In this study,the authors consider an M/M/1 queuing system with attached inventory under an(s,S)control *** server takes multiple vacations whenever the inventory is *** is assumed that the lead time and the vacation time follow exponential *** authors formulate the model as a quasi-birth-and-dearth(QBD)process and derive the stability condition of the ***,the stationary distribution in product form for the joint process of the queue length,the inventory level,and the server’s status is ***,the conditional distributions of the inventory level when the server is on and operational,and when it is off due to a vacation,are *** the stationary distribution,the authors obtain some performance measures of the *** authors investigate analytically the effect of the server’s vacation on the performance ***,several numerical examples are presented to investigate the effects of some parameters on the performance measures,the optimal policy,and the optimal cost.

＜正＞In this paper, we present a Flexible Labor pool management Model （FLpMM） which may balance between capacities and demands faced by a MTO company through using flexible direct labors because of the market’s uncertainties. FLpMM may be an effective way to optimize labor resource managing and overcome some problems resulted from frequently hiring and laying off of temporary employees. Dell is referred as a case to illustrate the implementation of FLpMM.

Task allocation is a key aspect of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)swarm collaborative *** an continuous increase of UAVs’scale and the complexity and uncertainty of tasks,existing methods have poor performance in computing efficiency,robustness,and realtime allocation,and there is a lack of theoretical analysis on the convergence and optimality of the *** paper presents a novel intelligent framework for distributed decision-making based on the evolutionary game theory to address task allocation for a UAV swarm system in uncertain scenarios.A task allocation model is designed with the local utility of an individual and the global utility of the ***,the paper analytically derives a potential function in the networked evolutionary potential game and proves that the optimal solution of the task allocation problem is a pure strategy Nash equilibrium of a finite strategy ***,a payOff-based Time-Variant Log-linear Learning Algorithm(pOTVLLA)is proposed,which includes a novel learning strategy based on payoffs for an individual and a time-dependent Boltzmann *** former aims to reduce the system’s computational burden and enhance the individual’s effectiveness,while the latter can ensure that the pOTVLLA converges to the optimal Nash equilibrium with a probability of *** simulation results show that the approach is optimal,robust,scalable,and fast adaptable to environmental changes,even in some realistic situations where some UAVs or tasks are likely to be lost and increased,further validating the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed framework and algorithm.

这份报纸把小浪分析用于检验变化趋势，多时间规模变化，在上面的红河的 panlong 盆的推迟的沉积流动(SSF ) 的周期、突然的变化特征，中国。结果显示 SSF 从 1951 ～ 1997 增加了，但是自从 1998，衰退了。SSF 的变化把多时间规模特征和变化在不同时间时期改变了。三周期的时间规模， 4， 7 和 22 年，被决定。22 年的周期的时间规模，是在三次规模之中的最明显的，通过整个研究时期延长了，而第 4-a 7 年的时间规模在某些时间时期仅仅是明显的。分别地有 27 次越过 4 年的时间规模，越过 7 年的时间规模的 16 次和越过 22 年的时间规模的 5 次的突然的变化。根据统计的聚会和气候数据分析，我们断定人的活动是导致了多时间规模的 SSF，而是特征的变化趋势的主要原因，周期、突然的变化被气候变化主要影响。

Based on the measuring data and Digital Elevation Data (DEM) in a typical watershed--Hemingguan Watershed, Nanbu County, Sichuan province of china, a GIS-based distributed soil erosion model was developed particularly for the purple soil type. It takes 20 m × 20 m grid as calculating unit and operates at 10-minute time interval. The required input data to the model include DEM, soil, land use, and time-series of precipitation and evaporation loss. The model enables one to estimate runoff, erosion and sediment yield for each grid cell and route the flow along its flow path to the watershed outlet. Furthermore, the model is capable of calculating the total runoff; erosion and sediment yield for the entire watershed by recursion algorithm. The validation of the model demonstrated that it could quantitatively simulate the spatial distribution of hydrological variables in a watershed, such as runoff, vegetation entrapment, soil erosion, the degree of soil and water loss. Moreover, it can evaluate the effect of land use change on the runoff generation and soil erosion with an accuracy of 80% and 75% respectively. The application of this model to a neighboring watershed with similar conditions indicates that this distributed model could be extended to other similar regions in china.

Linear mixed models are popularly used to fit continuous longitudinal data, and the random effects are commonly assumed to have normal distribution. However, this assumption needs to be tested so that further analysis can be proceeded well. In this paper, we consider the Baringhaus-Henze-Epps-pulley （BHEp） tests, which are based on an empirical characteristic function. Differing from their case, we consider the normality checking for the random effects which are unobservable and the test should be based on their predictors. The test is consistent against global alternatives, and is sensitive to the local alternatives converging to the null at a certain rate arbitrarily close to 1/V~ where n is sample size. ^-hlrthermore, to overcome the problem that the limiting null distribution of the test is not tractable, we suggest a new method： use a conditional Monte Carlo test （CMCT） to approximate the null distribution, and then to simulate p-values. The test is compared with existing methods, the power is examined, and several examples are applied to illustrate the usefulness of our test in the analysis of longitudinal data.

Based on regional differences,differences in the content and scale of economic activities,we analyze different levels of rural financial needs in china,using the system analysis *** types of financial need subject have characteristics of diversity and hierarchy in terms of financial needs,in need of different credit patterns and credit mechanisms for *** on this,we position the differentiated development of new rural financial organizations as follows:village and town banks should be established in the central and west regions and counties with the proportion of primary industry higher than the national average,to actively innovate upon loan types,support maintenance-oriented farmers, market-oriented farmers and small and medium-sized agriculture-related enterprises;loan companies and small loan companies can be established in the regions with the potential for development,lacking collaboration between economy and finance,to constantly explore the loan types and innovate upon the loan patterns for self-employed households,micro-enterprises and farmers;it is appropriate to establish rural credit union in the poverty-stricken areas with sluggish economic development and relatively isolated remote areas,to provide services for farmers and micro-enterprises, especially impoverished farmers,provide the business such as deposits,loans,and settlement for members,actively carry out business consulting services for members'poverty alleviation and income increase.

This paper takes the total yield of products that need refrigerated transport as the impact factors of transport aggregate of cold chain logistics,such as meat,aquatic products,quick-frozen noodle,fruits,vegetables,dairy,and *** selecting the consumption data of urban residents on transported products via cold chain in Jiangsu province from 2005 to 2000 as sample,this paper establishes grey prediction model GM(1,1) of cold chain logistics demand and uses DpS7.05 software for test,to predict the cold chain logistics demand of urban residents in Jiangsu province during the Twelfth Five-Year plan *** results show that in the period 2010-2015,the cold chain logistics demand of urban residents in Jiangsu province is 1 151.589 1,1 185.136 6,1 219.661 3,1 255.191 8,1 291.757 3,1 329.388 1 t respectively;in the period 2005-2010,the cold chain logistics demand of urban residents in Jiangsu province increases at annual growth rate of 3.9%;in the period 2011-2015,the growth rate declines to some extent,increasing slowly at rate of 2.9%.
