the models of the Afar depression, Ethiopian Rift, and Kenyan Rift, the relationship between the mantle plume and pre-existing structures and their influence on the evolution of continental rifts are discussed. The results show that the mantle plume can increase the depth of the rift faults, concentrate the distribution of the faults, and strengthen the control of main faults on the rifts, allowing the possibility of narrow rifts. Pre-existing structures control the fault styles and symmetry of the rifts and also the morphology of the mantle plume. (c) 2024 The Authors.
