Let g be a classical complex simple Lie algebra and q be a parabolic *** M be a generalized Verma module induced from a one dimensional representation of *** M is called a scalar generalized Verma *** this paper,we will determine the reducibility of scalar generalized Verma modules associated to maximal parabolic subalgebras by computing explicitly the Gelfand-Kirillov dimension of the corresponding highest weight modules.

The Gelfand–Kirillov dimension is an invariant which can measure the size of infinitedimensional algebraic structures. In this article, we show that it can also measure the reducibility of scalar generalized Verma modules. In particular, we use it to determine the reducibility of scalar generalized Verma modules associated with maximal parabolic subalgebras in the Hermitian symmetric case.

In this article,by studying the Bernstein degrees and Goldie rank polynomials,we es-tablish a comparison between the irreducible representations of G=GL_(n)(C)possessing the minimal Gelfand-Kirillov dimension and those induced from finite-dimensional representations of the maximal parabolic subgroup of G of type(n-1,1).We give the transition matrix between the two bases for the corresponding coherent families.

湍流的研究离不开高分辨率的流场数据,但受测量方法、计算效率和数据存储等多方面限制,高分辨率湍流数据的直接获取仍比较困难。本文基于流场时程数据的低维表征模型,提出基于神经网络的特征编码预测模型与高分辨率的湍流重构方法。首先,基于一维卷积方法建立湍流时程的低维表征模型;然后,基于人工神经网络模型建立测点坐标与特征编码之间的映射关系,实现未知测点的特征编码预测;最后,利用所预测的特征编码结合表征模型的解码器生成求解域内任意位置处的湍流时程。对Re=2.2×10^(4)的方柱湍流场进行低维表征,进而实现高分辨率流场时程数据的重构,并验证方法的准确性。本文所提方法是一种在时间维度上具有高精度的湍流重构方法,且是一种无监督训练方法,可广泛应用于基于一点的传感器数据处理,是一种适用于湍流流场时程数据重构的新方法。

BACKGROUND: The increasing morbidity of liver cancer has led to a growing demand for transplantation. Split liver transplantation(SLT) is a promising way to ameliorate organ shortages. However, the safety and efficacy of SLT are still controversial. The aim of this study was to assess the clinical outcome of SLT in liver cancer patients at our center. METHODS: A total of 74 patients who received liver transplantation at a tertiary hospital from March 2019 to July 2023 were retrospectively studied, of whom 37 recipients underwent SLT and 37 recipients underwent whole-graft liver transplantation(WGLT). Clinical data were analyzed and compared between patients who underwent SLT and ***: SLT and WGLT were successfully performed, with no intraoperative transplantrelated mortality. Postoperatively, no significant differences in total bilirubin(TB, P=0.266), alanine transaminase(ALT, P=0.403) and aspartate transaminase(AST, P=0.160) levels within 30 d were detected between the two groups. The transplant-related mortality rates were 8.1% in the SLT group and 5.4% in the WGLT group within 30 d of surgery(P=1.000), and 10.8% and 8.1%, respectively, at 90 d after surgery(P=1.000). There were no significant differences in overall survival(OS) and progress-free survival(PFS) between the SLT and WGLT groups(P=0.910, P=0.190). CONCLUSION: Our results show that SLT does not imply additional risks in treating liver cancer compared with WGLT.

Effect of electric pulse on the crystal structure of solidified copper ingots

To obtain advanced quality pure copper, the microstructure of solidified copper was optimized by imposing electric pulse on liquid copper in this study. Experiments were performed to determine the effect of electric pulse voltage, arrangement mode of electrodes, and energy input on the microstructure of solidified copper. The results show that, when the energy input of electric pulse is bigger than 28.95 kJ per ton copper, the percent of fine grains increases noticeably with the increase of energy input; but when the energy input of electric pulse is smaller than 28.95 kJ per ton copper, the percent of fine grains decreases with the increase of energy input. The influence order of above factors on grain refinement is electric pulse voltage 〉 arrangement mode of electrodes 〉 energy input. According to the above experimental results, the optimum process conditions are chosen as the voltage being 400 V and the energy input greater than 28.95 kJ per ton copper. Meanwhile, the best arrangement mode of electrodes should be that, one electrode is immerged in the middle of liquid copper in the crystallizer, and the other is connected to the inner wall of the crystallizer, which is divided into two electrode poles for the symmetrical electric field distribution.

胃癌发病和肿瘤微环境重编程密切相关,但肿瘤微环境的复杂性与异质性限制了胃癌的个体化精准诊疗。单细胞转录组测序技术从探讨肿瘤微环境重编程过程出发,可在单细胞水平“描绘”胃癌中肿瘤微环境的“景观”,深入探索肿瘤微环境各细胞亚型间的相互作用,揭示肿瘤微环境调控胃癌进展与转移的免疫新机制,探究肿瘤微环境诱导胃癌化疗耐药的分子机制,挖掘肿瘤微环境中胃癌潜在的免疫治疗新靶点,提供预测肿瘤微环境影响胃癌预后的新方法等,为研究胃癌起源、发病机制、疾病进展以及免疫耐受等提供更全面、精准的证据。文章就单细胞转录组测序技术在胃癌微环境重编程研究中的应用现状作一综述,力求为胃癌的精准诊治提供新思路。
