“Peripheral nerve injury”refers to damage or trauma affecting nerves outside the brain and spinal *** nerve injury results in movements or sensation impairments,and represents a serious public health *** severed peripheral nerves have been effectively joined and various therapies have been offered,recovery of sensory or motor functions remains limited,and efficacious therapies for complete repair of a nerve injury remain *** emerging field of mesenchymal stem cells and their exosome-based therapies hold promise for enhancing nerve regeneration and *** stem cells,as large living cells responsive to the environment,secrete various factors and *** latter are nano-sized extracellular vesicles containing bioactive molecules such as proteins,microRNA,and messenger RNA derived from parent mesenchymal stem *** have pivotal roles in cell-to-cell communication and nervous tissue function,offering solutions to changes associated with cell-based *** ongoing investigations,mesenchymal stem cells and mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosome-based therapies are in the exploratory stage.A comprehensive review of the latest preclinical experiments and clinical trials is essential for deep understanding of therapeutic strategies and for facilitating clinical *** review initially explores current investigations of mesenchymal stem cells and mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes in peripheral nerve injury,exploring the underlying ***,it provides an overview of the current status of mesenchymal stem cell and exosomebased therapies in clinical trials,followed by a comparative analysis of therapies utilizing mesenchymal stem cells and ***,the review addresses the limitations and challenges associated with use of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes,offering potential solutions and guiding future directions.

ARecent progress on detonation drivers is reviewed. Performances of the forward detonation driver and backward detonation driver have been observed. To eliminate occurrence of a Taylor wave following the detonation wave in the primary driver and to improve the performance of the detonation driver, an additional backward detonation driver was proposed to attach to the end of the forward detonation driver. When the ratio of the initial pressures between the additional and the primary drivers becomes larger than or equal to a critical value, the Taylor wave will disappear, and thus a homogeneous driving gas with high pressure and high temperature can be generated. Furthermore, an over-driving detonation wave will be also obtained, which can increase the driving capability.

When grid side converter(GSC)is connected to weak grid,the small signal instability can happen due to terminal characteristics of the GSC that are incompatible with the grid *** issue is not of wide concern in previous studies of direct power control(DPC)of *** small signal analysis,it is shown that the impedance characteristic of the conventional direct power control GSC is not compatible with the inductive grid impedance in weak grid due to its constant power load *** solve the problem,instead of feeding the DPC controller with direct measured voltage and current,a Kalman filter(KF)is used to obtain filtered output current and a double second-order generalized integrator(DSOGI)is used to obtain filtered voltage at the point of common coupling(PCC).These strategies change the impedance characteristic of the GSC dramatically and make it suitable to operate in weak grid where SCR is 2,while the rapid power response is *** proposed strategy is verified through simulation and controller hardware in loop(CHIL)tests.

Lead-halide perovskite nanoparticles（LHP NPs） are highly promising materials for next-generation displays and solid-state lighting due to their exceptional optical properties. However, their inherent instability presents a significant challenge. Recent advances have demonstrated that optoelectronic devices based on monolayer nanoparticle films exhibit both high luminescence efficiency and long-term *** research demonstrates that mobility limitations and anisotropic alignments in CsPbBr3nanocube monolayer films are key to their stabilization, hindering spontaneous growth through face-to-face fusion and resulting in the formation of connecting necks in a diagonal direction. Introducing laser irradiation confirmed this by significantly accelerating nanocubes growth, increasing mobility, and enhancing local structural ordering, leading to larger and more regularly shaped nanosheets. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy line-scan analyses indicated that laser irradiation did not disrupt the ligand structure. Transmission electron microscopy and correlative cathodoluminescence electron microscopy revealed the effects of post-growth and heterogeneous structures, including enhanced luminescence and inhomogeneous intensity in the nanosheets. These findings deepen the understanding of the post-growth mechanism of monolayer nanoparticles and the structure-emission correlation and highlight the unique role of laser irradiation in directing the formation of well-defined and regular nanostructures.

Herein,we report the first example showing the reversible on-off switching of spin-crossover(SCO)property by solid state photochemical[2+2]*** ultraviolet(UV)light-induced[2+2]cycloaddition reaction of 3-spy ligands in a twodimensional(2D)Hofmann-type framework[Fe(3-spy)_(2){Pd(CN)_(4)}](1,3-spy=3-styrylpyridine),which shows a hysteretic twostep SCO behavior,gives a 3D Hofmann-type framework[Fe(rctt-3-ppcb){Pd(CN)_(4)}](2,rctt-3-ppcb=rctt-1,3-bis(3-pyridyl)-2,4-bis(phenyl)cyclobutane,r=reference group,c=cis and t=trans)accompanied with the disappearing of SCO ***,upon heating at 250℃ for 12 h,the rctt-3-ppcb ligand in 2 could be partially dedimerized to 3-spy with 68%completion through single-crystal-to-single-crystal(SCSC)transformation,giving the annealing complexes[Fe(3-spy)1.36(rctt-3-ppcb)0.32{Pd(CN)_(4)}](3)which display an incomplete SCO *** 2■3 interconversion is successfully achieved via continuous UV irradiation and thermal annealing,demonstrating the effectiveness of photochemical[2+2]reaction on switching on-off SCO properties.

Low-electrode capacitive deionization(FCDI)is an emerging desalination technology with great potential for removal and/or recycling ions from a range of ***,it still suffers from inefficient charge transfer and ion transport kinetics due to weak turbulence and low electric intensity in flow electrodes,both restricted by the current ***,a new tip-array current collector(designated as T-CC)was developed to replace the conventional planar current collectors,which intensifies both the charge transfer and ion transport *** effects of tip arrays on flow and electric fields were studied by both computational simulations and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,which revealed the reduction of ion transport barrier,charge transport barrier and internal *** the voltage increased from 1.0 to 1.5 and 2.0 V,the T-CC-based FCDI system(T-FCDI)exhibited average salt removal rates(ASRR)of 0.18,0.50,and 0.89μmol cm^(-2) min^(-1),respectively,which are 1.82,2.65,and 2.48 folds higher than that of the conventional serpentine current collectors,and 1.48,1.67,and 1.49 folds higher than that of the planar current ***,with the solid content in flow electrodes increased from 1 to 5 wt%,the ASRR for T-FCDI increased from 0.29 to 0.50μmol cm^(-2) min^(-1),which are 1.70 and 1.67 folds higher than that of the planar current ***,a salt removal efficiency of 99.89%was achieved with T-FCDI and the charge efficiency remained above 95%after 24 h of operation,thus showing its superior long-term stability.

The development of an advanced phototheranostic platform that combines imaging and therapy in a single agent is an appealing yet challenging *** this study,we successfully constructed three novel fluorescent probes by leveraging pharmaceutical chemistry and the design philosophy of theπ-bridge *** a systematic comparative analysis of their fluorescence properties,water solubility,molecular conformation,and electrostatic potential,we revealed the fundamental principles governing the optical behavior and biological selectivity of these ***,the probe TPhIQ-CNTh demonstrated extended fluorescence in the near-infrared region,a significant aggregation-induced emission (AIE) effect,and the ability to distinguish tumor cells from normal ***,it efficiently generated reactive oxygen species (ROS) and specifically labeled lipid droplets,enabling the precise staining and killing of cancer *** study presents a practical strategy for designing precise tumor treatments that integrate efficient imaging-guided photodynamic therapy (PDT) by harnessing the unique properties of AIE materials.

Tailings impoundments can potentially collapse due to damage caused by earthquakes,which has frequently occurred around the *** study takes the proposed valley type tailings impoundment in Yunnan as the research object to analyze the dynamic response behavior under earthquake action with both numerical simulation and physical model test(1:300).The results of both tests show that the dynamic response of the valley type tailings impoundment is characterized by"medium stiffness effect",in other words,in a certain range,the"softer"the unsaturated tailings sand is,the more energy it can dissipate,which leads the decrease of the value of the acceleration amplification *** addition,the peak acceleration of the monitoring points increases with the vertical elevation,which indicates that the"elevation amplification effect"exists in the tailings impoundment dynamic *** middle part of the outer side of the raised embankment reacts more sensitive than the crest,which is similar to the slope dynamic *** starter dam reacts sensitively under the earthquake excitation,which should be given more attention during the seismic *** dynamic response rules reflected by the numerical simulation are consistent with the results monitored on the physical model test,although there are some differences between their *** dynamic response rules of the valley type tailings impoundment can provide basis for the design of the similar projects in this region.
