The spectral form factor(SFF)can probe the eigenvalue statistic at different energy scales as its time variable *** closed quantum chaotic systems,the SFF exhibits a universal dip-ramp-plateau behavior,which reflects the spectrum rigidity of the *** this work,we explore the general properties of SFF in open quantum *** find that in open systems the SFF first decays exponentially,followed by a linear increase at some intermediate time scale,and finally decreases to a saturated plateau *** derive general relations between(i)the early-time decay exponent and Lindblad operators;(ii)the long-time plateau value and the number of steady *** also explain the effective field theory perspective of general *** verify our theoretical predictions by numerically simulating the Sachdev−Ye−Kitaev(SYK)model,random matrix theory(RMT),and the Bose−Hubbard model.

Graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))nanosheets have attracted widespread interest in the construction of advanced separation ***,dense stacking and a single functionality have limited the membrane ***,an advanced two-/three-dimensional(2D/3D)g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)@MnO_(2) membrane is constructed by intercalating 3D TiO_(2)@MnO_(2) nanostructures into g-C_(3)N_(4) *** 3D flower-like nanostructures broaden the transport channels of the composite *** membrane can effectively separate five oil-in-water(O/W)emulsions,with a maximum flux of 3265.67±15.01 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)·bar^(-1) and a maximum efficiency of 99.69%±0.45%for toluene-in-water emulsion(T/W).Meanwhile,the TiO_(2)@MnO_(2) acts as an excellent electron acceptor and provides positive spatial separation of electrons–holes(e^(-)–h^(+)).The formation of 2D/3D heterojunctions allows the material with wider light absorption and smaller bandgap(2.10 eV).These photoelectric properties give the membrane good degradation of three different pollutants,with about 100%degradation for methylene blue(MB)and malachite green(MG).The photocatalytic antibacterial efficiency of the membrane is also about 100%.After cyclic experiment,the membrane maintains its original separation and photocatalytic *** remarkable multifunctional and self-cleaning properties of the g-C_(3)N_(4) based membrane represent its potential value for complex wastewater treatment.

Designing efficient and long-lasting non-metal electrocatalysts is an urgent task for addressing the issue of kinetic hysteresis in electrochemical oxidation *** bimetallic hydroxides,catalyzing the oxygen evolution reaction(OER),have significant research potential because hydroxide reconstruction to generate an active phase is a remarkable ***,the complete reconstruction of ultrathin CoNi(OH)_(2) nanosheets was achieved by embedding Ag nanoparticles into the hydroxide to induce a spontaneous redox reaction(SRR),forming heterojunction Ag@CoNi(OH)_(2) for bifunctional *** calculations and in situ Raman and ex situ characterizations revealed that the inductive effect of the Ag cation redistributed the charge to promote phase transformation to highly activate Ag-modified *** Co-Ni dual sites in Co/NiOOH serve as novel active sites for optimizing the intermediates,thereby weakening the barrier formed by OOH^*.Ag@CoNi(OH)_(2) required a potential of 1.55 V to drive water splitting at a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2),with nearly 98.6% Faraday *** ion induction and triggering of electron regulation in the OER via the synergistic action of the heterogeneous interface and surface reconstruction,this strategic design can overcome the limited capacity of bimetallic hydroxides and bridge the gap between the basic theory and industrialization of water decomposition.

Antimicrobial resistance(AMR)has become a global health crisis in need of novel *** this end,antibiotic combination therapies,which combine multiple antibiotics for treatment,have at-tracted significant attention as a potential approach for combating *** facilitate advances in anti-biotic combination therapies,most notably in investigating antibiotic interactions and identifying synergistic antibiotic combinations however,there remains a need for automated high-throughput plat-forms that can create and examine antibiotic combinations on-demand,at scale,and with minimal reagent *** address these challenges,we have developed a Robotic-Printed Combinatorial Droplet(RoboDrop)platform by integrating a programmable droplet microfuidic device that generates antibiotic combinations in nanoliter droplets in automation,a robotic arm that arranges the droplets in an array,and a camera that images the array of thousands of droplets in *** further implement a resazurin-based bacterial viability assay to accelerate our antibiotic combination *** a demonstration,we use RoboDrop to corroborate two pairs of antibiotics with known interactions and subsequently identify a new synergistic combination of cefsulodin,penicillin,and oxacillin against a model *** *** therefore envision RoboDrop becoming a useful tool to efficiently identify new synergistic antibiotic combinations toward combating AMR.

In order to improve the adaptability of the planting mechanism for different plant spacings, a variable differential gear train planting mechanism based on precise pose and trajectory control was proposed by combining the open chain 2R rod group and the variable differential gear train. According to the pose requirements of receiving seedling point, transporting seedling point and planting point, three precise pose points of constrained planting trajectory were determined. Through the three-position motion generation structural synthesis method, combined with computer-aided optimization design software, a set of mechanism parameters that meet the planting requirements were optimized. Based on the optimized mechanism parameters, by only changing the coordinates of two trajectory shape control points, three planting trajectories with key point position information adapted to 300 mm, 400 mm and 500 mm plant spacing were obtained by interpolation, and three pairs of total transmission ratio of three groups of variable differential gear trains were calculated. When distributing the total transmission ratio of the mechanism, the fixed axis gear train and the differential gear train are combined. The fixed axis gear train included a pair of non-circular gear pairs and a pair of positive gear pairs, which were convenient for disassembly and assembly. The former drives the sun gear at variable speed, and the latter drives the planet carrier at uniform speed. Based on this structure, the transmission ratio of the positive gear pair is -1, and the transmission ratio of the differential gear train is 0.5. The sub-transmission ratio of the single-stage non-circular gear pair was calculated and the pitch curves of three pairs of noncircular gears were solved. Three pairs of non-circular gear pairs with different transmission ratios were replaced in turn and three sets of planting mechanisms were modeled in three dimensions. Despite the rapid development of probes for targeting single organelle, the construction of robust dual-organelle targeting probes with multicolor emission was rarely reported. Herein, two dual-emissive aggregation-induced emission luminogens(AIEgens)with donor-π-acceptor structures were designed and synthesized, namely QT-1 and QF-2. Both two AIEgens exhibited excitation wavelength-dependence defying the Kasha's rule, and could stain lipid droplets(LDs) and mitochondria in blue and red fluorescence, respectively. Moreover, thanks to the near-infrared emission and abundant reactive oxygen species(ROS) generation efficiency of QT-1, it was chosen as a photodynamic therapy agent to selectively kill cancer cells from normal cells. Upon light irradiation, an obvious decrease of mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP) and serious change of mitochondrial shape in cells were observed, which corresponded to the efficient inhibition of tumor growth in vivo. This work afforded a promising strategy for the construction of multicolor emission by tuning anti-Kasha behaviors and expanding their application in dualorganelle targeting-based phototheranostics.

Overmature continental shale is commonly developed,but few studies have given insight into its pore structure and sorption *** techniques,including SEM,helium porosity and permeability,N_(2)/CO_(2)adsorption,MICP,and NMR,were used to detect the pore structure of shale from the Shahezi Formation,Xujiaweizi Fault,Songliao *** excess methane adsorption volumes were measured by the volumetric method and modeled by the Langmuir *** on the findings,the most developed pores are intraparticle pores in clay minerals,followed by the dissolution pores in feldspar,but organic pores are *** selected shales have low helium porosity(mean 1.66%)and ultralow permeability(mean 0.0498×10^(−3)μm^(2)).The pore throats are at the nanoscale,and the pore-throat size distributions are unimodal,with most less than 50 *** studied shales are characterized by the lower specific surface area(SSA)and pore volume(PV)but the larger average pore *** total SSA is contributed by the micro-and mesopores,while the PV is dominated by meso-and *** pore structures are more complex and controlled by multiple factors,such as mineral compositions and diagenesis,but organic matter is not *** maximum absolute adsorption methane volume(VL)is 0.97−3.58 cm^(3)/g(mean 1.90 cm^(3)/g),correlating well with the total SSA,SSA,and pore volume of micropores,which indicates that methane is mainly adsorbed and stored in micropores,followed by mesopores.
