目的研究高分辨磁共振成像(MRI)评估颈动脉斑块负荷指标、血清载脂蛋白(Apo)B/Apo A1、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)/游离甲状腺素(FT4)评估缺血性脑卒中患者短期预后的价值。方法回顾性分析2019年12月至2023年1月沧州市人民医院收治的98例缺血性脑卒中患者的临床资料,所有患者均接受阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,出院后随访3个月,以改良Rankin量表(mRS)分为预后良好组(n=73)、预后不良组(n=25)。采用MRI测量两组颈动脉斑块负荷指标[血管总面积(TVA)、管壁面积(WA)、管腔面积(LA)、管壁标准化指数(NWI)],检测血清Apo B、Apo A1、FT3、FT4水平,并计算其比值Apo B/Apo A1及FT3/FT4;采用受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线分析颈动脉管壁参数联合Apo B/Apo A1及FT3/FT4评估缺血性脑卒中短期预后不良的价值。结果预后不良组TVA、WA、NWI均高于预后良好组,LA低于预后良好组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。TVA、WA、LA、NWI、Apo B/Apo A1、FT3/FT4评估缺血性脑卒中短期预后不良的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.725(95%CI:0.601~0.849)、0.746(95%CI:0.640~0.852)、0.905(95%CI:0.842~0.968)、0.893(95%CI:0.823~0.963)、0.957(95%CI:0.918~0.996)、0.868(95%CI:0.790~0.946),颈动脉管壁参数联合Apo B/Apo A1及FT3/FT4检测的AUC为0.964(95%CI:0.930~0.998),均高于单独检测。结论TVA、WA、LA、NWI等颈动脉斑块负荷指标及Apo B/Apo A1、FT3/FT4比值在不同预后的缺血性脑卒中患者中均有明显差异,可用于评估其短期预后,且各指标联合检测时可进一步提高预测价值。

Municipal solid waste(MSW)is an important destination for abandoned *** the waste disposal process,large plastic debris is broken down into microplastics(MPs)and released into the ***,current research only focuses on landfill leachates,and the occurrence of MPs in other leachates has not been ***,herein,the abundance and characteristics of MPs in three types of leachates,namely,landfill leachate,residual waste leachate,and household food waste leachate,were studied,all leachates were collected from the largest waste disposal center in *** results showed that the average MP abundances in the different types of leachates ranged from(129±54)to(1288±184)MP particles per liter(particlesL1)and the household food waste leachate exhibited the highest MP abundance(p80%)of small MPs(20–100 lm)in landfill leachates compared to other *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first study discussing the sources of MPs in different leachates,which is important for MP pollution control during MSW disposal.

Male Parent Plays More Important Role in Heat Tolerance in Three-Line Hybrid Rice

Ten F1 combinations with their male and female parents were employed to evaluate their heat tolerance during the flowering and early grain filling stages. The rice plants were subjected to heat stress（39 °C–43 °C） for 1–15 d during flowering. Based on the heat stress index, heat tolerance was only observed in the F1 combinations H2（K22A × R207）, H3（Bobai A × R207） and H4（Bobai A × Minghui 63）, whereas the others received above 0.5000 of heat stress index. Both parents of the tolerant combination（heat-tolerant × heat-tolerant） possessed heat tolerance, whereas the susceptible combinations were crossed by heat-tolerant（sterile lines） × heat-susceptible（restorer lines）, heat-susceptible × heat-tolerant, or heat-susceptible × heat-susceptible parents. This result indicated that heat tolerance in rice was controlled by recessive genes. Thus, both parents should possess high temperature tolerance to develop heat-tolerant F1 combinations. Furthermore, the heat stress index of F1 combinations was significantly correlated with the heat stress index of restorer lines but not with the heat stress index of maintainer lines. This result suggested that male parents play a more important role in heat-tolerant combinations than female parents. Therefore, the heat susceptibility of the hybrid rice in China is mainly due to the wide application of low-heat-tolerant restorer lines with high yield in three-line hybrid rice breeding.

In recent years,multi-modal flexible tactile sensors have become an important direction in the development of electronic skin because of their excellent sensitivity,flexibility and wearable *** this work,a humidity-pressure multi-modal flexible sensor based on polypyrrole(PPy)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) sensitive film packaged with porous polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)is investigated by combining the sensitive structure generation mechanism of in situ polymerization to achieve the simultaneous detection of humidity and pressure,which has a sensitivity of 89,113.4Ω/%RH in a large humidity range of 0%-97%RH,and response/recovery time of 2.5/1.9 *** tactile pressure sensing has a high sensitivity,a fast response of 67/52 ms,and a wide detection *** device also has excellent performance in terms of stability and repeatability,making it promising for respiratory pattern and motion *** work provides a new solution to address the construction of multi-modal tactile sensors with potential applications in the fields of medical health,epidemic prevention.

Electromagnetic anisotropic homogeneous model for eddy-current field in single-phase wound core

The analysis of the eddy-current field in the wound core widely used in the field of transformer energy conservation is taken as the *** the homogenisation idea to consider the unique geometry of the wound core and features of its equivalent multi-stage circular cross-section magnetic boundary,a homogeneous model consisting of a columnar material with continuous homogeneous electromagnetic anisotropy is established by deriving the Maxwell equations of the magnetic quasi-static field in the columnar coordinate ***,a homogeneous fine element model for the eddycurrent field in the wound core is established and the accuracy of the model has been verified by the test *** result shows that the homogeneous model can be effectively used for the analysis of the eddy-current field in the wound core,and the error of calculating the eddy-current loss under different excitation conditions is less than 6%under the premise of extremely saving the engineering calculation cost,which will help improve the operational performance of the wound core and contribute to the energysaving goal of the high-voltage equipment.

Seasonal thermal energy storage using natural structures:GIS-based potential assessment for northern China

Seasonal thermal energy storage(STES)allows storing heat for long-term and thus promotes the shifting of waste heat resources from summer to winter to decarbonize the district heating(DH)*** being a promising solution for sustainable energy system,large-scale STES for urban regions is lacking due to the relatively high initial investment and extensive land *** close the gap,this study assesses the potentials of using two naturally available structures for STES,namely valley and ground pit *** on geographical information system(GIS)methods,the available locations are searched from digital elevation model and selected considering several criteria from land uses and construction *** costs of dams to impound the reservoir and the yielded storage capacities are then quantified to guide the choice of suitable *** assessment is conducted for the northern China where DH systems and significant seasonal differences of energy demand *** total,2,273 valley sites and 75 ground pit sites are finally identified with the energy storage capacity of 15.2 billion GJ,which is much larger than the existing DH demand in northern *** results also prove that 682 valley sites can be achieved with a dam cost lower than 20 CNY/m^(3).By conducting sensitivity analysis on the design dam wall height and elevations,the choices of available natural structures are expanded but practical issues about water pressures and constructions are also ***,the identified sites are geographically mapped with nearest urban regions to reveal their roles in the DH *** general,560 urban regions are found with potential STES units and most of them have STES storage capacities larger than their own DH *** novel planning methodology of this study and publicly available datasets create possibilities for the implementations of large-scale STES in urban DH systems.
