In this paper we establish the existence, uniqueness and iterative approximation of solutions for two classes of functional equations arising in dynamic programming of multistage decision processes. The results presented here extend, and unify the corresponding results due to Bellman, Bhakta and Choudhury, Bhakta and Mitra, liu and others.

Solid-state lithium batteries （SSLBs） are regarded as an essential growth path in energy storage systems due to their excellent safety and high energy *** particular,SSLBs using conversion-type cathode materials have received widespread attention because of their high theoretical energy densities,low cost,and *** the great progress in research and development of SSLBs based on conversiontype cathodes,their practical applications still face challenges such as blocked ionic-electronic migration pathways,huge volume change,interfacial incompatibility,and expensive processing *** review focuses on the advantages and critical issues of coupling conversion-type cathodes with solid-state electrolytes （SSEs）,as well as state-of-the-art progress in various promising cathodes （e.g.,FeS2,CuS,FeF3,FeF2,and S） in ***,representative research on conversion-type solid-state full cells is discussed to offer enlightenment for their practical ***,the energy density exhibited by the S cathode stands out impressively,while sulfide SSEs and halide SSEs have demonstrated immense potential for coupling with conversion-type ***,perspectives on conversion-type cathodes are provided at the material,interface,composite electrode,and battery levels,with a view to accelerating the development of conversion-type cathodes for high-energy–density SSLBs.

N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A), the most prevalent and conserved RNA modification in eukaryotic cells, profoundly influences virtually all aspects of mRNA metabolism. mRNA plays crucial roles in neural stem cell genesis and neural regeneration, where it is highly concentrated and actively involved in these processes. Changes in m^(6)A modification levels and the expression levels of related enzymatic proteins can lead to neurological dysfunction and contribute to the development of neurological diseases. Furthermore, the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells, as well as nerve regeneration, are intimately linked to memory function and neurodegenerative diseases. This paper presents a comprehensive review of the roles of m^(6)A in neural stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and self-renewal, as well as its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases. m^(6)A has demonstrated divergent effects on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells. These observed contradictions may arise from the time-specific nature of m^(6)A and its differential impact on neural stem cells across various stages of development. Similarly, the diverse effects of m^(6)A on distinct types of memory could be attributed to the involvement of specific brain regions in memory formation and recall. Inconsistencies in m^(6)A levels across different models of neurodegenerative disease, particularly Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, suggest that these disparities are linked to variations in the affected brain regions. Notably, the opposing changes in m^(6)A levels observed in Parkinson's disease models exposed to manganese compared to normal Parkinson's disease models further underscore the complexity of m^(6)A's role in neurodegenerative processes. The roles of m^(6)A in neural stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and self-renewal, and its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases, appear contradictory. Systematicly tuning the porosities of porous materials is crucial for targeted gas mixture separation,yet it remains a longstanding *** a common strategy,altering the phenylene ring count in the organic building units has been exploited to adjust pore apertures in metal organic frameworks （MOFs） and covalent organic frameworks （COFs）,resulting in only a stepwise pore size variation of approximately 2.8?.Unlike MOFs and COFs,the porosities for supramolecular assembly frameworks are highly dependent on the packings of the molecular building units in the *** above strategy cannot be applied to supramolecular assembly frameworks and other strategies are required to adjust pore apertures in supramolecular frameworks,especially to achieve porous materials with the optimal pore size for D2/H2separation （～3?）.Here,we successfully modulate the porosity of supramolecular frameworks of[CoII1+12CoIII8L12（μ3-OH）24（X）]1clusters （L=mono-deprotonated 1-iminoisoindole-3-amine,X=ClO?4or Cl?） by controlling the duration of self-assembly *** simply adjusting the reaction time,we obtain three[CoII12CoIII8L12（μ3-OH）24（X）]11+supramolecular frameworks:[CoII12CoIII8（μ3-OH）24（ClO4）L12)]·（Cl）4·（HCO2）7（1）,[CoII12CoIII8L12（μ3-OH）24（Cl）]·（ClOI4）4·（Cl）6·（HCO2）·（H2O）10（2）,and[CoI12CoIII8L12（μ3-OH）24（Cl）]·（Cl）11·（H2O）12（3）.The different stacking patterns of the[CoII12CoIII8L12（μ3-OH）24（X）]11+clusters in these frameworks lead to significantly varied stabilities and *** 1 exhibits permanent porosity with interconnected channels and maintains stability under harsh *** contrast,compound 2 is nearly nonporous,and compound 3 becomes unstable upon *** pores of compound 1 show higher affinity to D2than H2,and the pore aperture diameter of compound 1 （～3.06?） meets the optimal porosity for D2/***,compound 1 demonstrates moderate D2/H2separation at 77 K (retention time:～7 min/g for D2/H2/Ne （10/10/80 vol%） in a flow of 5 mL

吉西他滨耐药限制了其对胰腺癌的治疗效果,而传统化学药物无法有效克服吉西他滨对胰腺癌的耐药.研究表明,microRNA(miRNA)的异常表达与肿瘤发生、发展和化疗耐药性有关.对miR-483-3p在胰腺癌吉西他滨耐药中的作用和潜在机制进行了研究.qPCR结果显示miR-483-3p在胰腺癌耐药细胞中显著下调.miR-483-3p minics瞬时转染显著提高了耐药细胞内miR-483-3p的表达水平,显著减弱了耐药细胞的增殖、迁移、转移和侵袭能力,恢复了吉西他滨的反应性.Western blot结果显示miR-483-3p抑制PI3K和p-AKT蛋白的表达水平,抑制Bcl2蛋白表达,促进Bax、Bad和cleaved-Caspase-3蛋白表达,促进细胞凋亡进程.总之,研究结果表明miR-483-3p通过抑制PI3K/AKT信号通路促进细胞凋亡,增加胰腺癌对吉西他滨的敏感性,miR-483-3p可能是吉西他滨耐药胰腺癌患者的潜在治疗策略.

Solar trough receiver with V-grooved light traps for efficiency improvement

Parabolic trough collector is a promising technology for both domestic and industrial heat supplies. To enhance the collector efficiency, a modified trough receiver with dozens of V-grooved light traps incorporated into its lower-half absorber was introduced. For assessing the performance of this receiver, a solar-thermal-stress coupled model was established. Using this model, firstly, the effects of the V-grooved light traps were investigated. The results reveal that, compared to the conventional trough receiver, the modified trough receivers equipped with different traps can reduce their optical losses by 81.9–138.0 Wm-1（i.e., 15.0%–25.2%）, improving their optical efficiencies by 1.60%–2.69%. However, these traps also result in increased thermal loss from the receiver. Therefore, there is no single optimal modified trough receiver that consistently outperforms all other receivers across all possible conditions. Nonetheless, the MTR30-3 and MTR60-3 receivers emerge as the optimized choices due to their better solar-thermal performance. Subsequently, performance evaluation reveals that the two optimized receivers can enhance the receiver efficiencies within the typical solar irradiance range by 0.02%–2.65% and 0.05%–1.70% when the inlet fluid temperatures are below 488 and 523 K, respectively. Consequently, the collector efficiencies can be improved by 0.02%–2.49% and 0.05%–1.60%, respectively. Additionally, thermal stress analysis verifies that the two optimized receivers remain within safe limits under all typical conditions. Given that the heating temperature of a typical solar collector for domestic or industrial heat supply is typically below 523 K, the integration of the two optimized receivers has the capability to effectively enhance the overall collector efficiency.
