A class of solvent-free covalent organic framework (COF) single-ion conductors (Li-COF@P) has been designed via ion-dipole interaction as opposed to traditional ion-ion interaction, promoting ion dissociation and Li+ migration through directional ionic *** Li-COF@P enabled long cycle life (88.3% after 2000 cycles) in all-solid-state Li organic batteries (ASSLOBs) under ambient operating conditions, which outperformed those of previously reported *** Li-COF@P strategy holds promise as a viable alternative to the currently prevalent inorganic solid electrolytes. Single-ion conductors based on covalent organic frameworks (COFs) have garnered attention as a potential alternative to currently prevalent inorganic ion conductors owing to their structural uniqueness and chemical versatility. However, the sluggish Li+ conduction has hindered their practical applications. Here, we present a class of solvent-free COF single-ion conductors (Li-COF@P) based on weak ion-dipole interaction as opposed to traditional strong ion-ion interaction. The ion (Li+ from the COF)-dipole (oxygen from poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate embedded in the COF pores) interaction in the Li-COF@P promotes ion dissociation and Li+ migration via directional ionic channels. Driven by this single-ion transport behavior, the Li-COF@P enables reversible Li plating/stripping on Li-metal electrodes and stable cycling performance (88.3% after 2000 cycles) in organic batteries (Li metal anode||5,5'-dimethyl-2,2'-bis-p-benzoquinone (Me2BBQ) cathode) under ambient operating conditions, highlighting the electrochemical viability of the Li-COF@P for all-solid-state organic batteries.

Characterization of the tunicamycin gene cluster unveiling unique steps involved in its biosynthesis

Tunicamycin,a potent reversible translocase I inhibitor,is produced by several Actinomycetes *** tunicamycin structure is highly unusual,and contains an 11-carbon dialdose sugar and anα,β-1″,11′-glycosidic *** we report the identification of a gene cluster essential for tunicamycin biosynthesis by high-throughput heterologous expression(HHE)strategy combined with a *** of the genes into heterologous non-producing Streptomyces hosts results in production of tunicamycin by these strains,demonstrating the role of the genes for the biosynthesis of *** disruption experiments coupled with bioinformatic analysis revealed that the tunicamycin gene cluster is minimally composed of 12 genes(tunA–tunL).Amongst these is a putative radical SAM enzyme(Tun B)with a potentially unique role in biosynthetic carbon-carbon bond ***,a seven-step novel pathway is proposed for tunicamycin ***,two gene clusters for the potential biosynthesis of tunicamycin-like antibiotics were also identified in Streptomyces clavuligerus ATCC 27064 and Actinosynnema mirums DSM *** data provide clarification of the novel mechanisms for tunicamycin biosynthesis,and for the generation of new-designer tunicamycin analogs with selective/enhanced bioactivity via combinatorial biosynthesis strategies.

Optimization Control of Multi-Mode Coupling All-Wheel Drive System for Hybrid Vehicle

The all-wheel drive(AWD)hybrid system is a research focus on high-performance new energy vehicles that can meet the demands of dynamic performance and passing *** optimization of the power and economy of hybrid vehicles becomes an issue.A unique multi-mode coupling(MMC)AWD hybrid system is presented to realize the distributed and centralized driving of the front and rear axles to achieve vectored distribution and full utilization of the system power between the axles of *** on the parameters of the benchmarking model of a hybrid vehicle,the best model-predictive control-based energy management strategy is ***,the drive system model was built after the analysis of the MMC-AWD’s drive ***,three fundamental strategies were established to address power distribution adjustment and battery SOC maintenance when the SOC changed,which was followed by the design of a road driving force ***,the energy consumption rate in the average time domain was processed before designing the minimum fuel consumption controller based on the equivalent fuel consumption ***,the advantage of the MMC-AWD was confirmed by comparison with the dynamic performance and economy of the BYD Song PLUS *** findings indicate that,in comparison to the comparative hybrid system at road adhesion coefficients of 0.8 and 0.6,the MMC-AWD’s capacity to accelerate increases by 5.26%and 7.92%,*** the road adhesion coefficient is 0.8,0.6,and 0.4,the maximum climbing ability increases by 14.22%,12.88%,and 4.55%,*** a result,the dynamic performance is greatly enhanced,and the fuel savings rate per 100 km of mileage reaches 12.06%,which is also very *** proposed control strategies for the new hybrid AWD vehicle can optimize the power and economy simultaneously.

Combustion and Self-Desulfurization Characterization of Blended Low-Rank Coals for Improved Resource Utilization in Fluidized Bed Boilers

The co-combustion of low-rank coals through fluidized bed boiler(CFB)is an effective approach to enhance the level of resource *** date,there has been a lack of investigation concerning the co-combustion kinetics and self-desulfurization characteristics of coal slime,coal gangue,and raw *** this study,we adopted multiple model-free and model-fitting methods to comparatively analyze co-combustion kinetics of blended coals on the basis of thermogravimetric ***,the sulfur balance and self-desulfurization of blended coals in the co-combustion were intensively investigated using a tube furnace *** results reveal that in the presence of coal gangue in blended coals,the average activation energy(E_(a))falls within the range of 65.7 kJ/mol to 100.4 kJ/mol,as determined by four model-free ***,in the absence of coal gangue,only the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa(FWO)and Friedman(FM)methods are deemed appropriate for calculating the average E_(a),yielding a value of 77.3 kJ/*** first order reaction model is confirmed to be reliable for analyzing the co-combustion kinetics of low-rank blended *** of the specific composition of the blended coal,a significant linear correlation exists between the Ea and the natural logarithm of the pre-exponential factor(lnA)within an extensive range of ***,the addition of coal gangue to the blended coal substantially enhances the self-desulfurization level,resulting in an increase from 25.7%to60.7%at 1073 *** self-desulfurization efficiency exhibits a good linear relationship with both the mass ratio of coal gangue to coal slime and the molar ratio of calcium to *** a practical implementation,the optimal addition ratio of coal gangue is a trade-off between the self-desulfurization efficiency and the ignition capacity.

A LiDAR Point Clouds Dataset of Ships in a Maritime Environment

For the first time, this article introduces a LiDAR Point Clouds Dataset of Ships composed of both collected and simulated data to address the scarcity of LiDAR data in maritime applications. The collected data are acquired using specialized maritime LiDAR sensors in both inland waterways and wide-open ocean environments. The simulated data is generated by placing a ship in the LiDAR coordinate system and scanning it with a redeveloped Blensor that emulates the operation of a LiDAR sensor equipped with various laser beams. Furthermore,we also render point clouds for foggy and rainy weather conditions. To describe a realistic shipping environment, a dynamic tail wave is modeled by iterating the wave elevation of each point in a time series. Finally, networks serving small objects are migrated to ship applications by feeding our dataset. The positive effect of simulated data is described in object detection experiments, and the negative impact of tail waves as noise is verified in single-object tracking experiments. ALTERNATING OPTIMIZATION METHOD FOR ISOGEOMETRIC TOPOLOGY OPTIMIZATION WITH STRESS CONSTRAINTS

Topology optimization (TO) has developed rapidly recently. However, topology optimization with stress constraints still faces many challenges due to its highly non-linear properties which will cause inefficient computation, iterative oscillation, and convergence guarantee problems. At the same time, isogeometric analysis (IGA) is accepted by more and more researchers, and it has become one important tool in the field of topology optimization because of its high fidelity. In this paper, we focus on topology optimization with stress constraints based on isogeometric analysis to improve computation efficiency and stability. A new hybrid solver combining the alternating direction method of multipliers and the method of moving asymptotes (ADMM-MMA) is proposed to solve this problem. We first generate an initial feasible point by alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) in virtue of the rapid initial descent property. After that, we adopt the method of moving asymptotes (MMA) to get the final results. Several benchmark examples are used to verify the proposed method, and the results show its feasibility and effectiveness.

DCVAE-adv:A Universal Adversarial Example Generation Method for White and Black Box Attacks

Deep neural network(DNN)has strong representation learning ability,but it is vulnerable and easy to be fooled by adversarial *** order to handle the vulnerability of DNN,many methods have been *** general idea of existing methods is to reduce the chance of DNN models being fooled by observing some designed adversarial examples,which are generated by adding perturbations to the original *** this paper,we propose a novel adversarial example generation method,called *** from the existing methods,DCVAE-adv constructs adversarial examples by mixing both explicit and implicit perturbations without using original ***,the proposed method can be applied to both white box and black box *** addition,in the inference stage,the adversarial examples can be generated without loading the original images into memory,which greatly reduces the memory *** compared DCVAE-adv with three most advanced adversarial attack algorithms:FGSM,AdvGAN,and AdvGAN++.The experimental results demonstrate that DCVAE-adv is superior to these state-of-the-art methods in terms of attack success rate and transfer ability for targeted *** code is available at https://***/xzforeverlove/DCVAE-adv.

For the treatment of MRSA-infected wounds,the spatiotemporally sequential delivery of antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs is a promising *** this study,ROS-responsive HA-PBA/PVA(HPA)hydrogel was prepared by phenylborate ester bond cross-linking between hyaluronic acid-grafted 3-amino phenylboronic acid(HA-PBA)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)to achieve spatiotemporally controlled release of two kinds of drug to treat MRSA-infected *** hydrophilic antibiotic moxifloxacin(M)was directly loaded in the *** hydrophobic curcumin(Cur)with anti-inflammatory function was first mixed with Pluronic F127(PF)to form Cur-encapsulated PF micelles(Cur-PF),and then loaded into the HPA *** to the different hydrophilic and hydrophobic nature of moxifloxacin and Cur and their different existing forms in the HPA hydrogel,the final HPA/M&Cur-PF hydrogel can achieve different spatiotemporally sequential delivery of the two *** addition,the swelling,degradation,self-healing,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant property,and biocompatibility of hydrogels were ***,in the MRSA-infected mouse skin wound,the hydrogel-treated group showed faster wound closure,less inflammation and more collagen *** experiments further confirmed that the hydrogel promoted better repair by reducing inflammation(TNF-a)and promoting vascular(VEGF)*** conclusion,this HPA/M&CurPF hydrogel that can spatiotemporally sequential deliver antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs showed great potential for the repair of MRSA-infected skin wounds.
