刃针结合电针治疗对膝关节骨关节炎患者膝关节功能的影响

目的:比较刃针结合电针与单纯电针治疗膝关节骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效及对膝关节功能的影响。方法:将68例KOA患者运用随机数字表法随机分为两组,分别为刃针组34例和电针组34例。其中刃针组采用刃针结合电针治疗,电针组采用单纯电针治疗,两组电针治疗均隔日1次,每周治疗3次,共治疗4周;刃针组在电针基础上增加刃针治疗,每周治疗1次,共治疗4周。治疗前、治疗后、治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月进行计时起立-步行测验(TUG)、9台阶-楼梯攀登测试(9-SCT)、膝关节功能[西安大略和麦马斯特大学骨关节炎指数可视化量表(WOMAC)]评分。结果:通过意向性分析,与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后、随访1个月和随访3个月时的TUG结果、9-SCT结果、WOMAC评分均显著降低(P<0.05);与同时间点电针组相比,刃针组治疗后和随访1个月时的TUG结果显著降低,刃针组治疗后的WOMAC评分显著降低(P<0.05);与本组治疗后比较,刃针组随访1个月时的WOMAC评分显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:两种治疗均能改善患者膝关节功能,但是刃针结合电针更能明显提高患者的步速,改善患者的关节疼痛、晨僵等不适症状。刃针结合电针治疗KOA安全有效,并且有较好的远期疗效。

目的建立UPLC-MS/MS法同时测定养血软坚胶囊中芹糖甘草苷、芍药内酯苷、獐牙菜苦苷、没食子酸甲酯、苯甲酰芍药苷、獐牙菜苷、6′-O-β-D-葡萄糖基龙胆苦苷、异甘草素、马钱苷酸、甘草素、没食子酸、芍药苷、氧化芍药苷、龙胆苦苷、甘草酸、异甘草苷、甘草苷的含量。方法分析采用Waters BEH C_(18)色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm);流动相2 mmol/L乙酸铵(含0.1%甲酸)-乙腈,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.3 mL/min;柱温40℃;电喷雾离子源;负离子扫描;多反应监测模式。结果17种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9996),平均加样回收率91.33%~104.03%,RSD 1.58%~3.50%。结论该方法快速、准确、稳定,可用于养血软坚胶囊的质量控制。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of tuina manipulations for fibromyalgia syndrome （FMS）. Methods： Sixty eligible FMS patients were randomized into two groups, 30 in each group. Patients in the observation group were intervened by tuina manipulations to the corresponding segment of the spine based on the detection of disorders of the spine-related bones and tendons; patients in the control group were directed to practice functional exercises. Before and after intervention, the fibromyalgia impact questionnaire （FIQ） and visual analogue scale （VAS） were adopted for evaluation. Results： After intervention, the FIQ and VAS scores dropped significantly in both groups （all P〈O.05）, and there were significant differences between the two groups （both P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 86.7% in the observation group versus 63.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Spinal tuina manipulations are effective and safe in treating FMS, for significantly promoting the quality of life of the FMS patients.

Covalent adaptive networks (CANs) are capable of undergoing segment rearrangement after being heated, which endows the materials with excellent self-healing and reprocessing performance, providing an efficient solution to the environment pollution caused by the plastic wastes. The main challenge remains in developing CANs with both excellent reprocessing performance and creep-resistance property. In this study, a series of CANs containing dynamic covalent benzopyrazole-urea bonds were developed based on the addition reaction between benzopyrazole and isocyanate groups. DFT calculation confirmed that relatively low dissociation energy is obtained through undergoing a five-member ring transition state, confirming excellent dynamic property of the benzopyrazole-urea bonds. As verified by the FTIR results, this nice dynamic property can be well maintained after incorporating the benzopyrazole-urea bonds into polymer networks. Excellent self-healing and reprocessing performance is observed by the 3-ABP/PDMS elastomers owing to the dynamic benzopyrazole-urea bonds. Phase separation induced by the aggregation of the hard segments locked the benzopyrazole-urea bonds, which also makes the elastomers display excellent creep-resistance performance. This hard phase locking strategy provides an efficient approach to design CANs materials with both excellent reprocessing and creep-resistance performance.

We have found recently that two-step intrinsic hydroxyl radical(·OH)-dependent chemiluminescence(CL)could be produced by carcinogenic tetrahaloquinone and H_(2)O_(2).However,the first-step CL was too fast to clearly detect the stepwise generation of·OH and CL,and to distinguish the exact dividing point between the first-step and second-step *** we found that,extremely clear two-step intrinsic CL could be produced by the relative slow reaction of tetrabromohydroquinone(TBHQ)with H_(2)O_(2),which was directly dependent on the two-step·OH ***,the second-step,but not the first-step CL production of TBHQ/H_(2)O_(2)(CRET donor)was markedly enhanced by fluorescein(a typical xanthene dye,CRET acceptor)through a unique chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer(CRET)*** novel CRET system of TBHQ/H_(2)O_(2)/fluorescein was successfully applied for the sensitive detection of TBHQ with the detection limit as low as 2.5μmol/*** findings will help to develop more sensitive and highly efficient CL or CRET systems and specific CL sensor to detect the carcinogenic haloquinones,which may have broad environmental applications.

To achieve efficient structural design,it is crucial to reduce the cost of materials while ensuring structural *** study proposes an optimization method for design parameters(DPs)in a prestressed steel structure driven by multi-factor *** accomplish this,a numerical proxy model of prestressed steel structures is established with integration of DPs and mechanical parameters(MPs).A data association-parameter analysis-optimization selection system is established.A correlation between DPs and MPs is established using a back propagation(BP)neural *** correlation provides samples for parameter analysis and optimization *** are used to characterize the safety of the *** on the safety grade analysis,the key DPs that affect the mechanical properties of the structure are obtained.A mapping function is created to match the MPs and the key *** optimal structural DPs are obtained by setting structural materials as the optimization objective and safety energy as the constraint *** theoretical model is applied to an 80-m-span gymnasium and verified with a scale test physical *** MPs obtained using the proposed method are in good agreement with the experimental *** with the traditional design method,the design cycle can be shortened by more than 90%.Driven by the optimal selection method,a saving of more than 20% can be achieved through reduction of structural material ***,the cross-sectional dimensions of radial cables have a substantial influence on vertical *** initial tension and cross-sectional size of the upper radial cable exhibit the most pronounced impact on the stress distribution in that *** initial tension and cross-sectional size of the lower radial cable hold the greatest sway over the stress distribution in that cable.

With the increasing consumption of fossil fuels,proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs)have attracted considerable attention as green and sustainable energy conversion *** slow kinetics of the cathodic oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)has a major impact on the performance of PEMFCs,and although platinum(Pt)can accelerate the reaction rate of the ORR,the scarcity and high cost of Pt resources still limit the development of ***,the development of low-cost high-performance ORR catalysts is essential for the commercial application and development of *** paper reviews the research progress of researchers on Pt-based ORR catalysts in recent years,including Pt/C catalysts,Pt-based alloy catalysts,Pt-based intermetallic compounds,and Pt-based single-atom catalysts(SACs),with a focus on Pt-based alloy catalysts with different *** described in detail the difficulties and solutions in the research process of various ORR catalysts and explained the principle of their activity enhancement with density functional theory(DFT).In addition,an outlook on the development of Pt-based catalysts is given,and reducing the amount of Pt used and improving the performance of catalysts are the directions to work on in the coming period.
