Zeolite imidazole skeleton(ZIF-8)is a promising option for self-cleaning of building exterior walls due to its large specific surface area,high antibacterial activity and low ***,it suffers from low antibacterial effic.ency and yield under visible light *** address the issues,we developed the photocatalytic materials T-ZIF-8-TDI(thermally treated-ZIF-8-toluene 2,4-diisocyanate)by modifying ZIF-8 with thermal oxygen sensitization and chemical *** results show that the yield of T-ZIF-8-TDI photocatalytic antibacterial agent is increased to 11.5 times of that of T-ZIF-8,while maintaining the crystal structure of T-ZIF-8 and thermal stability up to 60℃.Furthermore,T-ZIF-8-TDI exhibits extended optical response range to the nearinfrared region,significantly narrowed band gap,improved photogenerated elec tron-hole separation effic.ency,reduced recombination rate,and excellent photocatalytic *** the concentration of antibacterial agent is 600 mg·L^(-1),the antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli(***)reaches 99.99%irradiated by visible light for30 min,and when the concentration of antibacterial agent is 200 mg·L^(-1),the antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus aureus(***)reaches 99.99%irradiated by visible light for 25 *** also analyzed the reasons in detail from the aspects of bacterial species and antibacterial mechanism,and proposed the antibacterial mechanism of·O_(2)^(-)and h^(+)as the main active *** findings suggest that T-ZIF-8-TDI photocatalytic antibacterial agent has potential for use in self-cleaning of building exterior walls.

The application of the vector magnetometry based on nitrogen-vacancy(NV)ensembles has been widely investigatedin multiple *** has the superiority of high sensitivity and high stability in ambient conditions with microscale ***,a bias magnetic field is necessary to fully separate the resonance lines of optically detected magneticresonance(ODMR)spectrum of NV *** brings disturbances in samples being detected and limits the rangeof ***,we demonstrate a method of vector magnetometry in zero bias magnetic field using NV *** utilizing the anisotropy property of fluorescence excited from NV centers,we analyzed the ODMR spectrum of NVensembles under various polarized angles of excitation laser in zero bias magnetic field with a quantitative numerical modeland reconstructed the magnetic field *** minimum magnetic field modulus that can be resolved accurately is downto~0.64 G theoretically depending on the ODMR spectral line width(1.8 MHz),and~2 G experimentally due to noisesin fluorescence signals and errors in *** using 13c purified and low nitrogen concentration diamond combinedwith improving calibration of unknown parameters,the ODMR spectral line width can be further decreased below 0.5 MHz,corresponding to~0.18 G minimum resolvable magnetic field modulus.

The structural optimization of electric vehicles involves numerous design variables and constraints,making it a complex engineering optimization task over the past *** population-based evolutionary algorithms encounter issues such as converging to local optima and lacking population diversity when tackling such optimization ***,the solutions obtained for the optimization may be flawed or *** address these problems,an improved genetic algorithm(GA)based on reinforcement learning is proposed in this *** proposed method introduces a population delimitation method based on individual fitness *** population is divided into two parts:the excellent population and the ordinary population,and different selection and cross-mutation methods are applied to each part *** effic.ent crossover and mutation methods are then applied to the ordinary population to enhance the generation of excellent ***,the proposed approach replaces the traditional fixed crossover and mutation rates with a dynamic selection method based on reinforcement learning to enhance optimization effic.ency.A markov decision process model is constructed based on GA environment in this *** population state determination method and reward method are designed for reinforcement learning in the GA environment,dynamically selecting the most appropriate genetic parameters based on the current state of the ***,the uncertainty in the manufacturing process is introduced into the optimization problem and the case study results demonstrate that the proposed reinforcement learning-based GA significantly outperforms other evolutionary algorithms when applied to solving the structural optimization of electric vehicles.

The reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation from photosensitizer in photodynamic therapy(PDT)is limited by tumor *** type-I photosensitizers,e.g.,sulfur-substituted Nile blue,still rely on oxygen as the main center for transferring electrons to generate *** off the pathway of oxygen consumption in tumor can help photosensitizers overcome the limitation of low oxygen,in order to effic.ently generate more *** is known that glycolysis inhibitor 3-bromopyruvic acid(3-BP),which could specially target mitochondria,can provide more oxygen by inhibiting oxidative ***,we successfully designed and synthesized a new 3-BP-coupled sulfur-substituted Nile blue as prodrug(NBBP)for chemical/photodynamic synergistic *** results indicated that the protons in tumor catalyzed the hydrolysis of NBBP,inhibited photoinduced electron transfer between 3-BP and the photosensitizer in NBBP and further assisted the photosensitizer to be localized in mitochondria,utilizing local oxygen as much as possible and kill tumor cells more ***,the glycolysis inhibition-induced autophagy was combined with PDT-induced autophagy,which could promote the deaths of tumor *** other remedies exploiting nanomaterials,this construction method of NBBP achieves the effic.ent synergy of photodynamic therapy and glycolysis inhibition,stronger than their theoretical addition,in spatiotemporal *** study provides not only a highly effic.ent platform for tumor therapy but also a design approach for prodrugs with synergistic effects.

A new horned toad species,Boulenophrys elongata ***.,is described from ***,Huidong county,eastern Guangdong,*** new species is phylogenetically closest to ***,which is restricted to the east of the Pearl River Estuary(i.e.,Shenzhen city and Hong Kong SAR).The new species can be distinguished from all recognized congeners by a combination of morphological characters and genetic divergences in the combined mitochondrial 16S,12S and cO1 *** recommend the new species be listed as Data Defic.ent(DD)in the IUcN categorization,pending further investigation.

Global climate change is expected to accelerate biological invasions,necessitating accurate risk forecasting and management ***,current invasion risk assessments often overlook adaptive genomic variation,which plays a significant role in the persistence and expansion of invasive *** we used Molgula manhattensis,a highly invasive ascidian,as a model to assess its invasion risks along chinese coasts under climate *** population genomics analyses,we identified two genetic clusters,the north and south clusters,based on geographic *** predict invasion risks,we employed the gradient forest and species distribution models to calculate genomic offset and species habitat suitability,*** approaches yielded distinct predictions:the gradient forest model suggested a greater genomic offset to future climatic conditions for the north cluster(i.e.,lower invasion risks),while the species distribution model indicated higher future habitat suitability for the same cluster(i.e,higher invasion risks).By integrating these models,we found that the south cluster exhibited minor genome-niche disruptions in the future,indicating higher invasion *** study highlights the complementary roles of genomic offset and habitat suitability in assessing invasion risks under climate ***,incorporating adaptive genomic variation into predictive models can significantly enhance future invasion risk predictions and enable effective management strategies for biological invasions in the future.

Ammonia(NH_(3))emission has caused serious environment issues and aroused worldwide *** emerging ionic liquid(IL)provides a greener way to effic.ently capture NH_(3).This paper provides rigorous process simulation,optimization and assessment for a novel NH_(3)deep purification process using *** process was designed and investigated by simulation and optimization using ionic liquid[c_(4)im][NTF_(2)]as *** objective functions,total purification cost(TPc),total process cO_(2)emission(TPcOE)and thermal effic.ency(ηeff)were employed to optimize the absorption *** simulation and optimization results indicate that at same purification standard and recovery rate,the novel process can achieve lower cost and cO_(2)emission compared to benchmark *** process optimization,the optimal functions can achieve 0.02726$/Nm~3(TPc),311.27 kg cO_(2)/hr(TP-cOE),and 52.21%(ηeff)for enhanced ***,compared with conventional process,novel process could decrease over$3 million of purification cost and 10000 tons of cO_(2)emission during the life *** results provide a novel strategy and guidance for deep purification of NH_(3)capture.
