We investigated the impact and predictive value of bladder f.nction in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)on the efficacy of transurethral ***,imaging,and urodynamic data of patients who underwent transurethral prostatectomy at West China Hospital of Sichuan University(Chengdu,China)from July 2019 to December 2021 were ***-up data included the quality of life(QoL),International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),and IPSS storage and voiding(IPSS-s and IPSS-v).Moreover,urinary creatinine(Cr),nerve growth factor(nGf),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDnf),and prostaglandin estradiol(PGE2)were measured in 30 patients with BPH and 30 healthy *** indicators were determined by subgroup analyses and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve *** the 313 patients with BPH included,patients with severe micturition problems had more improvements but higher micturition grades postoperatively than those with moderate ***,good bladder sensation,compliance,and detrusor contractility(Dc)were predictors of low postoperative IPSS and *** urinary concentrations of BDnf/Cr,nGf/Cr,and PGE2/Cr in patients were significantly higher than those in healthy participants(all Pfter evaluation,only DC was significantly related to both urinary indicators and postoperative recovery of *** with good DC,as predicted by urinary indicators,had lower IPSS and IPSS-v than those with reduced DC at the 1st month postoperatively(both Pn summary,patients with impaired bladder f.nction had poor *** combined levels of urinary BDnf/Cr,nGf/Cr,and PGE2/Cr in patients with BPH may be valid predictors of preoperative bladderf.nction and postoperative recovery.

Retrogressive thaw slumps(RTSs)caused by the thawing of ground ice on permafrost slopes have dramatically increased and become a common permafrost hazard across the northern Hemisphere during previous ***,a gap remains in our comprehensive understanding of the spatial controlling factors,including the climate and terrain,that are conducive to these RTSs at a global *** machine learning methodologies,we mapped the current and future RTSs susceptibility distributions by incorporating a range of environmental factors and RTSs *** identified freezing-degree days and maximum summer rainfall as the primary environmental factors affecting RTSs *** f.nal ensemble susceptibility map suggests that regions with high to very high susceptibility could constitute(11.6±0.78)%of the northern Hemisphere's permafrost *** juxtaposed with the current(2000-2020)RTSs susceptibility map,the total area with high to very high susceptibility could witness an increase ranging from(31.7±0.65)%(SSP585)to(51.9±0.73)%(SSP126)by the *** insights gleaned from this study not only offer valuable implications for engineering applications across the northern Hemisphere,but also provide a long-term insight into the potential change of RTSs in permafrost regions in response to climate change.

All-inorganic CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite has attracted widespread attention in photovoltaic and other optoelectronic devices because of its superior thermal ***,the deposition of high-quality solutionprocessed CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite films with large thicknesses remains ***,we develop a triple-component precursor(TCP) by employing lead bromide,lead iodide,and cesium bromide,to replace the most commonly used double-component precursor(DCP) consisting of lead bromide and cesium ***,the TCP system significantly increases the solution concentration to 1.3 M,leading to a larger film thickness(~390 nm) and enhanced light *** resultant CsPbIBr_(2) films were evaluated in planar n-i-p structured solar cells,which exhibit a considerably higher optimal photocurrent density of 11.50 mA cm^(-2) in comparison to that of DCP-based devices(10.69 mA cm^(-2)).By adopting an organic surface passivator,the maximum device efficiency using TCP is further boosted to a record efficiency of 12.8% for CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite solar cells.

Rapid urbanization has led to changes in the urban land surface thermal ***,there are still much unknown about the urban land surface thermal conditions in permafrost *** is a unique geological environment,changes in the urban land surface thermal environment may trigger geological disasters caused by permafrost *** study utilized remote sensing data and geographic de-tectors to identify the dynamic changes in land surface temperature(LST)and land use/land cover(LU/LC)in Yakutsk,as well as the potential factors contributing to LST *** 1992 and 2020,the built-up area in Yakutsk increased by 36%,and the annual average LST in Yakutsk has risen by 6.67℃,accompanied by an expansion of high-temperature *** ongoing greening efforts,rapid urbanization poses a threat to these green *** in the normalized difference built-up index(nDBI)and land use transfer(LDT)were identified as the primary drivers of urban LST *** integrating geographic detector technology and artificial neural network models,we optimized the selection of input factors in the prediction model and used it to explore the future changes in LST in *** average LST in Yakutsk is expected to reach 23.4℃ and 25.1℃ in 2030 and 2040,respectively,with a further increase in high-temperature *** study provides a reference for ecological,hydrological,and geological assessments of cities in permafrost regions.

Two-dimensional hafnium-based semiconductors and their heterostructures with native oxides have been shown unique physical properties and potential electronic and optoelectronic ***,the scalable synthesis methods for ultrathin layered hafnium-based semiconductor laterally epitaxy growth and its heterostructure are still restricted,also for the understanding of its formation ***,we report the stable sublimation of alkali halide vapor assisted synthesis strategy for high-quality 2D HfSe_(2) nanosheets via chemical vapor ***-crystalline ultrathin 2D HfSe_(2) nanosheets were systematically grown by tuning the growth parameters,reaching the lateral size of 6‒40μm and the thickness down to 4.5 *** scalable amorphous HfO_(2)and HfSe_(2)heterostructures were achieved by the controllable oxidation,which benefited from the approximate zero Gibbs free energy of unstable 2D HfSe_(2) *** crystal structure,elemental,and time dependent Raman characterization were carried out to understand surface precipitated Se atoms and the formation of amorphous Hf−O bonds,confirming the slow surface oxidation and lattice incorporation of oxygen *** relatively smooth surface roughness and electrical potential change of HfO_(2)−HfSe_(2) heterostructures indicate the excellent interface quality,which helps obtain the high performance memristor with high on/off ratio of 105 and long retention period over 9000 *** work introduces a new vapor catalysts strategy for the synthesis of lateral 2D HfSe_(2) nanosheets,also providing the scalable oxidation of the Hf-based heterostructures for 2D electronic devices.

The Bozhong Sag is the largest petroliferous sag in the Bohai Bay Basin,and the source rocks of Paleogene Dongying and Shahejie formations were buried *** of the drillings were located at the structural high,and there were few wells that met good quality source rocks,so it is difficult to evaluate the source rocks in the study area precisely by geochemical analysis *** on the Rock-Eval pyrolysis,total organic carbon(TOC)testing,the organic matter(OM)abundance of Paleogene source rocks in the southwestern Bozhong Sag were evaluated,including the lower of second member of Dongying formation(E_(3)d2L),the third member of Dongying formation(E_(3)d_(3)),the first and second members of Shahejie formation(E_(2)s_(1+2)),the third member of Shahejie formation(E_(2)s_(3)).The results indicate that the E_(2)s_(1+2)and E_(2)s_(3)have better hydrocarbon generative potentials with the highest OM abundance,the E_(3)d_(3)are of the second good quality,and the E_(3)d2L have poor to fair hydrocarbon generative ***,the well logs were applied to predict TOC and residual hydrocarbon generation potential(S_(2))based on the sedimentary facies classification,usingΔlogR,generalizedΔlogR,logging multiple linear regression and BP neural network *** various methods were compared,and the BP neural network method have relatively better prediction *** on the pre-stack simultaneous inversion(P-wave impedance,P-wave velocity and density inversion results)and the post-stack seismic attributes,the three-dimensional(3D)seismic prediction of TOC and S_(2)was carried *** results show that the seismic near well prediction results of TOC and S_(2)based on seismic multi-attributes analysis correspond well with the results of well logging methods,and the plane prediction results are identical with the sedimentary facies map in the study *** TOC and S_(2)values of E_(2)s_(1+2)and E_(2)s_(3)are higher than those in E_(3)d_(3)and E_(3)d_(2)L,basicall
