The expression and prognostic value of protein tyrosine kinase 6 in early-stage cervical squamous cell cancer

Background:Protein tyrosine kinase 6(PTK6) is overexpressed in many epithelial tumors and predicts poor ***,PTK6 expression status and its role in cervical squamous cell cancer are *** study aimed to investigate the expression level and clinical significance of PTK6 in early-stage cervical squamous cell ***:Quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR) and western blotting analysis were performed to detect PTK6 mRNA and protein expression levels in 10 freshly frozen,early-stage cervical squamous cell cancer specimens and adjacent non-tumorous cervical *** expression of PTK6 was detected using immunohistochemical staining in 150 formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded,early-stage cervical squamous cell cancer sections and 10 normal cervical tissue ***:The mRNA and protein levels of PTK6 in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent non-tumorous cervical *** analysis showed that PTK6 was not expressed in normal cervical tissues but was overexpressed in the cytoplasm of cervical squamous cell cancer *** level of PTK6 expression was significantly associated with tumor grade(P = 0.020).The 5-year overall survival rate of patients with high PTK6 expression was lower than that of patients with low PTK6 expression(81.3%vs.96.2%,P = 0.008).Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that the expression level of PTK6 in cervical squamous cell cancer was an independent prognostic factor for patient survival(hazard ratio = 5.999,95%confidence interval 1.622-22.191,P< 0.05).Conclusions:PTK6 is overexpressed in cervical squamous ceil *** PTK6 expression is associated with reduced 5-year overall ***6 expression is an independent prognostic predictor for cervical cancer.

Armoring lithium metal anode with soft±rigid gradient interphase toward high-capacity and long-life all-solid-state battery

Solid polymer electrolytes （SPEs） are highly promising for realizing high-capacity,low-cost,and safe Li metal ***,the Li dendritic growth and side reactions between Li and SPEs also plague these ***,a fluorinated lithium salt coating （FC） with organicinorganic gradient and soft-rigid feature is introduced on Li surface as an artificial protective layer by the in-situ reaction between Li metal and fluorinated carboxylic *** FC layer can improve the interface stability and wettability between Li and SPEs,assist the transport of Li ions,and guide Li nucleation,contributing to a dendrite-free Li deposition and long-lifespan Li metal *** symmetric cell with FC-Li anodes exhibits a high areal capacity of 1 mah cm-2at 0.5 ma cm-2,and an ultra-long lifespan of 2000 h at a current density of 0.1 m A ***,the full cell paired with the LiFePO4cathode exhibits improved cycling stability,remaining 83.7%capacity after 500 cycles at 1 *** matching with the S cathode,the FC layer can prevent the shuttle effect,contributing to stable and high-capacity Li-S *** work provided a promising way for the construction of stable all-solid-state lithium metal batteries with prolonged lifespan.

Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)undergo various degradation phenomena such as material decomposition,structural change and uneven lithium ion distribution during long-term cycles,which would affect their performance and *** order to improve the performance of the LIBs during their life cycle,preload force is preset when the batteries are *** preload forces will in turn affect the cycle life and heat generation of the *** order to address this issue,this work carries out charge/discharge cycle tests on a NCM811 battery under different preload *** calorimetry tests are performed to investigate the battery heat generation under different states of health(SOHs)and preload *** on the test results,an empirical prediction model for heat generation power as a function of SOH is *** show that when the preload force is 5 N·m,the battery capacity decreases in the slowest rate and the average heat generation power is the *** in peaks of the incremental capacity curve can be used to characterize the loss of lithium at the electrode,which in turn characterizes the change of heat generation power of the *** average heat generation power is mainly affected by the SOH,going through a period of trough with the decrease of the SOH and continuing to increase after crossing the critical *** general,these findings emphasize the relationship between preload force,SOH and heat generation power,which is helpful for the judgment of optimal preload to improve the efficiency of LIBs.

Experimental research on the launching system of auxiliary charge with filter cartridge structure

A launching system with a filter cartridge structure was proposed to improve the muzzle velocity of the *** combustion chamber of the launching system is divided into two fixed chambers,one is located in the breech chamber,and the other is arranged in the *** breech chamber charge was ignited first,and the charges in the auxiliary chambers were ignited by the high-temperature,highpressure combustible gas trailing the *** this way,the combustible gas in the auxiliary chambers could compensate for the pressure drop caused by the movement of the *** proposed device features the advantage of launching a projectile with high muzzle velocity without exceeding the maximum pressure in the *** order to obtain some internal ballistic characteristics of the launch system,some critical structure,such as the length of the filter cartridge auxiliary charge,the combustion degree of the propellant in the chamber,and the length of the barrel,are *** experimental results show that with the increased auxiliary charge length,a pressure plateau or even a secondary peak pressure can be formed,which is less than the peak *** projectile velocity increased by 23.57%,14.64%,and 7.65%when the diaphragm thickness was 0 mm,1 mm,and2 mm,*** muzzle velocity of the projectile can be increased by 13.42%by increasing the length of the *** the same charge condition,with the increase of barrel length,the energy utilization rate of propellant increases by 28.64%.

Effect of dynamic loading orientation on fracture properties of surrounding rocks in twin tunnels

For expedited transportation,vehicular tunnels are often designed as two adjacent tunnels,which frequently experience dynamic stress waves from various orientations during blasting *** analyze the impact of dynamic loading orientation on the stability of the twin-tunnel,a split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)apparatus was used to conduct a dynamic test on the twin-tunnel *** two tunnels were rotated around the specimen’s center to consider the effect of dynamic loading ***-DYNA software was used for numerical simulation to reveal the failure properties and stress wave propagation law of the twin-tunnel *** findings indicate that,for a twin-tunnel exposed to a dynamic load from different orientations,the crack initiation position appears most often at the tunnel corner,tunnel spandrel,and tunnel *** the impact direction is created by a certain angle(30°,45°,60°,120°,135°,and 150°),the fractures are produced in the middle of the line between the left tunnel corner and the right tunnel *** the impact loading angle(a)is 90°,the tunnel sustains minimal damage,and only tensile fractures form in the surrounding *** orientation of the impact load could change the stress distribution in the twin-tunnel,and major fractures are more likely to form in areas where the tensile stress is concentrated.

Global Dynamics of a Kawasaki Disease Vascular Endothelial Cell Injury Model with Backward Bifurcation and Hopf Bifurcation

Kawasaki disease（KD） is an acute, febrile, systemic vasculitis that mainly affects children under five years of age. In this paper, we propose and study a class of 5-dimensional ordinary differential equation model describing the vascular endothelial cell injury in the lesion area of KD. This model exhibits forward/backward bifurcation. It is shown that the vascular injury-free equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable if the basic reproduction number R0manent if the basic reproduction number R0> 1, and some explicit analytic expressions of ultimate lower bounds of the solutions of the model are *** results suggest that the control of vascular injury in the lesion area of KD is not only correlated with the basic reproduction number R0, but also with the growth rate of normal vascular endothelial cells promoted by the vascular endothelial growth factor.

Hemispherical resonator with low subsurface damage machined by small ball-end fine diamond grinding wheel:A novel grinding technique

As for the ultra-precision grinding of the hemispherical fused silica resonator,due to the hard and brittle nature of fused silica,subsurface damage(SSD)is easily generated,which enormously influences the performance of such ***,ultra-precision grinding experiments are carried out to investigate the surface/subsurface quality of the hemispherical resonator machined by the small ball-end fine diamond grinding *** influence of grinding parameters on the surface roughness(SR)and SSD depth of fused silica samples is then *** experimental results indicate that the SR and SSD depth decreased with the increase of grinding speed and the decrease of feed rate and grinding *** addition,based on the material strain rate and the maximum undeformed chip thickness,the effect of grinding parameters on the subsurface damage mechanism of fused silica samples is ***,a multi-step ultra-precision grinding technique of the hemispherical resonator is proposed based on the interaction influence between grinding depth and feed ***,the hemispherical resonator is processed by the proposed grinding technique,and the SR is improved from 454.328 nm to 110.449 nm while the SSD depth is reduced by 94%from 40μm to 2.379μ*** multi-step grinding technique proposed in this paper can guide the fabrication of the hemispherical resonator.
