The performance of tin-based perovskite solar cells has been substantially hampered by voltage loss caused by energy level mismatch,charge recombination,energetic disorder,and other ***,a fused-ring electron acceptor based on indacenodithiophene(IDIC)was for the first time introduced as a transition layer between a tin-based perovskite layer and a C 60 electron transport layer,leading to better matched energy levels in the *** addition,coordination interactions between IDIC and perovskite improved the latter's *** introduction of IDIC raised the power conversion efficiency from 8.98%to 11.5%and improved the device's *** decomposition mechanism of tin-based perovskite was also revealed by detecting the optical properties of perovskite microdomains through innovative integration of confocal laser scanning microscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy.

目的:基于数据挖掘技术,探究叶桂治疗肿胀的用药配伍规律。方法:收集和整理《临证指南医案》肿胀篇医案及方药,用office 2010建立数据库,进行频数分析,应用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0的Apriori算法进行关联规则分析,采用SPSS Statistics 26.0进行因子分析。结果:共纳入83例处方,涉及药物117味,用药频数共计527次,高频药(频次≧10次)共15味,其中最高频单味药为茯苓、厚朴、生白术,对药以桂枝-甘草的使用频次最高,药物类别以化痰药、温里药、利水渗湿药为主;药性以温性为主,寒热并调;药味以辛、苦为主;归经以归脾、胃、肺经者最多;聚类分析中将15味高频中药聚为7类时效果最佳;关联规则分析出2组最常用药对;因子分析共提取出6个公因子。结论:叶桂治疗肿胀以通阳利水为要法,善用茯桂剂以奏温中通阳,化气利水之功,重脾肺、倡温补、善通利,务在宣肺、健脾、温肾,扶阳助气,上下并调,使阳气通达全身,通条水利,恢复人体气、血、津、液的正常功能,以达营卫调和、肿胀自除之效。

Flexible organic solar cells(FOSCs) are one of the most promising power sources for aerospace aircraft due to their atractive advantages with high power-per-weight ratio and excellent mechanical *** the performance and stability of high-performance FOSCs is essential for the further development of FOSCs for aerospace applications. In this paper, after systematic investigations on the performance of the state-of-the-art high-performance solar cells under thermal cycle and intensive UV irradiation conditions, in situ performance and stability tests of the solar cells in the 35 km stratospheric environment were carried out through a high-altitude balloon uploading. The encapsulated FOSCs with an area of 0.64 cm2gave the highest power density of 15.26 mW/cm2and an efficiency over 11%,corresponding to a power-per-weight ratio of over 3.32 k W/kg. More importantly, the cells showed stable power output during the 3-h continuous flight at 35 km and only 10% performance decay after return to the lab, suggesting promising stability of the FOSCs in the stratospheric environment.

Wearable electronics integrated with stretchable sensors are considered a promising and non-invasive strategy to monitor respiratory status for health ***,long-term and stable monitoring of respiratory abnormality is still a grand ***,we report a facile one-step thermal stretching strategy to fabricate an anti-fatigue ionic gel(AIg)sensor with high fatigue threshold(0=1130 J m^(–2)),high stability(>20,000 cycles),high linear sensitivity,and recyclability.A multimodal wearable respiratory monitoring system(WRMS)developed with AIg sensors can continuously measure respiratory abnormality(single-sensor mode)and compliance(multi-sensor mode)by monitoring the movement of the ribcage and abdomen in a long-term *** single-sensor mode,the respiratory frequency(Fr),respiratory energy(Er),and inspire/expire time(I/E ratio)can be extracted to evaluate the respiratory status during sitting,sporting,and ***,the multi-sensors mode is developed to evaluate patientventilator asynchrony through validated clinical criteria by monitoring the incongruous movement of the chest and abdomen,which shows great potential for both daily home care and clinical applications.

Pueraria thomsonii has long been used in traditional Chinese medicine. Isoflavonoids are the principle pharmacologically active components, which are primarily observed as glycosyl-conjugates and accumulate in P. thomsonii roots. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying the glycosylation processes in(iso)flavonoid biosynthesis have not been thoroughly elucidated. In the current study, an O-glucosyltransferase(Pt UgT8) was identified in the medicinal plant P. thomsonii from RNA-seq database. Biochemical assays of the recombinant Pt UgT8 showed that it was able to glycosylate chalcone(isoliquiritigenin) at the 4-OH position and glycosylate isoflavones(daidzein, formononetin, and genistein) at the 7-OH or 4′-OH position, exhibiting no enzyme activity to flavonones(liquiritigenin and narigenin) in vitro. The identification of Pt UgT8 may provide a useful enzyme catalyst for efficient biotransformation of isoflavones and other natural products for food or pharmacological applications.

A mutant with twisted hulls was found in a breeding population of rice （Oryza sativa L.）. The mutant shows less grain weight and inferior grain quality in addition to twisted hulls. genetic analysis indicated that the phenotype of mutant was controlled by a single recessive gene （temporarily designated as TW（H）. To map the TWH gene, an F2 population was generated by crossing the twh mutant to R725, an indica rice variety with normal hulls. For bulked segregant analysis, the bulk of mutant plants was prepared by mixing equal amount of plant tissue from 10 twisted-hull plants and the bulk of normal plants was obtained by pooling equal amount tissue of 10 normal-hull plants. Two hundred and seven pairs of simple sequence repeat （SSR） primers, which are distributed on 12 rice chromosomes, were used for polymorphism analysis of the parents and the two bulks. The TWH locus was initially mapped close to the SSR marker RM526 on chromosome 2. Therefore, further mapping was performed using 50 pairs of SSR primers around the marker RM526. The TWH was delimited between the SSR markers RM14128 and RM208 on the long arm of chromosome 2 at the genetic distances of 1.4 cM and 2.7 cM, respectively. These results provide the foundation for further fine mapping, cloning and functional analysis of the TWH gene.

The band alignment of a (0001)CdS/CdTe heterojunction is in situ studied by synchrotron radiation photoemission spectroscopy (SRPES).The heterojunction is formed through stepwise deposition of a CdTe film on a wurtzite (0001)CdS single crystalline substrate via molecular beam *** shows an upward band bending of 0.55 eV,the valence band offset △Ev is calculated to be 0.65 e V and the conduction band offset △ Ec is 0.31 *** interracial band alignment is sketched to display type-Ⅰ band alignment.

特发性肺纤维化(IPF)作为一种肺部进行性疾病,预后不佳,目前尚无可靠手段进行根治。当下治疗IPF以器官移植和给予化学药为主,但效果欠佳且不良反应颇多,无法满足目前的临床需求。因此,开发更安全、有效的药物已成为亟需解决的问题,而研究IPF的发病机制将有助于新药的开发。现阶段关于IPF发病机制的研究主要集中在巨噬细胞极化、上皮-间质转化(EMT)、氧化应激和自噬作用等方面,但对于系统说明各发病机制原理及揭示各机制存在的联系尚未有研究报道。中医理论认为“气虚血瘀”“气阳虚弱”是IPF的关键病机,故临床常采用益气活血、温阳补气和祛瘀化痰类等中药或复方治疗IPF。现代药理学研究表明,此类中药在抑制巨噬细胞极化、改善氧化还原平衡、抑制EMT和调节细胞自噬等方面可发挥积极作用,但针对中药如何调节相关通路而治疗IPF,目前尚无系统的报道。该文通过总结国内外最新文献,将逐一并系统的阐述IPF的发病机制,同时更全面的概述中药中有效成分或复方调节IPF的作用机制。针对IPF的发病机制,结合中药的调节作用,着重挖掘系统治疗IPF的方案,以期为IPF的深入研究及相关药物研发提供新的思路。
