Purpose: The aim of the present study was to evaluate the characteris tics of spasticity-related pain(SRP) and the correlation between SRP and gross motor capability in children and adolescents with cerebral palsy. Methods:137 caregivers/parents and 120 children/adolescents with cere bral palsy(age 2-17 years)who have upper limbs and/or lower limbs SRP were recruited from three Chinese study sites. The SRP was assessed b y the Questionnaire on Pain caused by Spasticity(QPS), including a s elf-report version, an interview-version for the children/adolescent and a proxy-report version for the parent(s)/caregivers. All the chil dren and adolescents were measured for gross motor functions by G ross Motor Function Classification System-Expanded & Revised(GMFCS E&R) and Gross Motor Function Measure-66( GMFM-66), Spearman’s rank correlation coefficients was used to determine the correlation betwe en QPS scores and GMFCS E&R and GMFM-66. Results: The greatest amount of SRP was found when the child was rece iving "physical therapy or stretching exercises". QPS scores have p ositive correction with the gross motor function as assessed by the G MFCS E&R in child interviewed group(lower limb r=0.533,pupper limb r=0.644,phild interviewer-administered group are in several cases associated with gross motor function as me asured by the GMFM-66. Conclusions: The SRP in children and adolescents with cerebral palsy tended to correlate with gross motor function. More methods and measu res are needed to manage and treat the SRP in children and adolescent s.

This paper addressed the efect of copper acetate on the combustion characteristics of anthracite depending on the fractional composition of fuel and additive introduction *** was impregnated with 5 wt%of Cu(Ch_(3)COO)_(2)by mechanical mixing and incipient wetness *** anthracite samples of diferent fraction with dhigher dispersion of the additive and its uniform distribution in the *** ignition and combustion characteristics of the modifed anthracite samples were studied by thermal analysis and high-speed video recording of the processes in a combustion chamber(at heating medium temperature of 800℃).It was found that copper acetate increases anthracite reactivity,which was evidenced by decreased onset temperature of combustion(ΔT_(i))by 35-190℃and reduced ignition delay time(Δτ_(i))by 2.1-5.4 *** acetate reduces fuel underburning(on average by 70%)in the ash residue of anthracite and decreases the amount of CO and NO_(x)in gas-phase products(on average by 18.5%and 20.8%,respectively).The mechanism for activation of anthracite combustion by copper acetate is proposed.

汉语词尾“了”并非先时标记。一方面,“了”在最简结构句中不一定编码句子的过去时意义;另一方面,“了”不具备独立表达相对过去时意义的语法功能。因此,无论从绝对时还是相对时的角度来看,词尾“了”都不能被定义为先时标记。在此基础上,从体貌角度对“了”的功能进一步探讨,指出“了”起到了将概念情状转化为现实情状的实现体功能,并对转换的机制和类型进行了分析,为研究时间结构与时体特征这两个层面的相互关系做好准备。

Background Integrated positron emission tomography and computed tomography （PET/CT） is increasingly used for the preoperative nodal staging of non-smail cell lung cancer （NSCLC）.The aim of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of PET/CT in comparison with CT in detection of nodal metastasis and preoperative nodal staging in patients with NSCLC,and to analyze the causes of the PET/CT false-negative and false-positive *** Consecutive patients with pathologically proven NSCLC who underwent staging using PET/CT from July 2008 to February 2012 were evaluated *** staging was pathologically confirmed on tissue specimens obtained at *** accuracy of PET/CT and CT in the assessment of intrathoracic nodal involvement was determined using histological results as the reference *** regression was used to define the causes of the false-negative and false-positive *** A total of 528 lymph node stations were evaluated in 101 *** nodes were positive for malignancy in 43 out of 101 patients （42.6%）,and 101 out of 528 nodal stations （19.2%）.PET/CT was significantly more accurate for nodal staging than *** sensitivity,specificity,positive and negative predictive values,and accuracy of PET/CT for detecting nodal metastasis were 51.5%,95.8%,74.3%,89.3%,and 87.3% and the corresponding data by CT were 45.5%,87.1%,45.5%,87.1%,and 79.2%,***/CT confers significantly higher specificity,positive predictive value,and accuracy than CT in detecting nodal ***-negative results by PET/CT are significantly associated with smaller lymph node size,whereas false-positive results are related to a combination of inflammatory disorders and larger lymph node *** PET/CT confers significantly higher accuracy than CT in nodal staging,and is more specific and accurate than CT in detecting nodal metastasis but has a low sensitivity and high false-negative rate.

由于刀具磨损对切削过程以及表面加工质量有着重要的影响,因此刀具磨损程度的检测对于提高零件的表面加工质量有重要的意义。文章提供了一种新的刀具磨损检测方法,该方法主要基于在不同高度对磨损区域拍照所得的图像,并对磨损区域进行相应的三维重构,最终能得到刀具磨损区域的三维形貌图,其不仅能使得刀具的磨损区域得到重现,而且能对磨损的体积进行较为精确的测量。将该技术对实际加工中不同切削条件下的刀具的磨损进行检测,最终得到了不同切削条件下的刀具的磨损,结果表明该方法对于刀具磨损的检测不仅方便,而且精度较高。
