Objective:To explore the balance of peripheral blood T helper 17 cells/regulatory T cell(Th17/Treg)ratio and the polarization ratio of M1 and M2 macrophages in lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO).Methods:A rat model of lower extremity ASO was established,and blood samples from patients with lower extremity ASO before and after surgery were *** was used to detect interleukin 6(IL-6),IL-10,and ***-time RCR and Western blot analyses were used to detect Foxp3,IL-6,IL-10,and IL-17 ***,flow cytometry was applied to detect the Th17/Treg ratio and M1/M2 ***:Compared with the control group,the iliac artery wall of ASO rats showed significant hyperplasia,and the concentrations of cholesterol and triglyceride were significantly increased(Phe successful establishment of ***,the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in ASO rats were pronouncedly increased(Phe IL-10 level was significantly decreased(Phe mRNA and protein levels of Foxp3 and IL-10 in ASO rats were significantly decreased compared with the control *** Th17/Treg and M1/M2 ratios in the ASO group were markedly increased(Phese alternations were also observed in ASO *** endovascular surgery(such as percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and arterial stenting),all these changes were significantly improved(Phe Th17/Treg and M1/M2 ratios were significantly increased in ASO,and surgery can effectively improve the balance of Th17/Treg,and reduce the ratio of M1/M2,and the expression of inflammatory factors.

Extracellular vesicles(EVs)have been identified as promising biomarkers for the noninvasive diagnosis of various ***,challenges in separating EVs from soluble proteins have resulted in variable EV recovery rates and low ***,we report a high-yield(>90%)and rapid(he FLOAT approach utilizes an acoustofluidic droplet centrifuge to rotate and controllably heat liquid *** adding a thermoresponsive polymer flocculant,nanoparticles as small as 20 nm can be rapidly and selectively concentrated at the center of the *** demonstrate the ability of FLOAT to separate urinary EVs from the highly abundant Tamm-Horsfall protein,addressing a significant obstacle in the development of EV-based liquid *** to its high-yield nature,FLOAT reduces biofluid starting volume requirements by a factor of 100(from 20 mL to 200µL),demonstrating its promising potential in point-of-care diagnostics.

Testosterone is closely associated with lipid metabolism and known to affect body fat composition and muscle mass in ***,the mechanisms by which testosterone acts on lipid metabolism are not yet fully understood,especially in *** this study,cyp17a1-/-zebrafish(Danio rerio)exhibited excessive visceral adipose tissue(VAT),lipid content,and up-regulated expression and activity of hepatic de novo lipogenesis(DNL)*** assay for transposase accessible chromatinwithsequencing(ATAC-seq)results demonstrated that chromatin accessibility of DNL genes was increased in cyp17a1-/-fish compared to cyp17a1+/+male fish,including stearoyl-CoA desaturase(scd)and fatty acid synthase(fasn).Androgen response element(ARE)motifs in the androgen signaling pathway were significantly enriched in cyp17a1+/+male fish but not in cyp17a1-/-*** androgen receptor(ar)-/-and wildtype(WT)zebrafish administered with Ar antagonist flutamide displayed excessive visceral adipose tissue,lipid content,and up-regulated expression and activity of hepatic de novo lipogenesis *** Ar agonist BMS-564929 reduced the content of VAT and lipid content,and down-regulated acetyl-CoA carboxylase a(acaca),fasn,and scd ***,the rescue effect of testosterone on cyp17a1-/-fish in terms of phenotypes was abolished when ar was additionally ***,these findings reveal that testosterone inhibits lipid deposition by down-regulating DNL genes via Ar in zebrafish,thus expanding our understanding of the relationship between testosterone and lipid metabolism in teleosts.

Automated optical inspection(AOI)is a significant process in printed circuit board assembly(PCBA)production lines which aims to detect tiny defects in *** AOI equipment has several deficiencies including low throughput,large computation cost,high latency,and poor flexibility,which limits the efficiency of online PCBA *** this paper,a novel PCBA defect detection method based on a lightweight deep convolution neural network is *** this method,the semantic segmentation model is combined with a rule-based defect recognition algorithm to build up a defect detection *** improve the performance of the model,extensive real PCBA images are collected from production lines as *** optimization methods have been applied in the model according to production demand and enable integration in lightweight computing *** results show that the production line using our method realizes a throughput more than three times higher than traditional *** method can be integrated into a lightweight inference system and pro-mote the flexibility of *** proposed method builds up a general paradigm and excellent example for model design and optimization oriented towards industrial requirements.

Effect of quenching cooling rate on residual stress and microstructure evolution of 6061 aluminum alloy

In this study,the cooling rate was manipulated by quenching with water of different temperatures(30,60 and 100℃).Surface and internal residual stresses in the quenched 6061 aluminum alloy samples were measured using hole-drilling and crack compliance methods,***,the processability of the quenched samples was evaluated at cryogenic *** mechanical properties of the as-aged samples were assessed,and microstructure evolution was *** surface residual stresses of samples W30℃,W60℃and W100℃is−178.7,−161.7 and−117.2 MPa,respectively along x-direction,respectively;and−191.2,−172.1 and−126.2 MPa,respectively along *** sample quenched in boiling water displaying the lowest residual stress(~34%and~60%reduction in the surface and core).The generation and distribution of quenching residual stress could be attributed to the lattice distortion *** plasticity was also exhibited in the samples with relatively low quenching cooling rates at cryogenic *** strengthes of the as-aged samples are 291.2 to 270.1 MPa as the quenching water temperature increase from 30℃to 100℃.Fine and homogeneous β"phases were observed in the as-aged sample quenched with boiling water due to the clusters and Guinier-Preston zones(GP zones)premature precipitated during quenching process.

An organic-inorganic hybrid antimony(Ⅲ)oxalate(C_(5)H_(6)ON)_(2)[Sb_(2)O(C_(2)O_(4))_(3)]has been successfully obtained by simultaneous combination of a-conjugated 4-hydroxypyridine and(C_(2)O_(4))^(2-)group with stereochemical active Sb(Ⅲ)*** compound features a layered structure,and the equatorial planes of SbO6 units,π-conjugated(C_(2)O_(4))^(2-)and(C5H6ON)+groups are closer to a planar arrangement,representing strong structural anisotropy that favors a large *** expected,(C_(5)H_(6)ON)_(2)[Sb_(2)O(C_(2)O_(4))_(3)]exhibits a large birefringence of 0.279 at 546 *** and theoretical analyses indicate that the combination of multipleπ-conjugated units is a feasible approach for designing and exploring new superior birefringent materials.

MOSS:An Open Conversational Large Language Model

Conversational large language models(LLMs)such as ChatGPT and GPT-4 have recently exhibited remarkable capabilities across various domains,capturing widespread attention from the *** facilitate this line of research,in this paper,we report the development of MOSS,an open-sourced conversational LLM that contains 16 B parameters and can perform a variety of instructions in multi-turn interactions with *** base model of MOSS is pre-trained on large-scale unlabeled English,Chinese,and code *** optimize the model for dialogue,we generate 1.1 M synthetic conversations based on user prompts collected through our earlier versions of the model *** then perform preference-aware training on preference data annotated from AI *** results on real-world use cases and academic benchmarks demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed *** addition,we present an effective practice to augment MOSS with several external *** the development of MOSS,we have established a complete technical roadmap for large language models from pre-training,supervised fine-tuning to alignment,verifying the feasibility of chatGPT under resource-limited conditions and providing a reference for both the academic and industrial *** weights and code are publicly available at https://***/OpenMOSS/MOSS.
