Synergistic enhancement of ion/electron transport by ultrafine nanoparticles and graphene in li2FeTiO4/C/G nanofibers for symmetric li-ion batteries

Low-cost Fe-based disordered rock salt（DRX） li2FeTiO4is capable of providing high capacity(295 mA h g-1) by redox activity of cations(Fe2+/Fe4+and Ti3+/Ti4+) and anionic ***,DRX structures lack transport channels for ions and electrons,resulting in sluggish kinetics,poor electrochemical activity,and ***,graphene conductive carbon network permeated li2FeTiO4（LFT/C/G） nanofibers are successfully prepared by a facile sol-gel assisted electrospinning *** li2FeTiO4nanoparticles（2 nm） and one-dimensional（1D） structure provide abu ndant active sites and unobstructed diffu sion channels,accelerating ion *** addition,introducing graphene reduces the band gap and li+diffusion barrier and improves the dynamic properties of li2FeTiO4,thus achieving a relatively mild interfacial reaction and reversible redox *** expected,the LFT/C/1.0G cathode delivers a remarkable discharge capacity(238.5 mA h g-1),high energy density(508.8 Wh kg-1),and excellent rate capability(51.2 mA hg-1at 1.0 A g-1).Besides,the LFT/C/1.0G anode also displays a high capacity(514.5 mA h g-1at 500 mA g-1) and a remarkable rate capability(243.9 mA h g-1at 8 A g-1).Moreover,the full batteries based on the LFT/C/1.0G symmetric electrode demonstrate a reversible capacity of 117.0 mA h g-1after 100 cycles at 50 mA *** study presents useful insights into developing cost-effective DRX cathodes with durable and fast lithium storage.

Fluorine-functionalized zirconium-organic cages for efficient photocatalytic oxidation of thioanisole

Zirconium-based metal-organic cages(Zr-MOCs)typically exhibit high stability,but their structural and application reports are scarce due to stringent crystallization *** have successfully fluorinated the classical Zr-MOCs(ZrT-3)for the first time,obtaining the fluorinated MOCs(ZrT-3-F).Notably,ZrT-3-F not only inherits the high stability of its parent structure,but also acts as a catalyst for the effective oxidation of benzyl thioether for the first *** reaction can reach a conversion rate of 99%in 6 h,and the selectivity reaches 95%,which far exceeds the non-fluorinated *** work proves that the specific functionalization of the classical Zr-MOCs can further expand their application potential,such as catalysis.

Sulfur doping and oxygen vacancy in In2O3 nanotube co-regulate intermediates of CO2 electroreduction for efficient HCOOH production and rechargeable Zn-CO2 battery

By manipulating the distribution of surface electrons,defect engineering enables effective control over the adsorption energy between adsorbates and active sites in the CO2reduction reaction（CO2RR）.Herein,we report a hollow indium oxide nanotube containing both oxygen vacancy and sulfur doping（V_o-Sx-In2O3） for improved CO2-to-HCOOH electroreduction and *** componential synergy significantly reduces the*OCHO formation barrier to expedite protonation process and creates a favorable electronic micro-environment for*HCOOH *** a result,the CO2RR performance of Vo-Sx-In2O3outperforms Pure-In2O3and V_o-In2O3,where V_o-S53-In2O3exhibits a maximal HCOOH Faradaic efficiency of 92.4% at-1,2 V *** hydrogen electrode（RHE） in H-cell and above 92%over a wide window potential with high current density(119.1 mA cm-2at-1.1 V ***) in flow ***,the rechargeable Zn-CO2battery utilizing V_o-S53-In2O3as cathode shows a high power density of 2.29 mW cm-2and a long-term stability during charge-discharge *** work provides a valuable perspective to elucidate co-defective catalysts in regulating the intermediates for efficient CO2RR.

Removal of arsenic from water by silver nanoparticles and Fe-Ce mixed oxide supported on polymeric anion exchanger

By encapsulating nanoscale particles of goethite(α-FeO(OH)),hydrous ceric oxide(CeO_(2)·H_(2)O,HCO)and silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)in the pores of polystyrene anion exchanger D201,a novel nanocomposite FeO(OH)-HCO-Ag-D201 was prepared for the effective removal of arsenic from *** isotherm study shows that FeO(OH)-HCO-Ag-D201 has excellent adsorption performance for As(III)and As(V),with an increased adsorption capacity of As(III)to 40.12 mg/g compared to that of 22.03 mg/g by the composite adsorbent without AgNPs(FeO(OH)-HCO-D201).The adsorption kinetics data showed that the sorption rate of FeO(OH)-HCO-Ag-D201 for As(III)is less than that for As(V),and the adsorption of As(III)and As(V)were consistent with the pseudo-second-order model and the pseudofirst-order model,*** or basic conditions are favored for the adsorption of As(III/V)by FeO(OH)-*** with nitrate/chloride/bicarbonate,sulfate/silicate/phosphate showed more remarkable inhibition of arsenic removal by FeO(OH)-HCO-Ag-D201,whereas natural organic matter showed no interference to the arsenic *** As(V)adsorption involved different interactions such as electrostatic attraction and surface complexation,while the adsorption of As(III)involved the part oxidization of As(III)to As(V)and the simultaneous adsorption of As(III)and As(V).In addition to the Ce(IV)in CeO_(2)·H_(2)O acted as an oxidant,the synergistic effect ofα-FeO(OH)and AgNPs also contributed to the oxidization of As(III)to As(V).Moreover,the reusable property suggested that this FeO(OH)-HCO-Ag-D201 nanocomposite has great potential for arsenic-contaminated water purification.

Distributed Observer for Full-Measured Nonlinear Systems Based on Knowledge of FMCF

Driven by practical applications, the achievement of distributed observers for nonlinear systems has emerged as a crucial advancement in recent years. However, existing theoretical advancements face certain limitations: They either fail to address more complex nonlinear phenomena, rely on hard-to-verify assumptions, or encounter difficulties in solving system ***, this paper aims to address these challenges by investigating distributed observers for nonlinear systems through the full-measured canonical form(FMCF), which is inspired by full-measured system(FMS) theory. To begin with, this study addresses the fact that the FMCF can only be obtained through the observable canonical form(OCF) in existing FMS *** paper demonstrates that a class of nonlinear systems can directly obtain FMCF through state space equations, independent of OCF. Also, a general method for solving FMCF in such systems is provided. Furthermore, based on the FMCF, A distributed observer is developed for nonlinear systems under two scenarios: lipschitz conditions and open-loop bounded *** paper establishes their asymptotic omniscience and demonstrates that the designed distributed observer in this study has fewer design parameters and is more convenient to construct than existing approaches. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed methods is validated through simulation results on Van der Pol oscillators and microgrid systems.

The Teleconnection between Rainfall over the Northeastern Slope of the Tibetan Plateau and Downstream Regions:Insights from 20 Years of Heavy Rainfall Events

The connection between rainfall over topographic regions and their downstream areas represents a phenomenon of great concern in atmospheric *** on the rainfall events of the past two decades,we analyzed the impact of rainfall over the Northeastern Slope of the Tibetan Plateau(NSTP)on rainfall in downstream *** discovered that rainfall followed two propagation routes,guided by two modes related to the three-dimensional circulation *** the first mode,dominated by cold(warm)anomalies along the west(east)direction,rainfall over the NSTP was concentrated between an upstream cyclonic and a downstream anti-cyclonic anomalous circulation(an upstream trough and a downstream ridge).This pattern was accompanied by upper-level divergence,low-level convergence,a deep moist layer,and a vertical *** a consequence of the eastward movement of the trough-ridge system associated with the coldwarm anomalies,the rainfall over the NSTP moved eastward along 37°-40°N,reaching North China after about 36 *** the second mode,the circulation structure was also dominated by cold-warm anomalies but rotated clockwise,introducing cold anomalies to the northeast and warm anomalies to the east of the *** the southeastward movement of the circulation structure,rainfall concentrated upstream of the anti-cyclonic circulation around the warm center before moving southeastward to the Sichuan Basin along the eastern edge of the plateau after 30-36 *** findings of this study could broaden the understanding of rainfall-related teleconnection between two distant regions and offer helpful guidance for identifying early signals of rainfall disasters over the Chinese mainland.

Diluent modified weakly solvating electrolyte for fast-charging high-voltage lithium metal batteries

Weakly solvating electrolyte(WSE)demonstrates superior compatibility with lithium(li)metal batteries(LMBs).However,its application in fast-charging high-voltage LMBs is ***,we propose a diluent modified WSE for fast-charging high-voltage LMBs,which is formed by adding diluent of 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl-2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropyl ether(TTE)into the tetrahydropyran(THP)based WSE.A relatively loose solvation structure is formed due to the formation of weak hydrogen bond between TTE and THP,which accelerates the de-solvation kinetics of li~+.Besides,more anions are involved in solvation structure in the presence of TTE,yielding inorganic-rich interphases with improved ***(30μm)||li Ni_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_(2)(4.1 mAh/cm^(2))batteries with the TTE modified WSE retain over 64%capacity retention after 175 cycles under high rate of 3 C and high-voltage of 4.5 V,much better than that with pure THP based *** work points out that the combination of diluent with weakly solvating solvent is a promising approach to develop high performance electrolytes for fast-charging high-voltage LMBs.
