social determinants of health(sDOH)affect quality of *** investigated sDOH impacts on self-perceived resilience among people with adult congenital heart disease(ACHD).secondary analysis of data from two com-plementary studies:a survey study conducted May 2021–June 2022 and a qualitative study conducted June 2020–August *** was assessed through CD-RIsC10 score(range 0–40,higher scores reﬂect greater self-perceived resilience)and interview *** and sDOH(education,employment,living situa-tion,monetary stability,ﬁnancial dependency,area deprivation index)data were collected by healthcare record review and *** used linear regression with robust standard errors to analyze survey data and performed a thematic analysis of interview *** participants(N=127)mean age was 42±14 years;51%were female,87%*** was moderate(75%)or complex(25%);41%functional class C or ***(mean 30±7)varied by monetary stability:compared to people with difﬁculty paying bills,resilience was 15.0 points higher(95%CI:6.9–23.1,ps higher(95%CI:5.9–22.4,p=0.001)for those reporting just enough *** participants’(N=25)mean age was 32 years(range 22–44);52%were female,72%*** was moderate(56%)or complex(44%);76%functional class C or *** discussed factors affecting resilience aligned with each of the major sDOH,prominently,economic stability and healthcare access and *** stability may be important for supporting self-perceived resi-lience in *** knowledge can inform the development of resilience interventions for this population.

Peripheral oxygenation level (spOsub>2sub>) can provide vital information on body functions. Continuous monitoring facilitates effective diagnosis and treatment and can even be lifesaving. Clinical device monitor spOsub>2sub> using a clip, and measure light transmission through the tissue. This method limits the body locations of the clip’s placement and is sensitive to body movement, which hampers continuous spOsub>2sub> monitoring during wakefulness or sleep, thus decreasing its usability in clinics and its accessibility in homecare usage. We developed a portable, wireless, flat and low cost prototype for continuous monitoring of spOsub>2sub> that overcomes those limitations. The prototype enables convenient measurement in larger variety of body locations by spectrophotometric measurements of changes in the optical reflectance unlike other device that measure absorption through the tissue. The original design and signal processing enable reliable signal acquisition, synchronization and control. An Android’s application was developed to provide a user friendly interface for results display on smartphones. The prototype’s measurements were compared to commercial device that simultaneously measured heart rate frequency, transcutaneous oxygen tension (tcPOsub>2sub>) and spOsub>2sub>. The prototype’s measurements accurately reflected changes caused by blood pulses, were correlated to the heart rate, and were sensitive to changes in oxygen saturation. Excellent real time behavior and synchronization were demonstrated between the hardware and smartphone software. Our prototype thus enables convenient spOsub>2sub> measurement over the entire body, while maintaining accuracy comparable to commercial device. Its smartphone application enables accessible and understandable results display to patients, care-givers and healthcare professionals. One of the oldest published records of benthic fauna was made in 1893 by dredging along transects from soft bottoms, sand and shell debris to rocky bottoms in an archipelago at the swedish skagerrak coast. Three of the transects were revisited in 2010 and then fewer taxa were recorded and the shared species between sampling dates at the transects were only between 8% and 12%. The main causes for the drastic changes are suggested to be large-scale eutrophication changing the vegetation composition and variation of climatic factors.

The benefits of regular physical activity are well ***,few studies have examined the effectiveness of integrating physical activity(PA)into curricula within a post-secondary *** investigate the incorporation of PA into medical curriculum,we developed a series of optional exercise-based review sessions designed to reinforce musculoskeletal(MsK)anatomy course *** synchronous sessions were co-taught by a group fitness instructor and an anatomy *** fitness instructor would lead students through both strength and yoga style exercises,while the anatomy instructor asked questions about relevant anatomical structures related to course material previously *** the sessions,participants were asked to evaluate the classes on their self-reported exam preparedness in improving MsK anatomy knowledge,PA levels,and mental *** participants completed surveys;a majority agreed that the classes increased understanding of MsK concepts(90.0%)and activity levels(97.7%).Many(70.0%)felt that the classes helped reduce *** majority of respondents(90.0%)agreed that the classes contributed to increased feelings of social ***,medical students saw benefit in PA based interventions to supplement MsK course *** with increasing activity levels and promoting health behaviours,integrating PA into medical curriculum may improve comprehension of learning material,alleviate stress and foster social connectivity among medical students.

Green ionic metal-organic frameworks as nanocatalysts for CO_(2)fixation

Co,Ni,and Zn iso-reticular coordination polymers of 2,5-dihydroxyterphthalic acid(H_(2)dot)can be rapidly obtained under room temperature and aqueous conditions using either sodium or ammonium hydroxide as the bases to deprotonate the *** use of metal bromides and tetrabutylammonium hydroxide(TBAOH)as the base allows the green synthesis of ionic metal-organic frameworks(MOFs),characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(sEM),thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA),H-nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),elemental analysis,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPs),and employed in the pressure,solvent,and additive-free CO_(2)fixation to epoxides by its cycloaddition to epichlorohydrin,exhibiting a cooperative behavior between the MOF and the ionic liquid formed within the framework,achieving TONs of the confined tetrabutylammonium bromide(TBABr)up to 700.

If there is a small explicit symmetry breaking, either already in the Lagrangian or due to quantum effects such as anomalies, the boson acquires a mass and is called a pseudo-NG boson. Typical examples are axions （A^0） [1,2], familons [3] and Majorons [4], associated, respectively, with a spontaneously broken Peccei-Quinn, family and lepton-number symmetry.
