With an increase in global aging,the number of people affected by cerebrovascular diseases is also increasing,and the incidence of vascular dementia-closely related to cerebrovascular risk-is increasing at an epidemic ***,few therapeutic options exist that can markedly improve the cognitive impairment and prognosis of vascular dementia *** in Alzheimer’s disease and other neurological disorders,synaptic dysfunction is recognized as the main reason for cognitive *** oxide is one of the ubiquitous gaseous cellular messengers involved in multiple physiological and pathological processes of the central nervous ***,nitric oxide has been implicated in regulating synaptic plasticity and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of vascular *** review introduces in detail the emerging role of nitric oxide in physiological and pathological states of vascular dementia and summarizes the diverse effects of nitric oxide on different aspects of synaptic dysfunction,neuroinflammation,oxidative stress,and blood-brain barrier dysfunction that underlie the progress of vascular ***,we propose that targeting the nitric oxide-sGC-cGMP pathway using certain specific approaches may provide a novel therapeutic strategy for vascular dementia.

Fracture is the primary failure type for the UO2ceramic pellets,which are operated under irradiation and thermal processes,and physically confined by the *** this work,by combining closely coupled physical processes of heat conduction,heat transfer,and mechanical deformation with the cohesive phase field framework,we proposed a high-precision modeling of quasistatic cracking of three-dimensional （3D） UO2ceramic fuel pellets under high temperature and *** simulation results agree well with the experimental results,indicating that the proposed method has the potential to capture 3D crack modes in the interested time ***,we studied the relation of the 3D fracture patterns of fuel pellets with the peak power *** was found that the power level plays a critical role in determining the competition between radial and circumferential cracks,as well as transverse penetrating cracks.

In this study, we present a unified sparsity-driven framework that significantly enhances motion deblurring performance by integrating two key components: a custom-designed dataset and a low-rank module(LRM). This framework leverages the inherent sparsity of per-pixel blur kernels to bolster both deblurring accuracy and model interpretability. Firstly, we propose an adaptive-basis decomposition-based deblurring(ADD) approach, which constructs a tailored training dataset to enhance the generalization capacity of the deblurring network. The ADD framework adaptively decomposes motion blur into sparse basis elements, effectively addressing the intricacies associated with non-uniform blurs. Secondly, an LRM is proposed to improve the interpretability of deblurring models as a plug-and-play module, primarily designed to identify and harness the intrinsic sparse features in sharp images. A series of ablation studies have been conducted to substantiate the synergistic advantages of combining the proposed ADD with the LRM for overall improvement in deblurring efficacy. Subsequently, we empirically demonstrate through rigorous experimentation that incorporating the LRM into an existing Uformer network leads to substantial enhancement in reconstruction performance. This integration yields a sparsity-guided low-rank network(SGLRN). Operating under the overarching principle of sparsity, SGLRN consistently outperforms state-of-the-art methods across multiple standard deblurring benchmarks. Comprehensive experimental results, assessed through quantitative metrics and qualitative visual evaluations, provide compelling evidence of its effectiveness. Numerical Simulation of Thermal Stress of Shaped Casting Based on Rheological Model

In order to study the thermal stresses at the mushy zone, a three dimensional rheological model [H]-[H\N]-[N\S] including elastic, visco-elastic and visco-plastic elements was established, its algorithm and codes for finite element method were also developed. A FDM/FEM integrated analysis system of thermal stresses was built based on the integration of this procedure with thermal analysis by finite difference method. A steel sample casting with a hot spot was simulated in order to validate this system, and the calculated and experimental results were in good agreement.

Plant breeding for resistance to agricultural pests is an essential element in the development of integrated crop management systems, however, the molecular and genetic mechanisms underlying resistance are poorly understood. In this pilot study, we conducted a transcriptomic analysis of a resistant （R） and susceptible （S） variety of alfalfa, with （＋A） or without （-A） aphids （totally four treatments）. We used the resistant cultivar Zhongmu t and the susceptible cultivar Soca. A total of 3 549 mRNAs were differentially expressed, of which 1 738 up-regulated and 1 307 down-regulated genes were identified in S＋A/S-A plants, while 543 up-regulated and 331 down-regulated genes were identified in the R＋A/R-A plants. KEGG analysis mapped 112 and 546 differentially expressed genes to 8 and 17 substantially enriched pathways for Zhongmu 1 and Soca, respectively. Six shared pathways were linked to plant resistance traits, including phenylpropanoid biosynthesis associated with salicylic acid synthesis, and linoleic acid metabolism associated with both jasmonic acid and flavonoid biosynthesis. Ultimately, we proposed a preliminary regulatory mechanism of alfalfa cultivar resistance response to aphids feeding based on transcriptome analyses and published documents.
