Land-population-industry based village evolution and its influencing factors in the upper Tuojiang River

With economic development and urbanization in China,the rural settlements have experienced great *** explore the evolution process of rural settlements in terms of land,population and industry can reveal the development law of rural spatial distribution,population structure and industrial economy in different stages and *** the development status and evolution characteristics of villages in the upper Tuojiang River basin in Southwest China in the past 20 years are of significant *** upper Tuojiang River basin includes the main types of terrain found in the Southwest region:mountainous,plains,and hills,exhibiting a certain typicality of geographical *** study took towns and townships at the town-level scale as the basic unit of research,and constructed an evaluation system for village evolution based on'land,population,and industry'.It employed Criteria Importance Through Inter-Criteria Correlation(CRITIC)analysis to examine the characteristics of village evolution in the area from 2000 to 2020,and used geographic detector analysis to identify the leading factors affecting village *** results show that:(1)From 2000 to 2010,villages in the upper Tuojiang River basin experienced significant changes,and the pace of these transformations slowed from 2010 to 2020.(2)From a comprehensive perspective,from 2000 to 2020,villages in hilly areas show a decline,while villages in plain areas near the city center show a positive urbanization development.(3)Road accessibility and distance from the city center are the main factors that explain the spatial differentiation of village evolution degree in the study *** study elucidates the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of villages in the upper Tuojiang River basin and identifies the primary factors contributing to their changes,which will provide a reference for investigating the development of rural areas in different terrains of Southwest China.

The controllable and safe hydrogen storage technologies are widely recognized as the main bottleneck for the accomplishment of sustainable hydrogen *** borane(AB)has regarded as a competitive candidate for chemical hydrogen ***,developing efficient yet high-performance catalysts towards hydrogen evolution from AB hydrolysis remains an enormous ***,cobalt phosphide nanosheets are synthesized by a facile salt-assisted along with low-temperature phosphidation strategy for simultaneously modulating its morphology and electronic structure,and function as hydrogen evolution ***,the Co_(2)P nanosheets display extraordinary performance with a record high turnover frequency of 44.9 min^(-1),outperforming most of the noble-metal-free catalysts reported to *** remarkable performance is attributed to its desired nanosheets structure,featuring with high specific surface area,abundant exposed active sites,and short charge diffusion *** findings provide a novel strategy for regulating metal phosphides with desired phase structure and morphology for energy-related applications and beyond.

Image semantic segmentation is an essential technique for studying human behavior through image *** paper proposes an image semantic segmentation method for human behavior ***,an end-to-end convolutional neural network architecture is proposed,which consists of a depth-separable jump-connected fully convolutional network and a conditional random field network;then jump-connected convolution is used to classify each pixel in the image,and an image semantic segmentation method based on convolu-tional neural network is proposed;and then a conditional random field network is used to improve the effect of image segmentation of hu-man behavior and a linear modeling and nonlinear modeling method based on the semantic segmentation of conditional random field im-age is ***,using the proposed image segmentation network,the input entrepreneurial image data is semantically segmented to obtain the contour features of the person;and the segmentation of the images in the medical *** experimental results show that the image semantic segmentation method is *** is a new way to use image data to study human behavior and can be extended to other research areas.

A novel Eu^(2+)-Eu^(3+)co-activated ratiometric thermo-sensitive phosphor was developed and synthesized by solid-state *** valence state of Eu,photoluminescence and thermo-sensitive performance of the phosphor prepared either in ambient air or carbothermally were investigated and *** phosphor shows high sensitivity(Sa=0.0173 K^(-1),S_(r)=0.461%/K)and superior signal discriminability(Δν∼10380 cm^(−1)).The thermo-sensitive performance is subject to the dual effects of different thermo-responses by Eu^(2+)versus Eu^(3+)combined with energy transfer from Eu^(2+)to Eu^(3+),so that the sensitivity of the phosphor in the temperature range presents a non-monotonic *** development of the BaAl_(2)B_(2)O_(7):Eu^(2+),Eu^(3+)phosphor is not only expected to be relevant for application in the field of temperature sensing,but also of reference significance for improving the sensitivity by means of energy transfer between co-activator ions over a wider temperature range of Eu^(2+)-Eu^(3+)co-activated ratiometric thermo-sensitive phosphors.

Emergency granulopoiesis and neutrophil mobilization that can be triggered by granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF)through its receptor G-CSFR are essential for antibacterial innate ***,the epigenetic modifiers crucial for intrinsically regulating G-CSFR expression and the antibacterial response of neutrophils remain largely unclear.N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)RNA modification and the related demethylase alkB homolog 5(ALKBH5)are key epigenetic regulators of immunity and inflammation,but their roles in neutrophil production and mobilization are still *** used cecal ligation and puncture(CLP)-induced polymicrobial sepsis to model systemic bacterial infection,and we report that ALKBH5 is required for emergency granulopoiesis and neutrophil ***5 depletion significantly impaired the production of immature neutrophils in the bone marrow of septic *** addition,Alkbh5-deficient septic mice exhibited higher retention of mature neutrophils in the bone marrow and defective neutrophil release into the circulation,which led to fewer neutrophils at the infection site than in their wild-type *** bacterial infection,ALKBH5 imprinted production-and mobilization-promoting transcriptome signatures in both mouse and human ***,ALKBH5 erased m^(6)A methylation on the CSF3R mRNA to increase the mRNA stability and protein expression of G-CSFR,consequently upregulating cell surface G-CSFR expression and downstream STAT3 signaling in *** RIP-qPCR results confirmed the direct binding of ALKBH5 to the CSF3R mRNA,and the binding strength declined upon bacterial infection,accounting for the decrease in G-CSFR expression on bacteria-infected *** these results collectively,we define a new role of ALKBH5 in intrinsically driving neutrophil production and mobilization through m^(6)A demethylation-dependent posttranscriptional regulation,indicating that m^(6)A RNA modification in neutrop

Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)with fast-charging capability are essential for enhancing consumer experience and accelerating the global market adoption of electric ***,achieving fast-charging capability without compromising energy density,cycling lifespan,and safety of LIBs remains a significant challenge due to the formation of dendritic Li metal on graphite anode under fast charging *** view of this,the fundamentals for the dendritic metallic Li formation and the strategies for suppressing metallic Li plating based on analyzing the entire Li^(+)transport pathway at the anode including electrolyte,pore structure of electrode,and surface and bulk of materials are summarized and discussed in this ***,we highlight the importance of designing thick electrodes with fast Li^(+)transport kinetics and comprehensively understanding the interaction between solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)and Li^(+)migration in order to avoid the formation of dendritic Li metal in practical fast-charging ***,the regulation of Li metal plating with plane morphology,instead of dendritic structure,on the surface of graphite electrode under fast-charging condition is analyzed as a future direction to achieve higher energy density of batteries without safety concerns.

Trigeminal inflammatory pain is one of the most severe pain-related disorders in humans;however,the underlying mechanisms remain largely *** this study,we investigated the possible contribution of interaction between ten-eleven translocation methylcytosine dioxygenase 1(TET1)and the voltage-gated K^(+)channel Kv7.2(encoded by Kcnq2)to orofacial inflammatory pain in *** found that complete Freund’s adjuvant(CFA)injection reduced the expression of Kcnq2/Kv7.2 in the trigeminal ganglion(TG)and induced orofacial inflammatory *** involvement of Kv7.2 in CFA-induced orofacial pain was further confirmed by Kv7.2 knockdown or ***,TET1 knockdown in Tet1^(flox/flox)mice significantly reduced the expression of Kv7.2 and M currents in the TG and led to pain-like ***,TET1 overexpression by lentivirus rescued the CFA-induced decreases of Kcnq2 and M currents and alleviated mechanical *** data suggest that TET1 is implicated in CFA-induced trigeminal inflammatory pain by positively regulating Kv7.2 in TG neurons.

In an effort to clarify the formation mechanism of LPSO structure in Mg-Y-Zn alloy,the chemical environment and structural ordering in liquid Mg-rich Mg-Y-Zn system are investigated with the aid of ab-initio molecular dynamics *** liquid Mg-rich Mg-Y alloys,the strong Mg-Y interaction is determined,which promotes the formation of fivefold symmetric local *** Mg-Zn alloys,the weak Mg-Zn interaction results in the fivefold symmetry weakening in the liquid *** to the coexistence of Y and Zn,the strong attractive interaction is introduced in liquid Mg-Y-Zn ternary alloy,and contributes to the clustering of Mg,Y,Zn launched from *** is more,the distribution of local structures becomes closer to that in pure Mg compared with that in binary Mg-Y and Mg-Zn *** results should relate to the origins of the Y/Zn segregation zone and close-packed stacking mode in LPSO structure,which provides a new insight into the formation mechanism of LPSO structure at atomic level.
