In this paper,the bandgap characteristics of a missing rib lattice structure composed of beam elements are investigated by using the Floquet-Bloch *** tuning of the width and position of the bandgap is achieved by changing the local structural parameters,i.e.,the rotation angle,the short beam length,and the beam *** order to expand the regulation of the bandgap,the influence of the material parameters of the crossed long beams inside the structure on the bandgap is *** results show that the mass density and stiffness of the structure have significant effects on the bandgap,while Poisson’s ratio has no effect on the *** analyzing the first ten bands of the reference unit cell,it can be found that the missing rib lattice structure generates multiple local resonance bandgaps for vibration reduction,and these bandgap widths are *** modal analysis reveals that the formation of the bandgap is due to the dipole resonance of the lattice structure,and this dipole resonance originates from the coupling of the bending deformation of the beam *** the band structure,the vibrational mode of the 9th band with a negative slope corresponds to a rotational resonance,which is different from that with the conventional negative slope formed by the coupling of two resonance *** study can provide a theoretical reference for the design of simple and lightweight elastic metamaterials,as well as for the regulation of bandgaps and the suppression of elastic waves.

Current therapeutic strategies for ischemic stroke fall short of the desired objective of neurological functional ***,there is an urgent need to develop new methods for the treatment of this *** are natural cell-derived vesicles that mediate signal transduction between cells under physiological and pathological *** have low immunogenicity,good stability,high delivery efficiency,and the ability to cross the blood–brain *** physiological properties of exosomes have the potential to lead to new breakthroughs in the treatment of ischemic *** rapid development of nanotechnology has advanced the application of engineered exosomes,which can effectively improve targeting ability,enhance therapeutic efficacy,and minimize the dosages *** in technology have also driven clinical translational research on *** this review,we describe the therapeutic effects of exosomes and their positive roles in current treatment strategies for ischemic stroke,including their antiinflammation,anti-apoptosis,autophagy-regulation,angiogenesis,neurogenesis,and glial scar formation reduction ***,it is worth noting that,despite their significant therapeutic potential,there remains a dearth of standardized characterization methods and efficient isolation techniques capable of producing highly purified *** optimization strategies should prioritize the exploration of suitable isolation techniques and the establishment of unified workflows to effectively harness exosomes for diagnostic or therapeutic applications in ischemic ***,our review aims to summarize our understanding of exosome-based treatment prospects in ischemic stroke and foster innovative ideas for the development of exosome-based therapies.

Regulation the electronic density of solid-state electrolyte by donor–acceptor(D–A)system can achieve highly-selective Li^(+)transportation and conduction in solid-state Li metal *** study reports a high-performance solid-state electrolyte thorough D–A-linked covalent organic frameworks(COFs)based on intramolecular charge transfer *** other reported COFbased solid-state electrolyte,the developed concept with D–A-linked COFs not only achieves electronic modulation to promote highly-selective Li^(+)migration and inhibit Li dendrite,but also offers a crucial opportunity to understand the role of electronic density in solid-state Li metal *** introduced strong electronegativity F-based ligand in COF electrolyte results in highlyselective Li^(+)(transference number 0.83),high ionic conductivity(6.7×10^(-4)S cm^(−1)),excellent cyclic ability(1000 h)in Li metal symmetric cell and high-capacity retention in Li/LiFePO_(4)cell(90.8%for 300 cycles at 5C)than substituted C-and N-based *** is ascribed to outstanding D–A interaction between donor porphyrin and acceptor F atoms,which effectively expedites electron transferring from porphyrin to F-based ligand and enhances Li^(+)***,we anticipate that this work creates insight into the strategy for accelerating Li^(+)conduction in high-performance solid-state Li metal batteries through D–A system.

A one-dimensional mechanical lattice system with local resonators is proposed as an elastic metamaterial model,which shows negative mass and negative modulus under specific frequency *** proposed representative units,consisting of accurately arranged rigid components,can generate controllable translational resonance and achieve negative mass and negative modulus by adjusting the local structural parameters.A shape memory polymer is adopted as a spring component,whose Young’s modulus is obviously affected by temperature,and the proposed metamaterials’tunable ability is achieved by adjusting *** effect of the shape memory polymer’s stiffness variation on the band gaps is investigated detailedly,and the special phenomenon of intersecting dispersion curves is discussed,which can be designed and controlled by adjusting *** dispersion relationship of the continuum metamaterial model affected by temperature is obtained,which shows great tunable ability to manipulate wave propagation.

Poststro ke cognitive impairment is a major secondary effect of ischemic stroke in many patients;however,few options are available for the early diagnosis and treatment of this *** aims of this study were to(1)determine the specific relationship between hypoxic andα-synuclein during the occur of poststroke cognitive impairment and(2)assess whether the serum phosphorylatedα-synuclein level can be used as a biomarker for poststro ke cognitive *** found that the phosphorylatedα-synuclein level was significantly increased and showed pathological aggregation around the cerebral infa rct area in a mouse model of ischemic *** addition,neuronalα-synuclein phosphorylation and aggregation were observed in the brain tissue of mice subjected to chronic hypoxia,suggesting that hypoxia is the underlying cause ofα-synuclein-mediated pathology in the brains of mice with ischemic *** phosphorylatedα-synuclein levels in patients with ischemic stroke were significantly lower than those in healt hy subjects,and were positively correlated with cognition levels in patients with ischemic ***,a decrease in serum high-density lipoprotein levels in stroke patie nts was significantly correlated with a decrease in phosphorylatedα-synuclein *** ischemic stroke mice did not show significant cognitive impairment or disrupted lipid metabolism 14 days after injury,some of them exhibited decreased cognitive function and reduced phosphorylatedα-synuclein *** together,our results suggest that serum phosphorylatedα-synuclein is a potential biomarker for poststroke cognitive impairment.

Efficient and stable photocathodes with versatility are of significance in photoassisted lithium-ion batteries (PLIBs), while there is always a request on fast carrier transport in electrochemical active photocathodes. Present work proposes a general approach of creating bulk heterojunction to boost the carrier mobility of photocathodes by simply laser assisted embedding of plasmonic nanocrystals. When employed in PLIBs, it was found effective for synchronously enhanced photocharge separation and transport in light charging process. Additionally, experimental photon spectroscopy, finite difference time domain method simulation and theoretical analyses demonstrate that the improved carrier dynamics are driven by the plasmonic-induced hot electron injection from metal to TiO2, as well as the enhanced conductivity in TiO2 matrix due to the formation of oxygen vacancies after Schottky contact. Benefiting from these merits, several benchmark values in performance of TiO2-based photocathode applied in PLIBs are set, including the capacity of 276 mah g(-1 ) at 0.2 A g(-1 )under illumination, photoconversion efficiency of 1.276% at 3 A g(-1 ), less capacity and Columbic efficiency loss even through 200 cycles. These results exemplify the potential of the bulk heterojunction strategy in developing highly efficient and stable photoassisted energy storage systems.

Studying and analyzing the dynamic behavior of offshore wind turbines are of great importance to ensure the safety and improve the efficiency of such expensive *** this work,a tapered beam model is proposed to investigate the dynamic response of an offshore wind turbine tower on the monopile foundation assembled with rotating blades in the complex ocean *** environment factors like wind,wave,current,and soil resistance are taken into *** proposed model is ana-lytically solved with the galerkin *** on the numerical results,the effects of various structure parameters including the taper angle,the height and thickness of the tower,the depth,and the diameter and the cement filler of the monopile on the funda-mental natural frequency of the wind turbine tower system are investigated in *** is found that the fundamental natural frequency decreases with the increase in the taper angle and the height and thickness of the tower,and increases with the increase in the diameter of the ***,filling cement into the monopile can effectively im-prove the fundamental natural frequency of the wind turbine tower system,but there is a critical value of the amount of cement maximizing the property of the *** research may be helpful in the design and safety evaluation of offshore wind turbines.

The paper investigates continuously changing wrinkle patterns of thin films bonded to a gradient substrate. Three types of gradient substrates including exponential, power-law, and symmetry models are considered. The galerkin method is used to dis- cretize the governing equation of film bonded to gradient substrates. The wavelength and the normalized amplitude of the wrinkles for substrates of various material gradients are obtained. The numerical simulation based on the finite element method （FEM） is used to evolve the wrinkle patterns. The result agrees well with that of the analytical model. It is concluded that localization of wrinkle patterns strongly depends on the material gradient. The critical membrane force depends on both the minimum value of wrinkle stiffness and the gradient of wrinkle stiffness when the wrinkle stiffness is at its minimum. This work provides a better understanding for local wrinkle formation caused by gradient substrates.
