The paper studied the research status of fuzzy decision on the complex phenomenon. It proposed that the current researches focus on subjective fuzzy and objective randomness in language research information about this field, and the uncertainty factors influencing on the decision alternatives. To solve above problems, a new kind of fuzzy decision method was presented with cloud model and SPA. The method was used for the study of"The new rural energy development and utilization plan"to establish the renewable energy development model, and the corresponding solution was given. An active result was obtained in the experiment compared with the fuzzy twotuple linguistic analysis method, and it shows the method is rational, efficient and practical.

An efficient and versatile intelligent algorithm is developed for the control of the cabin environment of wind power *** method can be used to monitor and solve wind power generation problems at the same *** also provides several advantages with respect to other traditional methods which imply significant workload and maintenance *** functional requirements of the intelligent control system are analyzed,and a control algorithm for the stepping motor is selected and *** the comparative analysis of the active power and internal temperature curve for three kinds of output power of the prototype,it is proved that the environmental intelligent control system greatly improves the operation efficiency,solves typical problems in the ventilator room environment,and provides a solid theoretical basis for further research in this field.

Gini Coefficient-based Task Allocation for Multi-robot Systems With Limited Energy Resources

Nowadays, robots generally have a variety of capabilities, which often form a coalition replacing human to work in dangerous environment, such as rescue, exploration, etc. In these operating conditions, the energy supply of robots usually cannot be guaranteed. If the energy resources of some robots are consumed too fast, the number of the future tasks of the coalition will be affected. This paper will develop a novel task allocation method based on Gini coefficient to make full use of limited energy resources of multi-robot system to maximize the number of tasks. At the same time, considering resources consumption,we incorporate the market-based allocation mechanism into our Gini coefficient-based method and propose a hybrid method,which can flexibly optimize the task completion number and the resource consumption according to the application *** show that the multi-robot system with limited energy resources can accomplish more tasks by the proposed Gini coefficient-based method, and the hybrid method can be dynamically adaptive to changes of the work environment and realize the dual optimization goals.

At present, robot embedded systems have some common problems such as closure and poor dynamic evolution. Aiming at resolving this situation, our paper focuses on improvements to the robot embedded system and sets up a new robot system architecture, and we propose a syncretic mechanism of a robot and SoftMan （SM）. In the syncretic system, the structural organization of the SoftMan group and its modes are particularly important in establishing the task coordination mechanism. This paper, therefore, proposes a coordination organization model based on the SoftMan group, and studies in detail the process of task allocation for resource contention, which facilitates a rational allocation of system resources. During our research, we introduced Resource Requirement Length Algorithm （RRLA） to calculate the resource requirements of the task and a resource conformity degree allocation algorithm of Resource Conformity Degree Algorithm （RCDA） for resource contention. Finally, a comparative evaluation of RCDA with five other frequently used task allocation algorithms shows that RCDA has higher success and accuracy rates with good stability and reliability.

Dynamic resource discovery in a network of dispersed computing resources is an open problem. The establishment and maintenance of resource pool information are critical, which involves both the polymorphic migration of the network and the time and energy costs resulting from node selection and frequent interactions of information between nodes. The resource discovery problem for dispersed computing can be considered a dynamic multi-level decision problem. A bi-level programming model of dispersed computing resource discovery is developed, which is driven by time cost, energy consumption and accuracy of information acquisition. The upper-level model is to design a reasonable network structure of resource discovery, and the lower-level model is to explore an effective discovery mode. Complex network topology features are used for the first time to analyze the polymorphic migration characteristics of resource discovery networks. We propose an integrated calibration method for energy consumption parameters based on two discovery modes(i.e., agent mode and self-directed mode). A symmetric trust region based heuristic algorithm is proposed for solving the system model. The numerical simulation is performed in a dispersed computing network with multiple modes and topological states, which proves the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Dispersed computing can link all devices with computing capabilities on a global scale to form a fully decentralized network,which can make full use of idle computing *** the overall resource allocation of the dispersed computing system is a significant *** detail,by jointly managing the task requests of external users and the resource allocation of the internal system to achieve dynamic balance,the efficient and stable operation of the system can be *** this paper,we first propose a task-resource joint management model,which quantifies the dynamic transformation relationship between the resources consumed by task requests and the resources occupied by the system in dispersed ***,to avoid downtime caused by an overload of resources,we introduce intelligent control into the task-resource joint management *** existence and stability of the positive periodic solution of the model can be obtained by theoretical analysis,which means that the stable operation of dispersed computing can be guaranteed through the intelligent feedback control ***,to improve the system utilization,the task-resource joint management model with bi-directional intelligent control is further *** control thresholds for the two resources not only reverse restrains the system resource overload,but also carries out positive incentive control when a large number of idle resources *** existence and stability of the positive periodic solution of the model are proved theoretically,that is,the model effectively avoids the two extreme cases and ensure the efficient and stable operation of the ***,numerical simulation verifies the correctness and validity of the theoretical results.

Inspired by the fast,agile movements of insects,we present a 1.9 g,4.5 cm in length,piezoelectrically driven,quadrupedal *** microrobot uses a novel spatial parallel mechanism as its hip joint,which consists of two spatially orthogonal slider-crank *** mechanism maps two inputs of two independent actuators to the decoupled swing and lift outputs of a leg,and each leg can produce the closed trajectories in the sagittal plane necessary for robot ***,the kinematics of the transmission are analyzed,and the parameters of the flexure hinges are designed based on geometrical constraints and yield *** hip joints,legs and exoskeletons are integrated into a five-layer standard laminate for monolithic fabrication which is composed of two layers of carbon fiber,two layers of acrylic adhesive and a polyimide *** measured output force(15.97 mN)of each leg is enough to carry half of the robot’s weight,which is necessary for the robot to move *** has been proven that the robot can successfully perform forward and turning *** to the microrobot fabricated with discrete components,the monolithically fabricated microrobot is more capable of maintaining the original direction of locomotion when driven by a forward signal and has a greater speed,whose maximum speed is 25.05 cm/s.

Effect of drying cracks on swelling and self-healing of bentonite-sand blocks used as engineered barriers for radioactive waste disposal

Experiments were conducted to evaluate the healing of drying cracks in air-dried bentonite-sand blocks after hydration and swelling in groundwater,providing justifications to simplify the protection of blocks prior to installation in a high-level radioactive waste *** groundwater was prepared to represent the geochemistry of Beishan groundwater,and was used to hydrate the blocks during the swelling pressure and swelling strain measurements,as Beishan is the most promising site for China's *** of the surface cracks was recorded by photography,and healing of the internal cracks was visualized by CT images and hydraulic conductivity of air-dried *** results indicate that the maximum swelling pressure and swelling strain are primarily affected by the geochemistry of Beishan groundwater,but not affected by the drying *** maximum swelling pressure and swelling strain of air-dried blocks are comparable to or even higher than the pressure and strain of fresh *** maximum swelling pressure measured in strong(*** ion strength)Beishan groundwater was 44%of the pressure measured in deionized(DI)water,and the maximum swelling strain was reduced to 23%of the strain measured in DI ***,the remained swelling of the blocks hydrated in strong Beishan groundwater was sufficient to heal the surface and internal drying cracks,as demonstrated by the pictures of surface cracks and CT *** hydraulic conductivity of the air-dried block permeated with strong groundwater was comparable(3.7×higher)to the hydraulic conductivity of the fresh block,indicating the self-healing of drying cracks after hydration and swelling in groundwater.A simplified method of protecting the block with plastic wraps before installation is recommended,since the remained swelling of the block hydrated in Beishan groundwater is sufficient to heal the drying cracks.
