Exploring electrochemically driven conversion reactions for the development of novel energy storage materials is an important topic as they can deliver higher energy densities than current Li-ion battery ***-type fluorides promise particularly high energy densities by involving the light and small fluoride anion,and bond breaking can occur at relatively low Li activity(i.e.,high cell voltage).Cells based on such electrodes may become competitors to other envisaged alternatives such as Lisulfur or Li-air systems with their many unsolved thermodynamic and kinetic *** conversion reactions are typically multiphase redox reactions characterized by nucleation and growth processes along with pronounced interfacial and mass transport *** significant overpotentials and nonequilibrium reaction pathways are *** this review,we summarize recent findings in terms of phase evolution phenomena and mechanistic features of(oxy)fluorides at different redox stages during the conversion process,enabled by advanced characterization technologies and simulation *** can be concluded that well-designed nanostructured architectures are helpful in mitigating kinetic problems such as the usually pronounced voltage *** this context,doping and open-framework strategies are *** these tools,simple materials that are unable to allow for substantial Li nonstoichiometry(e.g.,by Li-insertable channels)may be turned into electroactive materials.

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC),a malignant tumor originating from the nasopharynx,is one of the common malignant tumors of the head and *** are significant geographical differences in the incidence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,with a high incidence in China and Southeast Asian ***,we designed and synthesized a novel near-infrared fluorescent(NIRF)probe to detect glutathione(GSH)in cellular and tumor environments using semi-naphthofluorescein(SNAFL)as the fluorescent molecular backbone and 2-fluoro-4-nitrobenzenesulfonate as the recognition *** reaction with GSH,SNAFL-GSH emitted a fluorescence signal,and its emission wavelength at 650 nm was remarkably *** results of selectivity experiments indicated that SNAFL-GSH was able to discriminate GSH from Cys,Hcy,and H_(2) ***,SNAFL-GSH could image both endogenous and exogenous GSH and distinguish normal and cancer cells by fluorescence signal *** the cellular level,cisplatin(DDP)-induced ferroptosis and inhibition of proliferation of various NPC cell lines(CNE2,CNE1,5-8F cells)by erastin combined with DDP were visualized with the help of *** a mouse tumor xenograft model,we successfully employed SNAFL-GSH for the evaluation of the efficacy of erastin combined with DDP in the treatment of *** importantly,the probe could image cancerous tissue sections from NPC patients with an imaging depth of approximately 80µ*** was foreseen that SNAFL-GSH offered great potential for application in the diagnosis and evaluation of the therapeutic efficacy of NPC,and these results would also provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of NPC.

Lithium-sulfur batteries(Li–S batteries) are promising candidates for the next generation high-energy rechargeable Li batteries due to their high theoretical specific capacity(1672 m Ahg-1) and energy density(2500 Wh kg-1). The commercialization of Li–S batteries is impeded by several key challenges at cathode side, e.g. the insulating nature of sulfur and discharged products(Li2S 2 and Li2S), the solubility of long-chain polysulfides and volume variation of sulfur cathode upon cycling. Recently, the carbonbased derivatives from metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) has emerged talent in their utilization as cathode hosts for Li–S batteries. They are not only highly conductive and porous to enable the acceleration of Li +/e-transfer and accommodation of volumetric expansion of sulfur cathode during cycling, but also enriched by controllable chemical active sites to enable the adsorption of polysulfides and promotion of their conversion reaction kinetics. In this review, based on the types of MOFs(e.g. ZIF-8, ZIF-67, Prussian blue, Al-MOF, MOF-5, Cu-MOF, Ni-MOF), the synthetic methods, formation process and morphology, structural superiority of MOFs-derived carbon frameworks along with their electrochemical performance as cathode host in Li–S batteries are summarized and discussed.

The South Tibet Detachment System(STDS) is a flat normal fault that separates the Upper Himalaya Crystalline Sequence(UHCS) below from the Tethyan Sedimentary Sequence(TSS) *** of deformations related to the STDS is critical to understand the mechanism and evolution of the Himalaya collision *** Nyalam detachment(ND)(～86°E) locates in the middle portion of STDS(81°-89°E).Dating of deformed leucocratic dykes that are most probably syntectonic at different depth beneath the ND,allow us to constrain the timing of deformation.(1) Dyke T11N37 located ～3500 m structurally below the ND emplaced at 27.4± 0.2 Ma;(2) Dyke T11N32 located ～1400 m structurally below the ND emplaced at 22.0±0.3 Ma;(3) T11N25 located within the top to the north STD shear zone,～150 m structurally below the ND,emplaced at 17.1±0.2 *** ND footwall cooling history and T11N25 deformation temperature,we indicate a probable onset of top to the north deformation at ～16 Ma at this *** results show an upward younging of the probable timing of onset of the deformation at different structural distance below the *** then propose a new model for deformation migration below the ND with deformation starting by pure shear deformation at depth prior to ～27.5 Ma that migrates upward at a rate of ～ 0.3 mm/a until ～18 Ma when deformation switches to top to the north shearing in the South Tibet Detachment shear zone(STDsz).As deformation on the ND stops at 14-13 Ma this would imply that significant top to the North motion would be limited to less than 5 Ma and would jeopardize the importance of lower channel flow.

大方山隧道岩溶水分带综合分析

研究目的:岩溶发育的垂直分带性已得到普遍认同,目前多数研究主要集中在分带现象的描述及如何规避岩溶风险进行选线上,而针对实际工程项目如何进行分带,采用何种方法进行分带的研究则较少。本文通过对大方山岩溶隧道采用工程地质及水文地质调绘、物理勘探、钻探等综合勘察方法,对隧道所在位置地下含水的强弱,泉点、暗河、岩溶洼地之间地下水相互关系,岩溶地下水的补给、径流、排泄条件,雨季、旱季岩溶洼地及隧道洞身地下水位测量等进行综合分析,以确定隧道所处分带。研究结论:(1)岩溶地下水分带应根据岩溶发育情况采用综合手段开展,遵循遥感、地质测绘、物探、钻探、监测、测试等各项工作的程序,循序渐进,相互配合;(2)大方山隧道岩溶段落地下水可划分为季节交替带和水平循环带;(3)根据地下水分带结果结合水文地质单元及选用相应的计算方法预测隧道涌水量,对施工时涌水、突泥风险进行预判;(4)本研究成果可对岩溶地区隧道所处地下水分带、涌水量计算方法的选定以及水量预测提供指导作用。
